The rooms were really clean, which is the most important thing to me. Were next door to one another which we had requested and generally a really nice place to stay. Staff were nice and the location is brilliant.

No cheeky biscuits in the hotel room and not enough tea or coffee so we had to ask for more at reception. The air con in one of the rooms was a little slow to get going & on a hot day you just want to lie down with some air con especially when you have been out doing excursions all day so that could be reviewed. The breakfast could have been better, I felt like it lacked a little in terms of quality and the variety was somewhat limited. Could have more of a selection with the cooked breakfast like mushrooms/tomatoes/ hash browns etc and more of a selection of pastries. I felt the bacon, eggs and beans could be of better quality.

The check in staff were exceptional - made the experience very simple and straight forward. The girl was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. However, there was a gentleman member of staff at breakfast that was very rude about what time breakfast was ending and would not let my daughter access the breakfast area to top up her drink even though there were 10 minutes till the actual end of service. The rooms were clean but very small and could use a bit of updating. We enjoyed our stay overall though.

The attitude of the staff at breakfast could be improved. The rooms need a bit of an update.

Hotel was close to town and Sainsburys, only had a little walk into town, which was flat. The staff were all lovely and friendly. The rooms were comfortable with had everything you need e.g. tea and coffee, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Breakfast was good. Both hot and cold options, the hot breakfast was bacon, sausages, baked beans and scrambled egg which was a very good selection and always fresh/topped up. Beds were super comfy, fell asleep very quickly as they were very comfortable.

The connecting doors when not in use (both sides locked) were a little unsound proof. Not awful but when next door sneezed by the door it was enough for us to hear it quite distinctly. Would be great for families

Really good value for a one night stay in Bath. Good location, easy to access by car and a short walk from the City Centre without getting involved in the traffic and one-way systems. Car park on-site is public if you can get a slot but there is plenty of other parking nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was well appointed - couldn't expect more at this price point andfelt more of a proper hotel than say a Travel Lodge or Premier Inn which are comparably priced. Toiletries and bathroom were great and the room was well apointed - will stay here again. Breakfast was standard tourist-hotel buffet but was more than adequate and was included in the price.

Hard to fault tbh.

The bathroom was very well designed, it had a door that could be used to lock the whole bathroom, or just the toilet. If a family were using the room, someone could privately use the toilet while other people were brushing their teeth. The bed was fantastic. I got a good night's sleep. My mattress at home gets too hot after t hours and prevents me from sleeping any longer. The breakfast was good, and there was gluten-free bread available, and an allergy sheet to check what I could safely eat. There was a lift, which was good as I was on the top floor with a heavy suitcase. I was able to get parking on-site (at an additionsl fee), which really helped. The water tasted nice, and it made a good cup of tea.

I think hotel prices in general are far too expensive, EVERYWHERE. It is coming to the point where the price of accomodation will prevent me from travelling.

Excellent location if you are ok with a 10 minute walk to the centre of Bath. We went to the racecourse in the evening, and the taxi order service from the hotel was excellent and quick. The hotel was immaculately presented, The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. We were also lucky enough to be able to park in the hotel car park after being led to believe that we would be lucky to do so. I worked out that as we arrived after check-out time of 11am and before check in time of 3pm, this was the reason why.. We got there about 12.30, paid £15 to park for 24 hours, walked into the centre, browsed the shops and went for lunch, then came back and checked in. Had we arrived at check in time, it could have been different. Breakfast was just OK and included in the price, We were glad it was provided before we checked out and returned home.

Just a small complaint that there was only an option in the room to make one cup of tea each. We had one on arrival after a long drive but couldn't have another one before bed or on waking. I think if complimentary tea and coffee is provided, maybe provide enough for at least another drink each.

convenient to visit our daughter who’s a student in Bath, wide spaces for moving a wheel chair around in, dog friendly.

the parking is atrocious ! I know it’s a separate company and I acknowledge that however the charges are awful - £25 over the cost of the stay extra for parking was ridiculous and greedy - you have no real choice! my partner is disabled but I only managed to be able to access a disabled space on one occasion - not because the space wasn’t free but because of vans ( that looked like delivery vans) blocked the spaces, as did taxis waiting for people. constantly needing to reverse when trying to leave or come in because of taxis coming and going was stressful. sadly this will make us reconsider staying here again. there should be a designated area for people getting taxis that doesn’t obstruct the area near the entrance if people are trying to access the disabled spaces .

Comfortable, quiet rooms.

£10 a day for parking. Curtains were very dusty.

The location was very easy to get to and there was a large parking area for us to park our rental car overnight. Breakfast the next morning was good, it had all the basics plus a few extras - more than adequate for our one night stoppover. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, I'd definitely stay again.

We stayed in a room with our two young children sleeping on the fold out bed. In hindsight should have booked 2 rooms as we were international guests with a couple of suitcases in a small room. There was barely enough room to move around the bed and I'd recommend booking a second room for anyone in a similar situation, however as it was very late when we arrived, we made do.

I thought the breakfast was good with plenty of variety. I loved the location for practicality as was near the city centre and public transport was readily available. The staff were lovely and respectful and very helpful too.

My biggest and only dissatisfaction with the hotel was around cleanliness. All in all it was good with the exception of the sink area on my room which still had beard shaving etc. present and the majority of crockery and cutlery which was made for breakfast had not been thoroughly cleaned as often on surface mess on them.
