Amazing check in experience with the most friendly and professional young man called Kyaw. Best welcome I have received at any hotel and I travel frequently. An asset to your company and brand. Overall my experience was great but stand out service was upon check in and check out, both with Kyaw. I will likely be staying again soon and hope that Kyaw will be made aware of my feedback. I stayed at this property and overall, I had a positive experience. The STAFF WERE GREAT, consistently helpful and attentive throughout my stay. The LOCATION is also excellent, making it easy to access nearby attractions and conveniences. THE ROOM came equipped with a fridge, which was a nice touch as I like to buy milk because of those little milk things you get are no good. I ordered a pizza from room service, and while it was nice, I found it to be on the smaller side. The temperature control in the room was very easy to use, allowing me to adjust the room to my liking. The showers were good. THE BEST FEATURE BY FAR WAS THE POOL AND SPA It was so relaxing and well-maintained that it made my stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely return, mainly for that fantastic Pool and Spa experience!

While this property has its positives, there were a few things that could be improved. One notable downside was that the Bar closes early and I remember seeing customers being turned away which was disappointing for those looking to enjoy a drink later in the evening. Another issue was the pillows they could have been firmer for better support. Additionally, the windows in the room don't open, which means there’s no option for fresh air especially in the morning something I missed during my stay. These improvements would make the experience even better.

The aesthetic of the place is beautiful, the room was spacious and comfortable, every member of staff was incredibly helpful and positive.

If a vegan breakfast made it on to the menu you wouldn't be able to keep us away!

Everything from the minute we walked in the door to be greeted by an ever so friendly and helpful concierge who directed us to reception to be met with another wonderful receptionist …. The stunning decor and Christmas tree was outstanding …. This hotel really met all expectations and more of its 5 star rating! The food in the Peter street kitchen restaurant was undeniably some of the best food I have experienced! I would give this hotel 15/10!

This is a really beautiful hotel, and it’s always our first choice when staying in Manchester (if the price is ok). The spa and gym are a really nice addition. We went to the gym & spa on a Sunday and Monday and the Monday was much quieter (it was a little too busy on the Sunday). Remember you need to pre-book your spa visit. Breakfast was varied and of a really high standard. Staff were helpful and friendly as always. Will definitely stay again.

The only downside is parking. The closest multi story is very expensive- around £60 for 2 days. We went to the second closest instead for £30, but due to the weather, we needed to use an Uber to and from the hotel with our luggage. It’s not a deal breaker, just something to keep in mind if you’re travelling by car.

Nice spacious bathrooms in the rooms, really liked the design. We especially enjoyed the spa facilities, and the massage we both received was exceptional! I think the name of our masseuse was Oe, she was fantastic and possibly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Not to forget Suzanna, who works on the spa reception was warm, friendly and great at her job.

If I had to be picky wasn’t keen on the breakfast room layout as it’s super busy and you feel constantly in someone’s way. Breakfast staff did try their best with service, despite how busy it is, and to be fair the breakfast quality it’s self is pretty good.

Spa staff she was not as much accommodating as I booked a session was running late (I hold my hands up) and told I only have nine minutes left of my time that then ruined some of the experience as I was celebrating my husbands birthday so didn’t get to use that facility. Did have a morning booking for the spa but didn’t attend due to the staff hostility the day before. Would of been a 10/10 experience however due to the poor hospitality from the spa staff It a good from me. Parking was a headache as the nearest NCP was a 10 min walk did receive a parking ticket.

The Hotel was beautiful and a very good location. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet selection was great. Rooms were spacious, very clean and tea and coffee selection available.

To use the pool facilities you had to make reservation, only by chance did we find this information a couple of days before we arrived, whilst we did manage to make a reservation, I would have liked to be able to just pop for a swim when we felt like it. The breakfast area was an odd layout and we sat on a stool and a sofa to eat, which wasn't very comfortable. The main of the breakfast section was extremely busy and tight with tables but this was the main walk way to the buffet. Not very ideal The pillows were far too soft in the room and they offered no support. Had a broken night's sleep, the mattress was very hard aswell.

We booked a 2 night stay a beautiful hotel the staff go above and beyond they looked after us well thank you to Alex in housekeeping who made sure our room was spotless the next day and made sure we had everything we needed. The buffet breakfast was great lots of choice from pastries, meats and cheese and full English with variety of juice to choose from the staff come to your table to offer latte, cappuccino or any other hot drinks all included. We also used the pool and spa facilities which wasn't crowded as you book a time slot. We were so impressed and will be back again. Thank you!
