Staff were fantastic as they have always been. There is all you could wish for or need in terms of facilities. Housekeeping provided a fabulous supply of coffee and milk upon my request for it to be refreshed one morning! The room was as always tidy, clean and very comfortable. Well done! In the booking the room was said to have a wardrobe, safe and desk with chair. These were missing from my room. However, there was the excellent bonus of a fridge in the room. There was also a comfortable chair to sit in and there was a railing with some hangers on. I am very confident given the excellent service at this hotel that had I needed to stay during the week and/or needed some space to work then they would happily have provided a desk and chair for me to do this.

I was looking for a quiet hotel that had a good restaurant and local amenities for meeting up with my sister so we could meet in the middle and have a lovely weekend. Warwickshire Park Hotel was absolutely fantastic for that, it is in a great location, away from busy streets so there is no noise at night, yet very easy to find with a big car park. The room was spacious, well laid out and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and I slept easily. The food from the restaurant was well priced and tasty, we had such a lovely evening sitting near the bar, the staff were friendly and efficient and made us feel very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, so many choices and all absolutely delicious! We both enjoyed the Danish pastries immensely. Also the fact that the hotel is dog friendly was so wonderful as it meant my sister could bring her old dog with her, he hates to be left alone so for him, he had a wonderful weekend too!

There were a couple of stains on the towels, understandable when they are white but not nice as a guest. Also no bins outside was a bit of a pain after walking the dog, we had no where to dispose of dog poo so had to leave it by the car overnight and take it with us to find a bin the next day.

Have stayed before on several occasions, all of which were enjoyable. This time I enquired about the availability of a ground floor room on arrival due to my partner having difficulty in walking, and within mins the team have moved me from an upstairs room to a ground floor one without a grumble. The dining is 1st class with the team being attentive without being overpowering, i would highly recommend this hotel as both a stay over or if passing, just to pop in for delicious food in a lovely environment.

Restaurant was in a noisy bar , was trying to have a nice birthday meal with my partner and the staff got the vacuum cleaner out , the food was not of a great standard and we were asked to pay before we ate and not permitted to put it on our room bill . The male barman was very helpful , but other two staff on that eve had no idea how to deal with customers . Breakfast was pleasant but only one choice of eggs so if you don’t like scrambled no other option offered , had to ask waitress to sort out the coffee at it was stone cold .

The arrangement of the hotel’s rooms alongside the pub-style restaurant - rather than above - ensured a nice separation even though they were nicely joined by the spacious, welcoming and nicely decorated reception hall. The room I requested was ground floor and near an exit as I was travelling with my competition dogs and wanted to ensure it was quick, quiet and easy to take them outside for the toilet. My room was absolutely perfect! Ventilation was excellent, the room itself was spacious and very relaxing, my bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows snuggly and supportive. I even had a full size under counter type fridge - perfect for my milk, drinks and snacks as well as my dogs’ raw food. The tv was large, well placed and easy to use.

The staff clearly make this venue. Nothing was too much trouble. We were new to the venue so were sceptical about ordering a bottle of wine. They allowed us to taste and we purchased the bottle. The menu was new to the staff crew as only a few days old since it had been changed, so therefore very new to us hence various questions which were answered. We had a couple of minor issues which were overcome with ease by the manager. Would I return? YES. Would I recommend? YES. Was my dog welcomed throughout the venue? YES and not only was he welcomed but he got treats and was made to feel part of what was obviously the family of "the regulars" at this hotel/pub/restaurant. All in all, it has to be 5* as even though it was 4, they put the small issues right without a problem. Big high 5 to all the staff 👏. The crème brulé is highly recommended 👍

We were only there one night as we had a meal to go to in Warwick. We didn’t eat there, so can not comment on the food. However, our room was very nice, clean and had lovely large white towels. We particularly liked the black and white theme of the bathroom shower. We liked the cosiness of the hotel together with the quirkiness it portrayed. It was nice to see the staff nicely dressed in their uniforms who were also very helpful and friendly. Certainly would stay there again.

Because of our fleeting visit we found nothing we would like to improve

Extremely pet friendly. Loved that there were lots of other dogs around. (I always feel a little self-conscious travelling with a dog as not everywhere is as welcoming.) Jars with treats and poo bags in reception are a lovely touch. Felt really welcome in the bar area, so could also relax and enjoy a drink with my dog. The hotel is extremely clean - you wouldn’t know that dogs had been anywhere in the hotel. Great location for going to Crufts at NEC. Lovely countryside setting…great for dog walks.

There wasn’t anything really. We had quite a long walk from our room to the hotel exit when the dog decided she was bursting for a wee…wondered if another ground floor exit / entrance would be possible down the bottom end (there’s a fire door?) But just a suggestion…we managed 😆 No hair dryer in room but can be requested from reception.

The room was spacious and bed super comfortable. Nice and clean. Very peaceful indeed. Al the staff I saw were very smiley and welcoming. Plenty of car parking spaces.

I had a lovely large TV in my room but could only watch it if I created an account and watched My5, Netflix etc, no main stream TV. I like to listen to the news in the morning as I'm getting ready which I couldn't do. No mirror near a plug - I use straighteners in the morning. I wouldn't have been able to blow-dry my hair without a mirror

Comfortable stay in a dog friendly room with a fridge. Bed very comfortable and shower n bathroom nice and spacious. I had a nice supper the second night i stayed but had to wait longer than expected for my food.

At £10 per dog per night it made my stay more expensive than I had expected considering I had previously been charged just £10 per dog despite staying for two nights. My 3 clean, tidy and well behaved dogs simply don’t generate £60 worth of mess and cleaning…
