good location, clean, amazing staff

Does not matter where in your body or wallet or how far from your phone you place your room’s keycard, the card is going to stop working, is a DISASTER, it gets demagnetized just by exposing it to air, you don’t need a magnet…. trust me. Luckily I was on the fourth floor so the trip back to the reception was not too long. Every time I exit my room I had to ask the reception to re-do my key…. really bad 😡. On the other hand the reception staff is aware of the problem and always ready to help.

The location is pretty amazing, there is a bus stop in front, a 5 min walk to a Metro station, and walking distance (15min) from Goya. I did not have breakfast in the hotel, but there are good places nearby (a 2-5min walk) where you can grab something. Our room was very well distributed, we had space enough to work from the roo, and have extra space for things on the desk. I appreciated a lot the coffee machine, makes the absolute difference in a rush morning when you cannot go out to have breakfast. We had a king-size bed, splendid. Comfortable mattress and good night's sleep. The staff was also great, always happy to help. The balcony in the room was bigger than anticipated, on the sunny days we rested a bit out there, and it's a good value-added service for long stays. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately the last day of our stay our room started smelling very bad, and reception mentioned that it could be the A/C and we immediately turned it off. Maybe if we have smelled it sooner they could have helped more, but it was our check-out date and their hands were tied. The staff apologize many times, but it's something to take a look at, so no other guest has to smell that.

Really comfortable bed. I ate both breakfast and a late snack/dinner at the hotel. The breakfast was buffet + order (hot) faire and was ideal. I advise booking the breakfast in advance; in this case I did not and as a walk in the price was about double that quoted on booking.com. Dinner (Hake) at the bar area was delicious and inexpensive. All in all, I'll be looking out for the NH option for future trips. Some road noise but nothing to grumble about. The location is off the main road, so some traffic but no congestion or horns. The black out curtains helped.

Hard to find anything to criticise. Good all round.

it was so modern and lovely! great room with a very comfortable bed. the WiFi was exceptional!! I didn’t get kicked off and it did my Apple iPhone updates overnight. the WiFi was very good. couldn’t hear the traffic of the cars from the wind wind.

the housekeeping was soooo loud. they slammed the doors in the morning (they don’t prop open the door to the room they’re cleaning and slam slam slam all morning long.) AND they constantly knock on your door even when you have the do not disturb sign on the door handle. after a long journey and a much needed nap, no one should be disturbed when the do not disturb since is on the door. 🤦🏼‍♀️. there is no plug in the bathroom!!!! only a plug for shavers… not for anything else! so silly.

I stayed in a superior room which has a big balcony and was well designed, with everything I needed in it. It was very comfortable and clean. The staff spoke English and were helpful.

A few little things. There is no English language TV channel, which I think is a failure in a hotel of this standard and price, catering to an international clientele. Plus for some reason, the cleaner kept throwing away my shower cap, which I thought was very un-eco - I would have happily reused it. Also, the mini bar is not well stocked - for example, just one bottle of beer and no wine (although perhaps that was good for me..)

room with all the necessities (anything you need you can call and they bring it up), comfy bed, clean, enough space bathroom spacious and clean with all the necessities great breakfast boufet super helpful staff cleaning ladies are top - I forgot to hide my passport, wallet etc and nothing was ever touched. Also I forgot my charger when I checked out and it was found and recovered almost immediately when I went back a few hours later.

room doors bang loudly when they close if you just let them go. Maybe adding a mechanism would make it all more smooth and you wouldn't listen to all the doors banging every now and then from the corridor while in your room.

The room was modern, spacious, and very quiet the breakfast was the best breakfast Buffet I've ever had. Chef was present to make fried eggs as well as omflettes.

Well, this is possibly just me, but they pipe in a duft into the lobby that smells like pachulee ( awful.) The hotel would have been 100% had it not been for that lobby stink.

Located close to the metro station. Great breakfast. There is an option for lunch dinner too. The room looked modern. If you bring an AUX cable - you can play own music in the bathroom.

Some interesting room design choices, e.g. the door to the bathroom wasn’t possible to lock or the way blanket was done (2 bed sheets instead of a blanket case). Maybe a normal thing for local people :)

The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. We booked 3 rooms for 5 people and were very happy with the price which was very reasonable particularly as the quality was so high. Breakfast was very good.

The only issue was with the parking. We had a big car and the parking was incredibly tight, with badly placed pillars everywhere, so much so that we almost couldn't get the car out in the morning. But the reception were very helpful and understanding.

We were 3 in the room and there was enough space for all each with their own case.. 3rd bed and pillows were also as comfortable as the main beds. Althought the room was next to the lift , no noise was heard. We had an interior room so there was absolute silence.

There wasn't a full size mirror...only the bathroom one that reached my shoulders!
