Friendly owners, good location for connecting to tram and right beside pleasure beach. Room was a good size and bed very comfy, no faults to mention. We even got a late check out due to room not being needed in a hurry. Kitchen area practical for making bfast and snacks as had micro, kettle and toaster. Fridge had milk, bottle of water and can of juice each which was a nice denature along with a little biscuit each. Table and chairs to sit and relax and a large tv. There was a wall mounted fan opposite bed which came in helpful as weather was warm. Clean and fresh white towels in bathroom and bathroom cleaver and kitchen cleaver spray provided to keep things hygienic. We have a return stay booked for November. Famujy rooms were also available as well as double room. Clean, comfy, value for money and good location.

Jo and mick, the owners were very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was on the first floor. Spotlessly clean and decorated beautifully throughout. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and even had tea, coffee, biscuits, etc, and milk in the fridge, which was a lovely little touch and even candy floss as a treat in the bedrooms for the children. The apartment had a double room, a separate twin bedroom, a lovely kitchen and living area, and a bathroom. Ideally, located on the south shore, close to all the amenities and a street away from the pleasure beach and water park. Free parking was a great bonus 👌 We will definitely be staying again 😀

We felt very safe here, access is through 3 doors - 2 of which are coded entry. Our room was equipped with everything we needed and i could see the effort put into the cleaning. They even left a pot of candy floss on the bed for my little one, and plenty of tea and coffee for me with a selection of sugars and sweetners.

If I HAD to pick a fault.. something happened to our fridge in the night and it went SO loud! This was around 5.30am so I just switched it off and put it back on in the morning. I couldn't fault this place otherwise and we are 100% booking again when we come back!

The studio was clean, comfortable and offered everything I needed for my stay. My room was also quiet at night as it faced into the back. During the day you could hear music from the nearby pub but I was out most of the time so it didn't bother me.

You could hear the people above walking around. I guess they could probably hear you too. Hopefully I didn't bother them with my snoring 😬.

Spacious, clean and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment opposite pleasure beach and very large Wetherspoons

Table in the living room is too big and the toaster is too small. Hosts reserve a parking space on next road which is a great help on arrival day but when we moved the next day to visit the zoo it was a nightmare to get re-parked and had to pay in car park across the road after driving round for over half an hour trying to find a space. Wi-Fi not great but signal not great in Blackpool as an whole

Owners were very helpful and friendly, it was quaint, absolutely fantastic location, beds were heaven and it was clean beyond what you expect, had milk drinks in fridge, coffee tea, biscuits, plenty loo roll, a throw away loo brush. Remote control fans. Washing up liquid etc. was just a lovely stay. Felt like home. Well done to the lovely people who made it so welcoming and homely

I thought it was all lovely. My six year old granddaughter loved her room and we had to drag her out of it lol!

We stayed here this weekend for 3 nights everything was very clean and the owner( we didn't catch his name) was very helpful. We checked in late which was no issue. Sink,fridge and appliances was very handy in our room. Quiet location south peir,but very very close to main strip. Will definitely be calling back. Perfect thanks for having us.

Very welcoming. Staff great. Was sweets left in room for the kids which was a nice touch and also my son mentioned we had came for the weekend for his birthday which wasn't actually until the Monday, we came back from our trip to the beach on our last day to find a lovely note wishing him a happy birthday for money nd a sweet cone for each of them. Would definitely stay again. Lovely stocked fridge also on arrival which was great since we had 2 lovely sunny days.

Very friendly staff even if it did take a little while to check in due to the door bell not working, clean room, good facilities though a fridge with a freezer compartment wouldn't go a miss for a longer stay.

Door bell not working upon arrival so took a little while to check in, neither kitchen nor bathroom bin emptied one of which had used sanitary pads in.

Great location for activities at or near Pleasure Beach and South Pier, Eg Sandcastle water park is literally just across the road. There is a Wetherspoons for food within 100m but this does not mean there is lots of noise. Despite their being no vacancies we were not aware of noise from other guests.
