Loved the decor and ambiance. Swimming pool and sauna were amazing!

You have to pay so much for parking there, I would expect that to be part of the price you’ve already paid. The room was a little battered and bruised

Hot tub was working. Breakfast had a good selection

There were various tramps and questionable characters sitting on outside the hotel and in the hotel garden. I felt compelled to make sure my car was empty.

The first room I had booked had a walk in shower which was great for my disability however I was up a few steps and having Ehlers Danlos it was a bit tricky. The second time I stayed the staff were amazing however the room was again a little out of the way. Rooms spotless staff at my second stay were awesome. Helping me with my load of bags and room service. #Housekeeping work so hard. # food fantastic # front of house Excellent #kind caring staff # great breakfast and top service.

Property was lovely, maybe a few more cameras in the landings? But that's just picky as I'm a nervous lone traveler. Shouldn't watch horror hotel videos might stop the anxiety haa

All the staff was very nice and welcoming. Very nice decor everything looked classy but should be same feel in the rooms. The spa was nice, enjoyed continental breakfast. I loved the soft background music that was playing in the restaurant, they were covers of various artists, it was great figuring out what song was being sung with my partner. Our room was upgraded thank you! We had nice hot baths, the water pressure was very good.

Didn't like the jacuzzi not working properly, the button that you press failed to work, the staff could work it from reception but it was annoying having to to ask any staff that was about to put on again. Cooked breakfast was very salty or over seasoned. The room was OK but needs updating. The dresser under the TV is on its last legs and very wobbly, needs to be fixed or replaced. It was a shame it wasn't free parking also.

The staff were absolutely fantastic. So helpful and accommodating. I was on my own for the first time ever and they helped me through a lot. I can’t fault the staff at all.

The restaurant didn’t do much vegetarian foods and it was quite expensive. The air con broke down numerous times, as did the phone and the tv at one point. There was no bath mat so I nearly slipped over having a shower. There was only 1 lift for the whole hotel. The outside accessible lift wasn’t working and the pool was downstairs so I had to do a lot of stairs and as a disabled woman it wasn’t easy but the staff did help me with my bags down the steps at the end of my stay so I can’t complain about that. The car park was quite small so I couldn’t go out in my car for fear I couldn’t park again when I came back.

Good location and easy to find. Hotel was very clean as was the room. They even upgraded us to a king size room free of charge which was lovely. Staff we meet that day were very pleasant and helpful as well.

Was advised on arrival that there was an additional £10 car park fee for £10. I understand but think this should have been advised when booking. We had an issue with the person staying in the room next to us. I tried to call down to reception for some help at 2am to no answer. My husband then had to get dressed and go down to find the night person sitting chatting to colleagues. The person did help but only after we had to ask twice. When you go to a hotel you do not expect to have to sort a problem at 2am let alone have to get dressed to find the right person to speak to.

Everything was great. Really nice hotel near the beach, clean, very comfortable. Staff were nice and pleasant. Was able to leave luggage after checking out so I was still able to stroll around the town centre.

Everything was great except I wasn’t able to use the TV because it was not working, something about the connection and they didn’t give me any alternatives or change of room maybe? an electrician went twice but wasn’t able to fix it and didn’t come back for any more news. I was waiting and I didn’t know if it was a misunderstanding that he will update me or I should be the one to get an update from the reception? Otherwise it would have been an easy 10 rating for me because it was a lovely stay for me except for that. I was actually wondering why this hotel rates a bit low on booking.com but anyway my stay is fine and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Queens Hotel & Spa Bournemouth, and we would like to express our sincere gratitude to the staff for being attentive to every detail and making our anniversary celebration truly special. The restaurant food was excellent, and we want to give a special thanks to Tânia for her outstanding service and kindness throughout our meal. The hotel has lovely and well-decorated common areas that make for a very pleasant atmosphere. We also thoroughly enjoyed the spa, which is accessible to all guests and offers a great experience. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again!

The sauna was lovely. The decor of the restaurant, bar and public areas us really nice. The breakfast was amazing! 10/10 easily. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom lovely. Everything in the rooms was clean. There were issues with this hotel but the staff in particular and the good bits mean I would stay there again. It would be lovely to see all the 'snagging' completed.

The showers in the female changing room for the spa were not nice to use, in fact, the changing room wasn't great not helped by evidence of unfinished building work in the passage outside this room. The balcony in our room was really terrible. Plastic grass and really unkempt. The parts of the hotel that are 'finished' are great, but they do look as if they fell short of the last £10,000 to finish the refurb! This would not put me off staying here again, though, because the good was very good.

I love this Hotel its beautifully decorated the rooms & beds are luxuriously comfey. The air-conditioning makes all the difference in the rooms in summer. Really what stood put the most was the staff everyone who worked there was super authenticaly friendly. They made us feel so welcome relaxed & at home. I really felt they bent over backwards to help, please and accommodate. The food at the hotel is exquisit far better than any other 4 star hotel iv stayed in. I recommend their coronation chicken. The breakfasts have everything you could possibly want from pastries to Scrambles eggs. The Spa treatment & relaxation area are superb & the staff just as fabulous as the rest of the hotel I especially Sarah who made sure we had everything we needed during our time there & Amy who gave us wonderful massages. Most evenings we found Julian in the hotel bar and after trying his cocktails opted to always have our evening drink in the hotel bar rather than go out anywhere else. He really made our stay that extra bit special ! Honestly I was so delighted with the whole experience that the moment i got home I booked another 5 days there next month. Thank you so much everyone at the Queens Hotel & Spa I wish I could have mentioned more of you by name but I neglected to catch so many peoples names.

The at restaurant some things yoy need to book 24 hours ahead of time this is understandable given the qmazing freshly baked goods available but the online booking system will let you book these things any time & email you a confirmation of your booking but when you get there you dind out oops your booking wasn't valid. I'm sure a small update to the booking system would fix this
