Comfortable bed good shower there is shampoo there for you to use breakfast is normal if you want something nicer there is nice shops that open at 9pm especially the fresh fish and chips . Simple process: Really quest entrance. You collect a key from a little box, no communication at all like a hostel. Good experience. If you want to climb ben nevis, there is a bus to the north face car park for the cmd route or just walk for the mountain path

The lamps confused me as they didn't turn on, only charging my phone.

It was perfect for our needs (sightseeing in Fort William and climbing Ben Nevis). Great location - just few steps to the city Centre and 40 minutes walk to Ben Nevis Visitor Centre. Room was more specious then expected, clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was nice and allowed for a good start of the day.

The decor could use a bit of refurbishment. But apart from that all was good.

Nice rooms, comfy beds and great location

The room was quite cold and humid, the heating was on only 1h in the evening, considering a very rainy weekend in February in Scotland. Also, we couldn't use the kettle to make teas to warm up, as the bottom was burnt with milk (!!). Please fellow readers, do not heat up milk for your porridge in the kettle!!

We were in Room 2 which had an ensuite bathroom and 2 beds, with a nice view of the church nearby. Super comfortable bed, great location, very accommodating to last minute booking after our previous lodgings fell through. Quite clean and had nice cookies and tea available in the room.

The hot water wasn’t working when we were there so we reached out to the manager but we did not hear back. Luckily we were only there 1 night and didn’t need to shower and it wasn’t too cold so we didn’t need the heat.

Exc ellent location Having a permit to park Having ensuite when we were not sure if we were getting that Good breakfast Easy instructions for access ( once I had read the instructions properly)

Nothing really to fault, except we could not figure out how to switch on bedside lamps _ they did not work for us!

Very good location, literally minutes from main st. Clean, comfortable, great view (we were in room 4). Nice breakfast, lovely and very helpful lady who cooks and cleans.

Breakfast could be a little easier if toast & tea were made rather than communal. It's a small dining room with 4 tables for 5 rooms so it feels like the more you can limit movement around the place the better, as well as the tea not being particularly fresh. Also there should maybe be a mention of the very steep hill up to the place...

Great location couple of minutes walk to the town centre and 5mins from the station, yet it was quiet around there. I called ahead and was able to check in early which was great. I was in room 1. Lovely comfortable small room. Good shower with soap and shampoo. I had to leave earlier than breakfast was served, but was encouraged to help myself to bread/toast, cereal and juice and yogurt from the fridge in the dining room before I left. I really liked it there and would stay again.

The radiator was on and it was hot in the room,. The radiator dial was missing so I couldn't turn the heat down, but it wasn't on all night. - as a solo female on the 1st floor I didn't want to leave the window open. The bed was squeaky.

Location, comfort

The timing for breakfast was too short and also not very clear on the booking. We headed to breakfast at 8.50am, only to be told it is only served between 8 and 9. It is common practise to serve breakfast till at least 10am or for at least a couple of hours. Thankfully after se friendly explanations we got a hit breakfast served The duvet cover was not ironed. First impressions go a long way

Location, Great. Simple comfy room. Very good price.

Entry and room doors need planning, have to slam the door shut so annoying if your sleeping. Room could do with a lamp. The TV remote was very dirty, not clean and looked like food stains on it, yuk, so I took batterie out and washed it clean. Apart from that room was OK.

Room was warm, had everything you would want/need. Plenty of tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Nice change, proper kettle. Dining room everything was laid out, just helped yourself. No one there to explain the procedure but not rocket science to work it out. Small place, few rooms, quiet. Had an e mail about how to access the house and room keys as no reception or check in.

Bathroom was a little dirty in places, just a few marks. Holder for hand-wash was dirty and plug hole.
