Great location, clean and friendly staff. Beds were so comfy. Staff arranged for balloons banners and a selection of cake for my partner as it was her 30th birthday.

The smell of fish from the restaurant lingered in the reception and lifts but it was bearable.

Close to arena and city center.

Room and bathroom was spotless, bed was comfy. Was on 9th floor which I found very stuffy and warm even in December with the window open. There was a fan provided . Shower facilities really good with the works shampoo, conditioner, shower gel body lotion etc. would have liked a mirror by the dressing table but in general I was happy for the price. Location really good and would defo stay again,

Coffee and tea facilites poor. One sachet each of cheap coffee and two milks. Windows dirty and room very stuffy.

Fabulous central location in Cardiff ,Wonderful breakfast and fast ,attentiveness service ,lovely filter coffee. The fridge was a bonus as able to buy food from the indoor market& shops .I bought strawberries and stored in the fridge .large tv great to enjoy .It was good to have a telephone in room to connect with front desk especially ( for people without mobile phones )to be able to seek help if needed .Fab bathroom ,shower I liked the fixed glass shower screen attached to bath.

Took a while to understand the working of the air conditioning, room got very warm at night.

The staff were excellent, efficient and friendly and polite. Restraunt staff excellent as well , food is very good, all but a little expensive. Rooms are spacious and clean and good facilities.

The actual navigating through city centre to find hotel car park . There are bus lanes everywhere and no clear signage to the car park. The car park is actually at the front of hotel and you need to access through a restricted road for taxis and buses , very confusing, due to no clear signage further back from hotel. Once there car park had plenty of spaces , but residents still have to pay £18 for a day .

The hotel is lovely, the restaurant is great and the room was spacious and very clean. The staff were polite and friendly. The beds were spacious and comfortable. The car park felt very secure and there were a lot of spaces available. The location is unbeatable and so useful for shopping and dining in the city centre.

Even with multiple lifts there was a bit of a wait when busy to get to and from the upper floors. I felt like the lifts ran slowly, so if you’re claustrophobic the upper floors aren’t for you. We were on the ‘quiet’ side of the building and while we had no disturbances from other guests, the sound of water draining from neighbouring rooms was surprisingly loud at night. It woke us up more than once. The coffee in the room is truly awful. I recommend bringing your own if you don’t mind instant, or just hold on and have coffee in the restaurant where it’s excellent. The ladies public bathrooms on the ground floor weren’t clean.

Brilliant location in the centre of Cardiff. Room was large and clean and has most of what you need. Very comfortable bed and room is quite quiet given its central location. There was a buzzing restaurant/bar area, although I only got room service (which was very good). The staff were friendly and efficient.

The room is quite basic and no-frills, so if you like extras like robes, a fridge etc. you won't find it here. It's in a very lively area with all-night bars which might not be to everyone's taste (I didn't find it an issue though). There was a big event on in Cardiff the weekend I stayed, and this led to my final bill being more than I anticipated as they raised the price after I booked due to the demand, so be mindful of the rate you are quoted may not be the rate you actually get charged.

We had absolutely amazing time on this weekend, we travelled for DJ Tiesto Concert. Hotel is absolutely amazing and beautiful 🤩 located opposite the nightclub and pubs, which are open on weekends even till 3-4am. Hotel have absolutely amazing restaurant and brown bar open till midnight 12am. There is really great team and great manager👍😃we had everything we wanted. Breakfast is awesome and have many many choices which all is perfect and delicious. We definitely wanted to come back to Cardiff and for sure to this Hotel!!

I can’t even find something negative and what I didn’t like ? Excellent location on city center, close to the restaurants, attractions and more!!

The hotel is well situated; the staff are friendly and welcoming, on a night when it might have been necessary (?) they had very visible security. Free wifi (in my expensive room anyway - otherwise you pay!) Although I didn't use it, the room service menu and on-site restaurant looked good and not particularly over-priced.

The room was disappointing, given the price charged for it. Described as a "Superior King Room" - honestly, it was no better (not even much different) to a standard Premier Inn double. In-room coffee/tea supplies were very limited, with no indication that more could be obtained. The lifts were being wayward. Trying to get back up to the 8th floor took several up-and-back-down trips...I tried dipping out on the 6th floor prepared to walk up two storied, but despite a notice saying "in Emergency do not use lifts, use stairs" there was no evidence of where the stairs actually were...no signs pointing to them...presume they exist, but I couldn't find them...would hate to have to do so in an emergency.

Rooms had good AC, comfortable beds, good quality toiletries. Location was super close to Cardiff Central, right in the centre, and ideal for anyone visiting for graduation at Cardiff University as it's a short walk to utilita arena and campus. Food at the restauarant was tasty.

Parking system incovenient. You have to pop by reception whenever you need to take the vehicle out. The parking ticket will be validated at reception and you have a 15 minute window to take car out. If you have luggages to fit in the boot or if there was a queue to get out so that you run out of the 15 mins then you can't get out. There needs to be a better system to use the car park.
