The hotel it self, its great!! From the moment you go in, see the nice setting/vibe it has to offer with the restaurant with a mix of cafe/bar areas where people work during day time (informally, not a cowork) and at night time was really busy with people. Also how they take of you at the desk on the check in/out, really friendly and nice service. Lastly the room it self, nice, very small but has all you need and very confortable....honestly a very good setting. Despite the location being far from the center, its an easy 30min train to the center or less to other nice areas, that surely would cost more to be there. PS: Very nice flexibility over checkout times

A few things. First the service at none peak hours at the restaurant was beyond slow on a couple days. I had to wait 1hr for a coffee and another they seated me and never came back for service. Problems in 2 out of the 3 times i was there. Another one is the door of the room, is kind of bad for filtering noise. Every morning you hear people walking and talking as they leave their rooms, others at night... could improve here.

Just 2 min walk from one Underground station and 8 min from another station, giving access to various points in the city, but the best part was the hotel itself - styled for a 70s vibe, but not with 70s furniture!! Everything was cute and looked new. I will make this hotel my preferred place to stay when in London - I just hope all the great reviews don't make them increase their prices! :)

There was no breakfast option when booking, I would have preferred to have that included.

Location

Room size and we paid for an upgrade however it was still too small for a couple with a suitcase each

Love the art deco styling, the staff were all very friendly, the location was great. Room was very comfortable and very clean.

Rug on the floor could do with securing, I tripped a few times on that. Bit of a health and safety hazard. Also nowhere to store a suitcase in the smaller rooms unless you leave it open under the bed. Finally, they take an extra £100 on check in on top of what you pay in case of any extra charges. This does get refunded to you at the end of the stay if you don’t incur extra charges, but we weren’t expecting to pay £100 more up front. This could be made more clear prior to booking.

The interior is beautiful and cosy. It has a special vibe to it just like all the other Hoxtons i visited, it feels like a home away from home. Chet’s, the restaurant was superb and all the staff was really nice and always helpful and friendly, especially Daria at the Reception who was very kind. The hotel is also close to two metro and a bus station so Its really well connected and there are also a 24h shop and a lot of bars and places to grab food from nearby. The complimentary water and milk in the fridge is a nice touch. Overall i really recommend this hotel and will be returning soon.

The first room we had been assigned too was a disability room that wasn’t functioning very well, the drain was blocked and it flooded the bathroom. BUT once I told the receptionist they upgraded our room and were really apologetic about the experience and the next room we had was awesome! the beds and pillows were soooo comfy, I loved the bathroom, the whole hotel is very chic. The food and drinks at the restaurant were also great and all of the staff were lovely, a nice young crowd and they helped me with all of my questions and needs.

The location threw me off a bit to be honest, when we arrived we were told to be careful at night and not go out alone because of the homeless people who harass you. It’s not like they are just hanging outside of the hotel but they are near. So that’s something to consider.

The hotel is lovely. A cool modern vibe in central Shepherds Bush. The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. The facilities are good. We didn’t have a bath but we did have a really powerful shower, there is t a whole lot of storage, you have an open wardrobe which is ok for a long weekend but I think if you were staying longer you would struggle. Overall it’s good value for money and a good location.

My only gripe is the bar. It really is a cocktail bar. My husband doesn’t drink cocktails or shorts, they only have 3 taps for a larger, an ale, no choice. Needless to say we only had one drink at the bar, we went to the nearby pub which was a stones through away. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was straight out of a Wes Anderson movie. It was charming, chic, trendy and exceeded our expectations. The staff was great, the food was good, the deco was just stunning, the room was 10/10 - bed and pillows were VERY comfy, the bathroom was squeaky clean and the shampoo/shower gel smelled so good, the design was gorgeous, TV worked perfectly well, the rooms were soundproof (can only speak for ours), the complimentary coffee, tea, milk and water were a great addition. The hotel was located a few meters from the Underground station. Very good experience and can't wait to come back.

Beautifully decorated and clearly newly renovated hotel - nothing in the room showed signs of wear yet. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is easy to reach with many transportation options and having a large Westfield shopping center right next door was very convenient.

The only real downside was the neighborhood the hotel is in. Walking home alone late at night from the tube station did not feel safe at all. During the day this was not an issue. Another small minus was the wardrobe in the room - it could only accommodate shirts (or other short items). This meant I had to hang all my dresses on the coat hooks next to the door. Not a huge issue, but also not very practical or esthetically pleasing.

I thought I had booked a room with a desk (photos on the website suggested my room type had one) The team at the front desk kindly upgraded me to a room that had one, funnily enough two doors down from the 1st one. The room was a much better layout, calmer environment ,with lovely views overlooking the Green. That was very sweet of them and much appreciated. I was able to get some work done.

Unable to book room service, the phone rang out. I had paid until 12 but the cleaner knocked on the door twice between 9am and 10.30am. The plumbing needs fixing. The water in the toilet after a couple of hours fills up with what looks like, waste. Initially thought someone had used the toilet without flushing. There was a bit of an odour but not awful.
