Great room (with free upgrade from booking.com) on two levels with kitchen area, spiral staircase to bedroom, sofa and desk, bath. Car parking at £15 for 24h attached to hotel, cheaper than multi storey NCP nearby. Friendly staff. Breakfast included with reasonable selection. Just in Salford, but easy walk into Manchester. Location ideal for us as we were visiting our daughter very close by, we'd definitely stay here again.
Carpet in room could benefit from a steam clean. A little noise from traffic in our room, but not enough to disturb us other rooms wil be quieter if this is an issue. Cooked breakfast was a bit tepid, though this was at the end of the session and very few guests had been for breakfast.

Stayed here with a friend as we were attending an event at Aviva Studios, which is just round the corner, so the location was fantastic. Very easy to find with a nice big car park. Staff were nice and welcoming on arrival. The room was nice but definitely needs a more regular clean, there were crisps on the floor and lots of stains on the carpets, but the beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was brilliant, lots of choice and tasted very nice, the dining area was lovely and clean also. I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

Breakfast - plenty of choice. Only had the continental style but cooked items were available. Very close to the Opera House and that’s the reason we were there. Very clean room.
Room service wasn’t available even though it was advertised 24hrs. The room was a strange layout. The TV was in a corner and a big column obscured some of it for the left hand bed. On the column there was a long mirror which faced one of the beds. There was a step up into the bathroom but there was no warning and only one bed had a bedside table.

- Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception - a lot of space in the room - spacious shower cabin - well equipped kitchenette with plates, cutlery, pan, pots, fridge and freezer, material for washing the plates, microwave - very clean and modern - many sockets - less then 20 minute walk to the train station Manchester Victoria as well as to the main attractions in the centre - comfortable sofa
- not all lamps worked properly - water pressure in the shower very weak (not a lot of water came out) - in the kitchen I was missing oil, salt, pepper and scissors - no table to eat at (only a desk with one chair) - no sockets in the bathroom - washbasins were way to small (you make everything wet around you when you use them) - no toilet brush! - bed wasn’t that comfortable due to some strange knobs - located next to a high street (a lot of noise and light from the outside all night)

From start to finish the staff were so helpful. After my initial booking i wanted to change my room, i couldn't do it through the Booking.com app, but at the hotel, Brianna responded to my request promptly and efficiently. It was so nice to actually talk to an understanding human! On arrival Kher was very welcoming and talked me through Manchester highlights that were easily walkable from the hotel, which is perfectly located and surprisingly quiet despite being near a main road. I stayed in the Deluxe Suite that was really comfortable, bright, clean and spacious with a cityscape view. There isn't a bar or restaurant and they don't provide breakfast but it wasn't an issue. There's plenty of cafes nearby and with a kitchenette, it's easy to get some goodies from Sainsbury's Local (2 mins away) and pop in the fridge ready for when you need it. And parking on-site was another bonus. The Ainscow is great value for money and was perfect for my first visit to Manchester. I shall return and recommend to others.

Everything! 1). The food was amazing. So tasty, homemade, great value for money. The fact the pizzas and snacks were 24hr was just the cherry on top. 2). The room was ginormous, clean, bright and beautifully decorated. Everything was absolutely perfect. 3). The staff were beyond accommodating. Every single person I talked to went above and beyond to do anything for me, from making our food to helping us organise our travel and holding onto our bags. I cannot express just how friendly every one was and how much they made my trip so much better. 4). The location was great, while it was about a 30 minute walk from Manchester city center, it was still so easy to navigate, near plenty of buses and had a nice walk to the city. 5). Honestly, this has been one of the BEST hotels I have ever stayed in. Incredible value for money, would visit AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN!
Nothing! I loved everything!

Great sized room. Was very hot though realised the following morning their was a fan in the wardrobe. Pillows were not very comfortable however nice bed. Though we didnt order anything the menu looked great for late night room service snack options. Friendly receptionist and good value for money.
No alcohol served here or pork (breakfast was vegetarian sausages and turkey rashers). Absolutely fine as obviously assuming its through the owners religion. However, it should really be stipulated on the full breakfast option. Breakfast service was quite slow with 3 fried eggs coming to the buffet station for a queue of 6 people.

Staff very helpful and friendly, easy check-in. Parking onsite, payable but secure and cheaper than many other car parks in area. Nice Reception area with complimentary tea and coffee. Good location with easy walk to AO Arena. Good breakfast.
Shower was over the bath which was narrow but had a wide edge to climb over to get into with nothing to hold on to. The basin had a pop up waste which would not stay down so not possible to keep any water in it whilst washing. The separate WC was small with a large washbasin which took up too much space and meant leaning sideways when sitting on the loo! The bed was only a double and not the most comfortable. These days it is usual to have a king size in a double room. We were only staying one night so was ok.

the location was right near an event we came for, corner shops local. i electric scooters and bikes right outside our hotel.
Our view was the front (which i didn’t mind) however the window closest to the head board was broke. the latch for the ventilation had came off therefore most nights i couldn’t sleep or had to wait until everything had chilled out abit outside. we stayed thursday until sunday. and not once did anyone clean our room. we found old acrylic nails. The whole room was a sauna it was too warm and the fan provided wasn’t great.
