This hotel is an amazing price value for what you get. The location cannot be beat - so walkable and the train station is right around the corner. The staff were all so friendly and kind and accommodating. The hotel was surprisingly modern and pretty, common spaces were nice and rooms looked very good. I will say the rooms are super small but that didn’t bug us at all because we don’t travel to sit in our room all day. It was perfectly comfortable for 2 people and the beds were very comfy too! Super clean as well.

Rooms were small but wasn’t an issue

The location was great, easy walk to the main station and a nice walk along river to the old town. Trams everywhere, so anything further was also easy to reach. Breakfast was not a huge variety on cooked items or fresh vegetables / fruit, but plentiful. Scrambled eggs were above average for buffet breakfast and excellent bread. Bed comfortable. Although the rooms are small, they are generally well designed so did not feel overly cramped. Fine for short stay therefore (do not recommend if you do not pack light!). Good value for Zurich (not generally / compared to other cities!) Staff were friendly (although it sometimes felt a little chaotic at reception).

It was noisy if facing the road but to be expected with central location. We were a little unlucky in that next door is being rebuilt so scaffolding / builders etc. meant extra noise. The rooms are too hot (but appreciate that is subjective). Breakfast a little on the pricey side. Rooms need more hangers / hooks to hang clothing / towels etc.

Super clean , comfortable , fairly quiet for such a central hotel . Great breakfast , lovely bar . Helpful friendly staff . I think it was Lydia who gave us a great recommendation to visit Rhine falls . That really made our trip 😃 . Would recommend highly .

Our aircon didn’t seem to work and we actually forgot to report this as were able to open a window , which was very welcome and rare these days . The room was super clean and comfy with a great shower though . We noticed there was no option given to re-use towels which we have found in most hotels for years, so that was a shame on the eco front . As 2 friends we found it slightly amusing / weird to have a mirror above our heads in bed !

The staff were friendly, we checked in early but was able to accommodate us without any charges. Thank you. The bed was comfy for a stay, there's station to fill your water bottle and make hot water for your tea or food if needed. Eco friendly 😊 Separate toilet from the shower, give room for individual to do their business separately 😊

The room was small, hardly any place to walk around w/o no touch eaching other. Closets like open shelves. Would prefer a kettle heater in the room rather than going to the reception to make hot water. Did not order the breakfast, not a breakfast person.

Location was great, about 10min walk from Zurich central station. In fact if you are keen on a little walking this location is most central to all areas in Zurich main zone - even the highlights in west Zurich are walkable Very chic, trendy hotel, small rooms but perfect for me - modern, clean. 24hour conceirge with tea, coffee machines available. Most importantly you could store luggage after the late 12pm checkout and still lounge around in the very very comfortable lounge/restaurant areas.

Nothing not to like, some would find the rooms very small - but for me, was perfect. It was expensive though, but like all things Switzerland I guess

The property is very centrally located on an easily accessible street. The staff was very polite and willing to help, from the check-in staff to those in the restaurant. Early check-in is also available

The rooms are studios with a small space for the toilet. The rooms are extremely small and do not include a fridge or minibar. There isn’t even a bottle of water provided in the room—you have to purchase one from the restaurant for 7.5 CHF! Additionally, the shower cabin is essentially in the main room, unlike the toilet, which is in a separate space.

Was perfect for what I needed, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower...oh my god, the shower was amazing! I always like to have a shower when I arrive at any hotel, especially after flying. This one was perfect, one of the best I've ever had in any hotel! Amazing water pressure and rainfall shower head, lovely shampoo, shower gel, and the hot water came in instantly. I realise this entire review is pretty much about the shower, but it needs to be acknowledged! A good shower goes a long way. It's so close to the train station too, about a 5 min walk. Very good location.

The breakfast seemed crazy expensive, but I think that's just Zurich in general.

We booked two rooms and requested that they be located close to each other if possible. Although we were initially given adjacent rooms, one was undergoing renovations with construction materials present and missing tiles. After reporting this, we were relocated to a room in a distant part of the hotel that was somewhat dirty and appeared to have been unused for a while, lacking basic amenities such as hangers and a hair dryer. Being separated from the other family members was not inconvenient in itself, but the construction noise and constant vibrations made it difficult to rest during the day.

Loved: Breakfast with all possible varieties (especially cheese!), facilities - baggage drop, easy check in, hot tea at the reception whenever you want (yes - there is no kettle in the room), location - quite close to the train station, cleanliness - cannot complain - the bedsheets were clean, there was no visible dust or dirt anywhere in the room.

Could be better: it would really be nice to have a mirror in the room - at the entrance - not just in the bathroom. There was also a weird mirror above the bed which is not necessary unless you have a honeymoon - I would rather have it on the wall in front of the door. The view - well, there was a classic "other wall" view - so I cannot say I liked the view - sorry.

The room was super nice for two people and super practical too!

We came for the check in after a long shopping day and had to wait at the reception behind three men who were travelling together and who got help by the whole working staff there and nobody told us anything while we were waiting. We waited for 30 minutes just to get our room number… I am a bit disappointed that the two women working at the reception didn’t ask us what we needed and just offered to help us and they go back to the three men. It would have taken them 3 minutes to give us our room number and we would not have waited there for 30 minutes at dinner time.
