Loved the view of the loch, the room and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice and included everything.

The barmen working on the afternoon of our arrival was grumpy and unhelpful. All other staff were fantastic.

Location is very good opposite the lough with mountains behind. Carpark close with plenty of space. Our room had the view over to the mountains, it was clean and comfortable, large walk-in shower with plenty of hot water. No noise from the outside or other guests.

This is not a criticism, it’s just a observation. The Hotel is dated and some areas are in need of renovation, but it doesn’t really matter as long as you accept that, the price we payed for 3 nights was well worth the money, so you get a good hotel for a great price as we saw by all the happy guests there.

Location is just opposite the sea so you are guaranteed nice views. We went in December and I'm assuming in summer it would be fully packed. Room size was okay but since we were on the top floor it was a little too hot for my liking even thought we switched off the heating. Dog friendly which was even better! Facilities for teas and coffee were provided. Food wise we opted for hotel menu. Not too much of a vast choice but food was delicious. Breakfast good choice of buffet and continental options. You'll definitely see us again 😀

Room was a bit too hot.

Everything! The hotel was quite nice from the inside, the view from the loch view room is amazing (during our stay there were some reconstruction, so the view was obstructed). Nothing can be heard from the constuction works. It was 30 minutes far from Glenfinnan Viaduct by car, and also 30 minutes drive from the Three Sisters hiking trail at Glencoe. There was soap and shower gel in the bathroom, and wifi in the room.

You have to make a reservation for the hotel restaurant, but at the bar you can eat (smaller food selection than the restaurant) / drink whenever you want.

I had a room for a person with disabilities AMAZING After staying two previous nights in 2 shabby, tasteless horrid places, my stay with you was a welcome change The room we had was perfect Huge comfy bed Warm, fan for if too warm, extra pillows, TV with lots of channels 10 steps into the excellent restaurant Very friendly helpful staff throughout the stay, which continued to the restaurant A bathroom which exceeded all expectations of a room for someone with a disability! Spotless, HUGE, great shower, great mirror, shower seat. All looked brand new as if we were the first people through the door Also, added bonus of a back door with parking space outside the door Room 101 I love you

Having to leave!

This is real 3 stars hotel, which is situated 2:/ miles from Fort William. The bus stop is 1/4 miles away. The restaurant does deserve only one star as it is Iceland (£3 meal served for £10-15). The view from the window is amazing. The staff is pleasant. I paid £80/2 days. Sometimes it cost £27 a day for both guests... If you see the price, which is compatible to local competitors - book it, and enjoy nice *** hotel with a shitl*ty gastro pub. I rate it as deserve to come back.

Out of season value room, so no view but bedroom/bathroom clean. Lounge area has amazing views over Loch Lhinne. Good breakfast choice suitable for all. The price of the evening meal in all selections was very reasonable and the bar has a nice ambience. Staff were helpful. It's a bit dated but a comfortable hotel. Ample parking. Outdoor seating area. Easy to find. Great touring base.

Altercation between two dogs in lounge. Staircase and passage way had not been hoovered and a bit worse for wear. Noise from neighbouring bedrooms. The tables by bar seat 4 but are too small and cramped.

Very helpful lady found us secure bike storage in hotel. Nice loch views, nice bathroom and clean comfortable beds.

Quite annoying creaking noise from next room, walls must be quite thin. No biscuits with the tea/coffee. Long walk into town.

The room was very clean, all the staff seemed incredibly nice, and the breakfast was lovely. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back.

I paid for an upgrade to receive a view of the loch, however when we arrived there was scaffolding on the building which was right outside our window spoiling the view. Didn't even bother opening the curtains as there were workmen right on the other side, they did leave pretty soon after we arrived but the scaffolding remained. I wouldn't have paid to upgrade if I had known this.

Location is very gook , beautiful views across the water, food was exceptional, both evening meal and breakfast.

I booked with free cancellation, as I always do but as soon as I booked, the confirmation came back without, I had every intention of going but had I not I would have lost my money, I questioned it and they still said no free cancellation, I went throughly the booking process again to make sure I had done it right and I had so be careful.
