Cooked breakfast every morning was lovely really enjoyed it. Staff were all really friendly and the location was fab close by to all we came to do. Highly recommend would definitely go back here

Bunk beds I didn’t expect them and if I’d of known wouldn’t have booked bunked beds at my age and due to my sons needs they weren’t the best thing for us. Didn’t ruin our stay would definitely return lovely place lovely people highly recommend

The Berkswell hotel is in a very good location, just across from the Tram. Phill the owner of the hotel. made me feel like family, he's very hospitable and friendly. The breakfast was lovely the rooms were comfortable and clean. I had a great time.

IL liked everything

The hosts were very friendly and were happy to go above and beyond to make my stay the best it could be, checking in and out was simple and everything was perfect for a cheap weekend at Blackpool. The breakfast was nice, lots of choices and the breakfast form is clever and simple to fill in.

If I had to find some critiques then the room and bathroom was abit small but perfectly fine.

When arriving. Host was very helpful. Helped carry luggage from car to room. showed us to our rooms straight away. Yes rooms was small but didn’t affect our stay as it was a place to rest. Breakfast was 9-9.30 which gave us that extra bit of time. Beautiful breakfast. An room to dine in. Heating was over powering at times but we just turned that down. The bar was lovely. We sat and had drinks before heading into town. Room keeping each day was given. We will defo visit this hotel again. Staff was friendly and had a good laugh together. Thankyou again Berkswell for our weekend stay x

I LOVED our stay!!! Teresa and Phillip are sooo soo kind and friendly. Felt like visiting family :-) I would definitely return and I 100% recommend them if you want a homely feel. The rooms are exactly what you need, they provide travel cots for babies/toddlers and toys too which kept my little boy happy. The breakfast was amazing too. Couldn't ask for more in this place they do amazing Thank you so much and hope to see you next year. Enjoy your holiday you deserve it the both of you. Handy to pleasure Beach and the water park too

Nothing everything was Bob on!! Next time though I'm picking the family room as my son likes space to play in the room

The breakfast was gorgeous. I had a vegan breakfast and unlike some places that simply offer a non-vegan breakfast and then remove the non-vegan aspects, they actually offered vegan alternatives such as vegan sausages and bacon.

The rooms were slightly dated and dirty in parts, but overall it was great value for money and nothing unexpected. There were no horribly unclean things, the towels were washed and the bathroom was clean. The bed sheets were clean and I felt comfortable.

The people was very nice breakfast was nice too

I miss understand about parking ...there's only about 4 spots....I thought they had parking ... I had to park else where witch cost me further 30quid

The breakfast was excellent, cooked to order and the quality was great. Phil was really friendly and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again.
