Ample parking, good location next to garage. Very polite reception staff on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning crew who I encountered after check in. Extremely comfy bed with nice smelling clean sheets. Bathroom cleaned to good standard and clean towels. TV and kettle with tea/coffee/milk provided. Plenty of wall sockets for charging devices and also noticed shaver points in bathroom mirror. WiFi provided for whole stay. Excellent price for room type and location. Would most definitely stay again if I was in the area.

You can tell the rooms are ex smoking rooms as there is a distinct smell upon entering-as an ex smoker this wasn't too bothersome for me, but it may be for others. Only real disappointment was when I couldn't sleep, I thought a relaxing bath would help (around midnight) but there was no hot water coming in. Yes, it could do with a revamp but overall I was impressed.

Great location, handy for the motorway and Manchester. Really good value for money. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom, tea and coffe facilities. There's a great butty van outside does fabulous breakfasts.

The exterior is a bit run down although the rooms are lovely ✔️✔️ Between checkout time and check in time, there's no hot water. This wasn't a problem for me tho! Can't blame them for trying to save money. I only paid £90 for a Saturday and Sunday night!! Cheapest in the area!.

it did what i needed it for

on arrival the door was locked and i did not have the combination code to get in, i tired phoning the number i had but no answer. luckily for me there was another person staying there after waiting 30 mins who let me in

Clean towels every day It was quiet We were changed rooms as the 1 we were allocated was not what we booked but staff were very helpful and we got moved

The fact we arrived late and the room was not the one we booked.

Stayed here for concert at Bolton Stadium. Booked a taxi to take us there £7. And walked home 1hr. Just right for what we needed.

Loved the staff very friendly bar staff Ann Marie? Very attentive and friendly. Greeted by owner at reception very welcoming. My room had new bathroom. Comfy bed. Tea coffee facilities. Housekeeping were very friendly and bought me extra pillows when i asked. Scenery great fields etc

Being at front hearing all cars parking all noise.

Clean bedding and towels. Staff were great and didn't mind helping out with information. Burger can in the car park was a bonus.

Rooms were outdated and could do with a upgrade. Bathroom could do with getting rid of the old baths and go for sower cubicles to save room. Very noisy at night with the entertainment.

Location for my trip excellent with easy access onto major motorway Quiet area with a 24 hour shop and petrol station nearby
