The staff were extremely helpful and provided assistance when the self check-in system didn’t work properly. The rooms are modern and significantly more “technically advanced” than most hotels. You have everything you need to prepare food and are even provided with some additional amenities such as Milk, Nespresso Coffee Pods, Water, etc.

There is a lack of instructions and the videos provided do not work. For anyone having trouble with the Hob, you need to put your pan on first as they have a magnetic lock. At some points, the pressure of the water seemed to drop, or suddenly be very high - which sometimes caused a few splash-backs from the sink. The temperature of the Shower couldn’t be changed, it stayed very hot and became uncomfortable after a short time. Heated towel rail didn’t work at all, but this wasn’t a major problem

The location near the tram station in the city center, the level of furnishing of the rooms, the lounge at 9th floor, the city view from the high floors, the comfort of the rooms, and the laundry service.

The level of cleanliness can surely be improved. In addition, some of the staff did not seem welcoming (frowny and too serious), which is uncommon in hotels. The customer service can be improved: on day of arrival I spoke to one of the reception staff re some help we needed in the rooms, yet he suddenly walked away while me still talking and directed me to speak to a colleague of his (I felt disrespected).

Location was fantastic, very central. The hotel room was perfect and had everything (and more) that I needed. I wish all hotels were like this. From the tiny bottles of milk in the fridge, the Nepresso machine, the lovely bathroom products, the towels to the great views - everything was immaculate and spot on. I enjoyed the privacy, and yet the staff were very helpful and friendly. It was basically nearly perfect and I’d make an attempt to stay at Wilde again and would recommend them to anyone who enjoys hotel breaks but without all the noise, bustle and hassle of a hotel but with all the comforts of one.

This is a personal preference and not realistic as it refers to an architectural feature in a high rise city building. I realise the safety and environmental issues - but my only issue was that the windows didn’t open. There was aircon and it was great but I like the ability to open a window occasionally.

Location to conference venue was great as was its closeness to the city centre/Piccadilly gardens and plenty of eateries around. Loved having the option of preparing something to eat myself if I wished and that everything was in the room such as iron/ironing board so didn’t have to request it.

The little jars holding the tea and sugar were a little fiddly for someone with dexterity issues and there was a little dust at the headboard of the bed where it can convert from twin to double along the skirting board. Although there were two main lifts to all floors one of these was often occupied by staff and equipment and the third lift from the 9th Floor to room floors wasn’t well signed or mentioned at check in - that could potentially reduce some of the delays from ground floor.

I loved thr location, friendly staff , facilities I didn't actually use the pantry or restaurant, because I had my own little kitchen and didn't need them ,but liked that they were there if needed. Hot clean shower with good pressure. The view from my 17th floor room was epic, especially at night . Loved the gadgetry to open and close the blinds and switch on and off the lights and air con .loved having a little kitchen, not that I was cooking, but it was nice to have a decent fridge and somewhere to put my bits and drinks . Umbrella if it's raining , lots of blankets and bedding if needed .xx

Very few and minor things , the kitchen isn't designed for the vertically challenged, some of the cupboards were very high to reach plates and glasses , but I managed . The bed was comfy , but the ridge in the middle as its two twin pushed and zipped together ... could maybe do with a mattress topper or something to soften it slightly.

The small details such as the Nespresso machine and pods, complimentary bottles of milk and water in fridge etc. Very central location too and apartment was gorgeous!

Could be a little bit cleaner. The toilet roll holder had dust on top of it and so did the skirting boards. The bed had 2 black hairs on it too. I told them that i was coming for my partners birthday and they acknowledged the message and said they would do their best to arrange something for us. However when I got to the room there was no acknowledgment at all. No huge deal at all as i know they must have been busy with the Parklife Weekend but even a wee card would have been lovely :)

Staff were very friendly and room was clean and tidy. All kitchen appliances were Smeg. I was glad to try using them before considering to buy for our flat. It is very good location. All interesting places were walking distance. We didn't use any public transports when we went sightseeing.

I expected nice city view from our room. However, our room was 15th floor and the view wasn't as good as I expected. Another building was front of our room and I couldn't see any view. I wish I could requested nice city view from window when I booked hotel. The sink was too small to wash cups and dishes. the kitchen counter got wet all the time, when I washed them.

Amazing facilities - Smeg appliances, nespresso machine, pods and milk and water provided. Really clean everywhere with enough towels, toiletries etc. in the bathroom. LOTS of space and storage! Even had under bed storage to keep cases and loose bits and bobs hidden away. The kitchen was equipped with pots, pans and cutlery etc. although we didn’t use it. Beds super comfy and spacious and the black out blinds were so good - slept so well which I never do in hotels. Air con was easy to operate and very powerful - exactly what we needed in the heatwave! Really lovely experience which exceeded my expectations. Thanks, will stay again!

Clean and stylish. Lovely quality linen and towels, quality appliances (eg Smeg), fabulous hot power shower, lovely toiletries, sound proofed (I think) from the outside. Great to have some milk and bottled water in fridge on arrival. Excellent location as well. Thought it was pretty good value for money.

All a bit impersonal. Struggled initially to operate most things in the room but got the hang of it eventually. All QR codes and digital controls to work everything. To contact reception scan the QR code and then WhatsApp them! Elevators always very busy. No fresh air as none of the windows open (we were on 16th floor mind you). Air con and heating instead. Most importantly no teabags in hotel shop! A lot of people will absolutely love this hotel but I found it all too ultra modern and confusing!!! Thought I was quite with it until I stayed here!!!!

Checking in was very easy - lift to 9th floor where we got our keys! The room was lovely - just as advertised. Clean, cosy and plenty amenities. I loved that we could connect our phones to the TV. The complimentary snacks and coffee were a nice touch! Plenty of information on flyers and on tv which was great! The room was lovely - I cannot fault it. The hotel was nice and quiet at night. Me and my partner both got great sleep. I found that the mattress hurt my back despite being comfortable - my partner had zero issues! Love the technology in the room - touch screens for the lights, air con and heating! Sometimes the TV took a while to connect our devices - I had to skim through information areas on screen before the tv would connect to wifi for our phones for some reason! But this was fine once we figured out how to get it to connect but may be worthwhile knowing for future guests. The hotel is in a great location. We will definitely be back!! Whilst we didn’t use the lounge, it looked really lovely! Very clean room. Loved it! The room was compact but well designed. If I was to stay for a longer trip I would get a bigger room. However, if like us, your plan is to get out into the city then room size is less of an issue. Shower worked well - towel heating stand also! Checkout was very quick too!
