Very high quality inside and out. The kind of hotel where I felt like I should take off my shoes on entry. Room was a great size, comfy bed and the en suite and room were very nice and very clean. Plenty of parking and helpful staff. Good location and walking distance to town. Very quiet area in general.

Unfortunately I didn't have time for a cooked breakfast as I had to leave early (7am). Only sittings were 8.30 and 9.30am for breakfast. I was offered cereal etc but had to be on my way. Not necessarily a bad point but just something to point out.

Beautiful property in the perfect location and a short walk into the centre of Bath. Eliza was very welcoming. Room was clean and furnished beautifully. Bed was very comfortable. We were on the top floor and it was extremely quiet. There was a kettle in the room and a good selection of teas and coffees, a chocolate treat and a bottle of water. Breakfast was delicious and nicely presented. You have a choice of breakfast times. On our first morning we opted for a 9.30 sitting. My only negative was that we felt rushed as one of the members of staff was starting to clear up the juices, jams and cereals before we had finished our hot food. We would’ve liked another hot drink but felt awkward asking. However if we visit Bath again Grays would definitely be our first choice.

We loved it

Loved the boutique feel of the place. Room very cosy, beds extremely comfy. The service by breakfast and cleaning staff was top notch, in particular Chloe, Eliza and Olaf were very kind and helpful

Even though I arrived around 9pm, and had been given clear instructions about how to enter the building and find my room, it would have been nice to have been welcomed in some way by the management even if was the next morning. It was a longer walk to the city centre than I had anticipated which would have been fine in sunny weather but it was raining most of the time. I suggest you provide umbrellas by the front door for guests' to borrow, if necessary.

Lovely friendly staff. Delicious and great choice of breakfast. Nice touch with complementary water, kitkats and toiletries. Very good choice of teas and coffee in room. Full length mirror, small mirror and hairdryer a bonus. Although the room did get very hot at times there was a fan to help cool the room down. Comfortable bed and there is a blanket in cupboard if needed in colder months. Short esay walk into the centre of Bath. Overall we had a very lovely stay and would recommend to others staying in Bath.

Found the flush on the toilet very difficult to use. We only stayed one night and found this issue during the night so would have mentioned to staff had we stayed longer. I'm sure they would have sorted it out quickly if we had. Pillows were soft but slightly too plump/high, but this is a personal preference. Loud guest that sounded like they were checking in late at night/very early morning that woke us up, again not the B&bs fault.

Fabulous guest house in a great location, only a 15 minute walk to the centre of Bath. Lovely, comfortable room. Friendly staff, pretty breakfast room with excellent choices for breakfast.

This is a three storey guest house and our room was on the top floor which was a bit of a struggle for my fried and I as we both have hip/knee problems. Water pressure is also intermittent and would sometimes stop or take a while to get going. We were lucky to have fabulous weather so please not this room is incredibly hot, even though every effort had been made by the hosts to cool it down.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The room was extremely welcoming with several options of teas, coffee and snacks. I really appreciated that we had a large glass bottle of water as opposed to plastic and refillable shower gel and shampoo. This is important to me so thank you for choosing to be more sustainable than the larger chains. All of staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, with the gentleman who greeted us providing us with a map and marking out places of interest. The breakfast was delicious with lovely fresh ingredients and a varied choice to suit everyone’s needs. I would also like to say thank you to the breakfast team who were kind, patient and very friendly. And finally, the building and location itself is beautiful. It is located in a lovely quiet tranquil area but at the same time a very short stroll into the centre, so you have the best of both worlds! Thank you to everyone at Greys for making our short break so special and memorable. If you are considering going to Bath, then I recommend that you stay at Greys, you will not be disappointed!

Nothing. It was perfect. Thank you.

A very warm welcome was received & we were shown to our lovely room situated on the ground floor overlooking the front garden for our two night stay. The room was incredibly clean & cosy and very quiet. Breakfast was fantastic with cereal, juice & fruit teamed with an marvellous choice of a freshly cooked breakfast which was not only tasty but served lovely and hot. Fifteen minutes walk from the city centre and parking on site, what’s not to love?! Just be mindful that the guest house is situated at the top of quite a steep hill so great walking to the city centre but a slower return journey however we will certainly stay again!

Excellent location and lovely large room. Beatiful bathroom. There was a very wide selelction for breakfast and there were also mince pies on offer in the evening when you arrived home along with complimentary sweets. Quite close to the town, only a very short walk down the hill into town.

Whilst there was parking on sight which was great, it was quite tight. The large bushes next to the house, really would benefit from being cut back further to allow for parking more easily and not scratching the car when the car park is full and you are the last car to park.

Delightful room, at the top of this characterful house on the hill above Bath. Very clean and comfortable. I slept very well despite a major storm outside. The staff were very helpful, particularly Emily and the breakfast team, making sure I had all I needed as a vegan, including a scrumptious breakfast. Having parking on site was very useful and I enjoyed the walk into town and even the walk back up the hill via the little hidden pathways.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. I even wanted to stay another night but they were fully booked. The one thing I would say, the room isn't kitted out for business travellers - lovely mood lighting with small lamps but no bright overhead lighting option or even a desk lamp for working at the desk. And a light over the bathroom sink mirror would be welcome.

Breakfast was great but could have more veg friendly options such as jam for vegetarians and veg sausages as they were advertised on website but not available. Lovely decor and soft bed. Staff super friendly. Convenient location. Lovely view. Nice and quiet room/area. Generous basket full of essentials given daily as tea, milk, water, chocolate, towels etc. Overall a great experience, would recommend!

Iron damaged my dress. Fan was very dusty.
