Loved the building. Receptionists Maria and Amanda were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful - and Amanda went out of her way to make recommendations - and the kitchen/dining room staff team was warm and efficient. The cooked breakfasts were superb. Great location for our adventures!
We would have liked fresh milk in our room and replenishment of sparkling/still water each time the beds were made up. A little jug of fresh milk - provided on request - was left to go sour rather than cleared away. We also found we couldn't park in the car park on several occasions, so perhaps spaces linked with rooms would be an idea? Also, we would have liked the library room to be TV-free, to provide a quiet space beyond our room.

Great location.. beautiful hotel..we stayed in a dog friendly room in the coach house..lovely decor . However the couple upstairs were pretty noisy we could hear every step and conversation so next time I'd like to stay in the actual building .. the noise from the kitchen could also be heard too. A lady called Amanda checked us in an she was there throughout our stay. She was lovely and friendly..also a young man with long hair tied up..I didn't get his name but he was so pleasant too. Really lovely members of staff.
I'd definitely stay again but I'd like to be inside the building next time.

We booked this property at the last minute based on other good reviews listed on Booking.com and we were certainly not disappointed, to the contrary the whole experience exceeded our expectations. We cannot find any fault as everything was to a very high standard. The staff were very friendly and helpfull, our room was spotlessly clean and well presented and the food was amazing. The hotel interior design needs a special mention as it was beutiful and very well planned. The hotls location in a quiete village makes a perfect base from which to explore the Northumberland coastline. This was a stay to remember and we will certainly booking again.

The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting this beautiful part of the UK. The room was comfortable and the restaurant was very good.
Our room was next to a tree housing several crows who like to get up very early and make a lot of noise, so do ask when you check in. The main courses in the restaurant were brilliant but let down by a very ordinary dessert. Also, our room had no cupboard nor drawers.

Our third visit. As usual the staff were excellent. Some had moved on but the friendliness of the staff make the place
We have visited three times and the last two visits we were overcharged. We were repaid straight away but surely just a little more attention to the management of payment and charges would stop this problem. We will always come back but we will now check every step.

Beadnell Towers is a lovely hotel. The interior design is high end. Wonderful toiletries are supplied along with water, chocolate and shortbread. We were in the Coach house which is a few steps from the main part of the hotel. Apart from dawn chorus from the noisy crows it was very peaceful. The breakfast was very good - cold fruit, cereals, pastries, cheeses and ham, followed by a menu of hot food. The cooked breakfast was delicious using local produce and non-greasy.
The bed had a dip at one side.

Comfy Hotel with a lot of Style.large Bar/Restaurant area which is decorated to impress.Great Breakfast, huge comfy Beds for a great night's sleep. Was quiet too.not noisy like some hotels. Not far from the main road & coast Parking on site. Plenty to see and do around local area.
If you arrive back late in the evening, I found the carpark was full, so had to find parking elsewhere. But not a big issue. Room needed somewhere to hang your coats as you entered,( specially when it had been raining! ) maybe a couple of hooks on the wall near the door as you entered .)

The quality of the food was excellent. One of the best breakfasts in a hotel. The bed was very comfortable and nice linen.
Coach House 1 is noisy due deliveries and fact main door was just outside our room door. The room lighting is very poor/dim. There were cobwebs in room with daddy long legs present. The tap over the sink, hinders washing face / having a shave. Some of the staff were very abrupt / not pleasant first thing in the morning. Room smelled on arrival…….. possibly due to dogs having previously stayed in room.

ADORABLE! The pictures honestly don't do it justice. We stayed in the cottages and it was just wonderful. Sleepy and quiet, comfortable, great bathrooms and comfy bed. The food was great and the staff super friendly. Very walkable and quiet neighborhood. Pet friendly -- it was adorable to see all the dogs (made us miss ours back home). Great location if you want some seaside fun and visiting Bamburg Castle .
The guy came very early in the morning to clean right outside our window (RIGHT outside --thankfully I had a towel on out of the shower!).

beautiful small village and amazing coastline for walking. room was lovely, well appointed, lovely toiletries. very comfortable. breakfast was fantastic reception staff could have been a bit more welcoming
booked for evening dinner, we were seated in the quieter library area and felt a bit forgotten about. it was saturday night i feel they were overbooked/ understaffed had to ask repeatedly for certain items eg wine list, condiments, maybe some staff training needs as they started clearing the table before all the diners had finished eating the food was absolutely delicious!
