It was quiet inside. The room was big. The luggage store was very useful. Tea and coffee in the room.

The noise from outside was very loud all through the night. I booked this hotel because we wanted twin beds, I also asked for this when I checked in online, but we were given a double bed in a disabled room. The pillow was very thin. Extra pillows should be available in the room. I would like a socket on both sides of the bed as I use my phone as an alarm clock.

The location was fabulous and the room was lovely and clean. The restaurant was closed that week in the evenings but no hardship with so much on the doorstep. Reception gentleman was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was also good

But we asked for a quiet room and within the hotel it was , but outside noise went on until the early hours and then delivery vehicles started at 5.30/6. So no rest for the wicked. A know you get noise in a city centre but this was a lot of it!!! The chambermaid was a little too eager on checkout day and started our room whilst we were having breakfast even though checkout was midday. This made us feel we should pack up early and go.

1st time staying at this hotel. It was within walking distance to the city centre + beside the motorpoint arena, sports bar, cinema + st david's carpark. It was very nice, clean, lovely spacious foyer areas. This even had a pool table. Foyer was very festive with christmas decorations and trees up + music playing. Room was on the 3rd floor + little or no noise from traffic outside. Never had breakfast here though. We were out every day meeting up with family.

All payments in hotel - either at bar, playing pool or to pay hotel bill was card only. (I just personally prefer cash though). In bathroom when you put on the light the extractor fan comes on. This can get so noisy especially at night/early mornings when up at bathroom few times (medical reasons). Lighting was very poor in the bedroom. Tea/coffee facilities but no biscuits available. There was a safe in the room but it didn't work. There were 2 arm chairs in the room but no cushions. Bed was solid + the pillows were too soft.

Clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Warm (as it was very cold outside) excellent breakfast with a good choice. Excellent position to access shops/cinema/utility stadiun(opposite) and close to millennium stadium. Staff were so helpful and friendly. We were offered a complimentary breakfast whilst on our stay. Car park underneath so convenient for the hotel. (Although you do have to pay).

The bathroom was a little tired. Could have done with another pillow but I’m sure if I had asked I would have been offered one straight away. Some noise from outside by delivery lorries but this is no fault of the hotel as it is so close to all amenities.

I have been to Park Inn by Radisson Cardiff City Centre for 5 days. When I arrived, late at night, I was absolutely tired, but thankfully check in was very effective and fast. The bedroom was wide and confortable. The wardrobe was big enough for all the clothes I had brought. The climatisation inside the bedroom was perfect. The bed was confortable and the sheets and pillows were clean and soft. The bathroom had a very good size and the shower was just perfect. The bedroom was quite silent and, because of that, I was able to sleep until late. The hotel´s localization couldn´t be better: it was near from the station and near from Cardiff city center. On the corner, there was a big comercial centre and a Tesco open 24h. I was in Cardiff for running the Half Marathon, on 6th october, and the race´s start was very close to the hotel and the finish line was too. This made me feel confident and secure. The day before the race, I had dinner at hotel´s restaurant and I had one of the most delicious pizzas I have ever eaten in my life. The service was fast and the price was fair enough. It was a great experience in general. The only complaint I have is that the lift was not working well those days, specially on the day of the race. I had to climb the stairs until my bedroom, on 4º floor, after running 21km. It was my second challenge on that day, I would say.

Very smart looking entrance hall. Has its own bar and restaurant. Nice clean modern room. Comfy beds, and the temperature was just right for sleeping. Good warm shower. Breakfast was decent for the price. Perfect if your at a gig at the Arena less than a 1mins walk across the road. Was nice rolling out the gig straight to room for nice shower and bed within less than 5mins. Hotel staff were very friendly. Would stay again.

One of the lifts were out of order and with one lift, it was a long wait. So taking the stairs was normally the option, so not a massive big deal. They only issue really with the hotel. The 2nd issue which was not the hotels fault, was traffic to the hotel and parking was absolutely awful. Very poorly designed junction outside hotel would recommend parking further away and walk to hotel as the hotel is worth staying at baring that issue.

Ideal location with parking. Staff lovely, hotel very clean & smelt nice! Rooms great & comfy beds.

Broken lift so was but of a nightmare with guests & staff using only 1 tiny lift. Not enough staff serving in bar & restaurant. Only 1 girl behind the bar who didn’t understand the customers very well & kept messing up orders. People queuing through the hotel waiting for drinks. She called for help but none came. We got fed up after 20mins of waiting & went elsewhere. Quite a few dirty tables at breakfast time. The same girl from the bar the night before checking customers in for breakfast. Again, she had no help.

We had booked a twin room, but when we got to the room it was made up as a double bed. Luckily the staff were on our floor and immediately changed the bedding to turn it into the twin we had requested. The two ladies who did this were excellent and lovely,

I had asked for a parking space, but there were no spaces. Therefore I spent £26 paying for the car in the St Davids car park. The hotel should have warned the car park was not guaranteed. When we question this the reception had no answers. Furthermore, the road system is dire making it virtually impossible to access the hotel by car without queuing for eons. - add at least an extra hour if arriving at any normal hour of the day. It is a bit "quiet" walking back from town to the hotel - as it is tucked away. I would not like to walk that on my own.

Friendly staff , room was a good size plenty of lightening , foyer / bar area really welcoming , decent shower

Bed was awful - like sleeping on a brick as were the pillows , really bad nights sleep due to this , the duvet was too small for the bed so my buddy kept pulling it off during the night ! You REALLY need to address the quality of your pillows There were plenty of staff at breakfast but no one came to clear our plates as we used them so table got quite squashed with cereal bowls and glasses- would expect them to be taken away whilst we still having hot food

The hotel is ideally located for the utility arena and general city centre access, the room is decently sized and comfortable

I booked a twin room for my brother and I to sleep after a concert, yet was given a double bed - the staff were helpful and looked at moving us but there were no other rooms available, they advised that the reservation from booking .com was for a double room. Not the hotels fault, but with it flagging for future guests that they should contact the hotel to verify what's been passed through. Also not a fan of issuing £25 parking for 24 hours but that seems standard in the city centre.
