Loved the continental breakfast and the lady who greeted us each morning was so lovely and made porridge for my Mum every day. A credit to the Hotel as nothing too much trouble for her and always service with a gorgeous smile 😃

We purchased vouchers for our 4 night stay at the two restaurant recommendations. First restaurant the Olive Tree was lovely, but the second restaurant 54 was shocking service 😲 my Mum is diabetic which we mentioned on arrival and we had a booking for 7pm and did not receive our food until 8pm. I even had to ask for a pot of tea with sugar at 7.45pm as my Mum was beginning to have a hypo. The food was bland and expensive and because my Mum had to wait so long it gave her a headache brought on by the hypo and spoilt our whole night.

The location is super! Right by a beautiful beach, which is sandy and clean. Its a short stroll to lots of restaurants and nice shops which are all well above average and individually run. The entrance to the hotel is very clean and welcoming. There was a lift to the rooms. Our room was good and there was a Nespresso Coffee machine and pods provided. There was a kettle to make Tea and milk and biscuits available. The bar area was very nice with bifold doors, making it lovely and airy. We didn't have breakfast but other guests said it was good! All of the staff were very Friendly.

The shower was difficult to turn off, but the staff sorted that out!

In really good position. Was across the way, from 3 eatries, including Toby carvery. Golf course, crazy golf, cinema, also swimming pool and gym. Pier with arcade, and shops etc across the way, was a 5 minutes walk. Drinking places, all nearby. Also the hotel, had a gin happy hour 6-7 but their price off other drinks was good price. The staff are lovely and helpful. Continental breakfast was good. Good shower. There was bathrobes/ slippers and even a large umbrella, you could use or buy

The sink had a few cracks in it, Asked for 2 single beds, but got superking. We didnt complain, about these. I am sure they would have done something about it, if we had. . The carpark is very narrow and if a few cars are in, its hard maneuvering.

Nice welcome on arrival,our room was a sea facing room with balcony it was clean and well presented. Breakfast was Continental style with choice of cereals, hams,cheese,boiled eggs, croissants,danishes, and breads and crumpets to toast. Fruit juice available and tea and coffee to order.

Only negative for me was the bed,I found it uncomfortable soft and unfirm (lopsided). I'm sure other people would find it comfortable but it wasn't for me so had 2 uncomfortable nights This isn't a complaint and didn't over shadow our stay overall

Bed was extremely comfy, we both slept very well The room was very clean and well presented Great big new flatscreen TV The breakfast options were great, everything from cooked meats to cereal The room seemed fairly soundproofed, I wasn't disturbed by sounds from the neighbouring rooms Right across from the beach and attractions (although we didn't go there because of the bad weather)

We were confused by the entrance, which had a sign advising us to enter by a side door because of strong winds, and we wandered around the back of the hotel looking for it for ages before realising it was just to the side of the main door. We were stood waiting to check out at reception for quite a while before someone turned up, that was a little bit confusing. I discovered when we arrived that the hotel had an offer where we could have stayed 2 days for less than I paid for one night

The room met the needs of myself and my brother. The staff were helpful and friendly, the continental breakfast was great and the location was superb. It was a great distance between the high street and the beach.

The lift was very slow moving and more often than not we would take the stairs, which wasn't always ideal as we were on the third floor so if we forgot something or needed to go back for the toilet it was quite a trek. Also, time slots for breakfast would have been better than just coming whenever as there was the risk of not having a table available in the breakfast room.

The staff were excellent and the hotel was spotless. Would have liked a proper view from the window. Was in room 16 and it was an attic window so for my height. I couldn't really see anything from sitting down. But room was large and beds comfortable. Shower was lovely. Would be better with toiletries. Ie shampoo soap etc there was only pump hand soap. Facilities were great. And lounge cozy and warm ✨️

Couldn't see from window. Would have loved cooked breakfast although the continental breakfast was great 👍

Amazing beautiful property rooms all stunning that the 3 of us had. Our room was a sea view room and was a little smaller than the other 2 rooms in our party but hey ho give and take when you have a sea view.

Parking can be a pain but you can easily prebook a car parking spot for your stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean and the room was very comfy. The breakfast buffet was great and the hotel was very central for St Ann's.

The lift made some alarming rattles and the stair lights sometimes switched off on the second person walking up or down, if you weren't on the heels of the person in front and the car park is very tight to get into.

Great location, friendly helpful staff, great breakfast and bar/lounge area. Comfy bed, able to pay a little extra for parking and early check-in in

One or two little things in room needed upkeep, little faded in places, but overall good value.
