I recently had an exceptional stay at this hotel, where the staff truly excelled. I left a note with a special request, and they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, particularly Sam at reception, who made my daughter feel incredibly special. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and boasts an ideal location in the heart of Manchester, close to all amenities. The staff provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and activities, enhancing our visit. With the tram right at our doorstep and fantastic restaurants nearby, I will definitely choose this hotel for all future visits to Manchester 🐝

Everything about our stay was excellent. This is a well run hotel. The staff were very accommodating and the rooms were extremely comfortable. The lobby area was also extremely comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed our entire stay and will definitely go again. Its very central, short walk to both trams and trains as well as shops and restaurants.

I have nothing to add here. Just on the questions above: Did the price you paid match the expectations you had when you booked? I said No, because I hadn't expected it to be as nice for that price. Ive paid a hell of a lot more elsewhere for a terrible experience.

The location was great! It was clean, had daily housekeeping. Helpful people at the reception, especially this one guy with dark hair who checked me in, another woman who helped me access the room when I stupidly locked myself out, and a young lady with dark hair who I asked about where to empty the bin and she offered to send someone up even outside of housekeeping hours. Rooms were a good temperature and hot water was available.

Felt that toothbrushes could have been provided. And bins could be lined with bags. Got a little expensive with a long stay and weekend rates. The view was to the inside of the building.

I felt really welcome by the very friendly Portuguese people, the man with the Rastafari hair in the bar, was very polite, and helpful - he prepared me a ginger tea on my arrival, to help out with my upset stomach issues. The lady at the Portuguese lady ( Madalena )at the Reception was very friendly, and professionally polite, when I requested an earlier check in, as I arrived at 12. She managed to get us a room in the 7 floor ( the room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location is very central, closed to all the shops, and. Me and my partner, will definitely come back to this Motel one next time we travel to Manchester. Really nice place, atmosphere, and the hotel is beautifully decorated with modern style, and breakfast buffet is also very good too. Countless reasons to highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Manchester.

As soon as to enter, you’re immediately hit with a dim low light lounge, bookshelves and old books wishing for be touched and read also combined with the bar at the far back. The reception had this cool concept of books stuck to the wall. Location and staff were excellent!

The bed was very big and comfy but there was a lack of space to freely move about. The bedside table was really tiny and we didn’t have a bin apart from the bathroom one

Great location and price was good. Room was very clean but small :( The young lady at reception was very helpful in setting up a birthday surprise in the room for my sister. Didn’t get her name unfortunately . That was a lovely gesture, her other colleague who helped us with our suitcases was great too.

The lady at the reception who checked me in could have been a bit more secretive about a birthday surprise I’ve mentioned on my booking. This staff member was not welcoming or friendly. She was not listening to what I’ve requested and almost spoiled the surprise not to mention she was not even interested in trying to make it happen! Glad the other receptionist stepped in and told me they can fulfil my request.

Cozy reception/bar area, really nice decor. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, great stay! The staff were absolutely brilliant, friendly and helpful - we needed to swap rooms and they were more than prompt in getting us a room with better phone service (I was working and I needed my phones internet, unfortunately I cannot use public wifi for work). If I were to go back to Manchester purely on holidays, I would definitely stay there again!

Some of the rooms have poor or no phone service - it is definitely not a problem if you use the hotels wifi, but I had to use my own connection to work so that was a bit of an issue. Staff did everything they could to try to help me though, I really appreciate it. Sadly, even sitting by an opened window did not help me much and I had to go work at a cafe. There was nothing the staff could do there, its just how the building was made.

Holy moly what a fantastic room this was. We came into town for some sightseeing and a show at Factory International and I was quite blown away with how wonderful this hotel was, in fact I really had to pat myself on the back for picking it. It was in a really great location, which meant we could get everywhere we needed to go easily and had good restaurants in the area. We got back late from our show and the bar was open with drink and snacks available for purchase, very much welcome as we'd missed the restaurants that night. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was fan-freaking-tastic with plenty for vegetarians. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nothing! Perfect place to stay!

Location was great, inbetween both Deansgate and the Northern Quarter. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and could leave backs for free up to 24hrs after our stay. Very clean and lots of towels provided, bed was comfy too. Nice bar and atmosphere down there everytime we were coming and going.

The rooms was quite tight on space and not much of a view, but you could upgrade for a city view if you wanted it (and we were only there after dark so not too bothered) It was my partners birthday which I mentioned but they didnt leave a note or provide anything, which I guess is policy, but that would have exceeded my expectations and just made it a memorable experience.
