What a wonderful stay! The owners were so pleasant, leading to one of our nicest check-in experiences ever. They informed us about events in the area, and were incredibly personable. They were also thorough in making sure we efficiently got all the necessary information about our stay. The room was comfortable and quaint, with ample room for an overnight stay. The hotel is wonderfully situated, only a minute or two to the ocean, and the nearby Wetherspoons. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful! They had a form to fill out at check-in for your breakfast to make sure you were only served the elements of the full English breakfast that you actually wanted. The buffet facilities were a dream, with plenty of branded teas and coffees, as well as toast-making facilities, various spreads, and various sweet pastries. The atmosphere was lovely, with everyone seeming well-rested and happy. This atmosphere was also no doubt partially the result of having such friendly owners looking after everyone.

It would've been nice to receive a slightly fuller plate at breakfast with the elements requested (after requesting no tomatoes, mushrooms or baked beans, our plates did look a little sparse). The buffet facilities more than made up for this though, and ensured we didn't leave breakfast wanting more!

I could tell as soon as I set foot in the room the standards are high The room was absolutely immaculate, with pure white bedding that smelt fantastic and bed very comfortable. The facilities in the room included tv, tea, coffee, and all bathroom products included The breakfast was absolutely amazing & delicious In the morning came hot on the plate ,you can tell the hosts care about the quality of the food and presentation because it looked & tasted amazing There is a self service area with plenty to choose from in the dining room again a brilliant touch 10/10 for the Location Its right round the corner from the water park, pleasure beech & the casino right across the road With the biggest weatherspoons I've ever been in 60 steps from the hotels & the beech everything is in reach without having to stay in accommodation in the town area as it's quite noisy and disruptive The streets around the hotel at night are quiet and peaceful we had the best I sleep in our very comfortable bed They offer up to 24 hours free secure parking at the rear of the property included in the price which is a great bonus as anywhere else charges for parking I had a great stay and will 100% return Were looking forward to visiting Blackpool again To see the new attractions planned for south shore as there’s plans to build a street food complex across from the weatherspoons which sounds exciting and a nearly £800,000 investment just at the end of the street along with an upside down house attraction & a brand new refurbishment to the old Yates building on the promenade which is to become a world food venue and a new hotel which planned for south shore The owners kindly pointed us in the direction of a great little restaurant called the eating inn steakhouse on the promenade about a 10 min walk from the hotels front doors The food was absolutely amazing & delicious And not really expensive considering the quality It's one of the best restaurants we...

Was easy to find,perfect location for us near the pleasure beach and sandcastle. Friendly and welcoming family run place . Went out their way to help. Lovely breakfast, a comfy bed and clean room. Will definitely come again!

If anything maybe the parking, once your parked it could be awkward to get out as and when you want. But nice safe and secure and no parking fees otherwise.

We booked very last minute so the room we had although suitable for one night.. should we have stayed longer would’ve felt a bit cramped as no hanging or space to put our clothes

Was close to places we needed to get to, very clean and nice breakfast the next morning

Staff were abit rude when friend wanted to use the toilet but it’s understandable as they weren’t allocated guests could have been dealt with better

A really welcoming B&B with a warm atmosphere. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. We felt well looked after throughout our stay and would happily return.

I wasn't too crazy about the tight shower space, but otherwise, all was well

This hotel i chose because it was so close to the Pleasure Beach as we were attending a dance competition there and it was literally a 2 minute walk which was brilliant!
