I loved how they paid attention to the little things: the towel heater (with towel on it) in the bathroom was already turned on when we arrived, there was coffee and tea set up on the bedside table table and the two mugs already had tea spoons in it, the kettle already had enough water for a cup in it,... It was so nice after a hard day walking, finishing the West Highland Way. The drying room worked really well too, so our wet clothes were dry in the morning (except for one pair of socks that was soaking wet when we hung it)

Pros: - The toilet was super spacious, which was a nice surprise. - The shower was top-notch, with excellent water pressure and hot water at any time. - The location was absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of Fort William, making it super convenient. - The bed was incredibly comfy, and I had a great night's sleep.

Cons: - It's a BIT on the expensive side considering the standard of the place, but it seems like that's a common issue nowadays due to rising living costs everywhere.

Great location for exploring Fort William and surrounding areas. The room was basic but very clean and included a TV in the room.

We booked room for 4 people with ensuite bathroom and another room for 2 with external private bathroom. We are very happy with the spacious room, clean and smooth and easy check in and check out procedure. For bathroom,water pressure was excellent. Overall,we are satisfied with our stay and higly recommended for budget accomodation.

The only problem that we find was limited parking space,however you can park your transport nearby (free parking from 6pm-8am). Don't bring heavy suitcase as there was no lift provided.

was welcomed at reception and left alone to do as I felt like doing but when I chose to reception when passing by the night watchman was excellent and listened to the early rising traveler with interest and it was my exited state made me a little to loud and I know the people above reception must have been woken by my voice at this point I asked him to apologise on my behalf to the poor guests I had desturbed and chose to go for a stroll along the shore line at 07:30 when booking out I did say I would revisit in 2023 to sample the wonderful experience again

Manager very helpfully allowed us on this occasion to modify booking later, which she did not have to do. Night receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

A member of staff rather barked at us when were unloading luggage into reception. I understand that it is important not to block the door, but a friendlier approach would have been good - and perhaps a sign asking people to carry their luggage further in before putting it down?
