Location could not have been better. Never having been to Lancaster before we wanted to be as central as possible. There is no parking on site, but we booked a space near Lancaster station on Yourparking.com. It couldn't have been better as we were secure in the knowledge that our car would not be tampered with. Also literally a five to ten minute walk from the accommodation. Could not fault the apartment.

We have an induction hob at home so had some knowledge of how it worked, but others might need instructions. Cooker hood did not work and lights between the lounge area and bedroom needed a new bulb/s. Couldn't find any coasters for coffee table so as worried about staining we used tissues. We left a note regarding these issues, but guessing previous occupants may not have done so.

This place was a stunner, everything was absolutely fantastic, comfortable, modern and beautiful inside with everything you need. There is a hob, a microwave, iron, fridge/freezer. Bed was comfortable. Located in a beautiful and quiet street with a cute little square and cafes. The building itself if a very well presented old house. View from the window is a great instragram photo. It is 5 minutes walk to the station, 2 minutes to the castle and right in the city centre with shops and restaurants. Tesco is 5 minutes walk. I definitely recommend and will be back. With my clients.

Maybe have a plug in the bathroom, there are plenty in the bedroom but I prefer to dry my hair in the bathroom. 😊

I'd give 10 Stars if I could!!!******The place was ideally located for the city centre and to my venue. The flat was so comfortable and cosy, with a kitchen, tv and sette, and a very comfortable bed. The shower was wonderful...All you could need. I needed to contact the people that own/manage the flat, and within 3 minutes they responded and dealt with my request. I had a situation of my own making at the end of the trip, locked both the flat keys and the car keys inside the car. I rang them for help and they went out of their way to make sure I was warm and looked after whilst they were busy assisting me, ringing round getting me help. A person arrived within the hour to rescue my keys from inside the car so that I could be on my way. They were checking that I was ok the whole time. I could not recommend these people more highly, so helpful, accommodating, above and beyond, and well worth the money!! Such a lovely place for work or leisure!! Like I said, I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Thankyou so much for such a wonderful stay, the flat certainly added to the quality of my stay. I will definitely be recommending you to my colleagues!!!!!! There really are wonderful people in this world!!!

All was wonderful, if I was being picky and trivial, I'd say bigger bowls for my cereal, but that is being really picky, and didn't affect the quality of my stay at all....just used 2 bowls lol 😆

The apartment was very nice: the furniture was lovely and comfortable and there was a lot of room. I reported minor damaged to the management and got a reply right away. The location was good, as well: right in the city centre and only a few minutes walk to the central bus station, the central train station and the next grocery store.

Because the apartment was located in the city centre, it was a little loud at night.

Located about 12 mins from station in middle of old town. But secluded from Main Street. In a historic building sympathetically designed for apartments. Good size. Easy to find. Easy to access - owners send details to open door, which is very clear. We’ll appointed bathroom of a good size and nice big power shower. Room was made up during the day. Big bed. Good Wi-Fi. Kitchenette I didn’t use, but looked good. Overall very good.

Very easy to find from the railway station. Nice room, with comfortable bed and good bathroom facilities. Cozy without being overly warm. Relatively quiet. Plenty of storage for luggage. Communications with company clear and fast.

Bathroom lights did not work - Owner did later contact me directly quickly to apologise. Not the end of the world. Freeview TV lost and regained signal for some reason. Again, not the end of the world. I was woken by three "bangs" coming from somewhere, but do not know if that was another apartment or from outside. I soon fell back to sleep. Room totally acceptable, but if it were me I would be using different decor and furniture in order to add an "olde world" feel. Instead, the room felt a little like a white box. Pictures on walls? Different tones? Antique furniture? (I appreciate, however, that the latter may be difficult as stairs are quite narrow). No internal door from entrance to bedroom.

This flat has great character, but is also fully upgraded and modernised. The location is perfect. We loved the skylights in the bedroom, which let in the breezes but also had excellent shades for sleeping.

While we could completely recommend this flat, we found the kitchen facilities to be minimal so better not to plan to do much coooking. Also the mattress could use an upgrade!

The room was great, and it was in the absolute most perfect location, surrounded by lovely cafés and only a few minutes from the castle. Quiet and peaceful at night, but was a little noisy in the morning only to be expected considering its central location . We will definitely stay here again. We absolutely loved it.

Nothing at all.

The location is amazing. Studio is well decorated. The kitchen is quite well equipped. The area of the studio and the furniture are perfect for 2 people.

Sorry, but I have some negative aspects to highlight: (1) The bath area accumulated a lot of water. (2) There didn't have any wine glass and corkscrew. (3) Another issue is that there are not litters to separate reciclable and no reciclable waste.

Lovely and cozy apartment, there’s everything you might need plus the service you would get from a hotel (room cleaned and towels changed everyday). Perfectly located, just 10 mins from the railway station, 2 mins from the bus station, and in the very centre of Lancaster. Highly recommend!
