Very well located, employees were all nice and friendly, the rooms were very neat, clean, spacious, and confortable. The beds were confy and the bathrooms very clean.

The room was very loud, I could hear all the people laughing fron the bar until late at night. The room next door was also extremely loud... many people singing, laughing, and partying until past 1 am. The breakfast was supposed to start at 8:30 am. Even though we were there at 8:30, we did not get breakfast until 9:40 (check out was at 10!). Some people left because it was taking too long. We almost left as well because we had train tickets and we had to check out, but breakfast was paid already. Noise in the rooms and breakfast could use some improvement.

Bedding and bathroom was spotless. Venue was very close to where I had to go for business the next day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Noise from down stairs were inaudible and closing bathroom door sorted the bit of noise from the street. Noise was not a problem in mý room. The bedside lamp has a built-in USB port. No need for adapters, just bring a charging cable. I walked from Manchester Piccadilly station to The Oxnoble - easily done.

Couldn't take part in breakfast as I had to leave by 8.15am and breakfast is served 9-12. I understand that as a pub the hours are a bit different to other affordable stays. I couldn't work out how the use the TV and was too tired to bother with asking for help.

Great location for what I needed. Staff were helpful and I was able to leave my case behind the bar before and after check in so I didn't need to take it with me. Quieter than expected, my room was above the bar and I could only faintly hear music and chatter in the evening. My room was huge with 2 singles pushed together and there was plenty of space. Veggie breakfast was fabulous and really set me up for the day!

Drainage in the bathroom was extremely slow but I did let the staff know on check out. I was told on arrival that the room would be warm, so a large stand fan in the room would have been appreciated. Thankfully, I had thought to bring my own small desk fan as i knew the weather was going to be really warm, which really helped.

Really kind and friendly staff, fantastic location for watching Rocky Horror at the Opera House. When we arrived there was a tape around the toilet to show it had been clean and sanitised which was a really nice touch. Great selection of beers (that we were allowed to take up to the room). So clean and hygienic.

Didn't bother us, but the music in the pub is very loud and can be heard in the room. But if you're going out for the night you don't hear it! The bed isn't so comfy and the lighting isn't good for if you want to do makeup.

The beds including the pull out sofa bed was very comfortable and the room was warm and clean. Having the bar downstairs waa great for a pre night out pint or two! Breakfast was good - toast was a bit hard and cold but the actual breakfast was lovely! Staff were very helpful and friendly! Very nice pint at the bar as well!

The shower head in the room kept drooping in the middle of having a shower and though the bathroom was roomy the cubicle was very small. The toast on the breakfast was hard and cold. During breakfast the bar staff were talking very loudly about other staffs rotas and paydates. No issues with them chatting - but so loudly was a bit much. Have to say though - none of this hugely impacted the stay which was lovely!

The location and the room were both fab, room was fully equiped and very clean! The staff were lovely and very helpful whenever i needed anything. There was an issue with the door into the inn and the staff were very attentive helping me to get in, even offering a drink while i waited. The location was fantastic, as I was here to visit the manchester central convention centre, which was right round the corner.

There was some noise from the rooms around me late in the night, but that is to be expected from a pub inn!

Lovely atmosphere in the pub when we checked in, nice decor & real open fires lit, lots of well placed tv screens. Staff friendly & helpful, smooth check-in. The room we stayed in (no. 7) was a good size, beds very comfortable with fresh white cotton bedding, large clean modern bathroom (shower pressure excellent) Large tv, tea & coffee making facilities, iron & ironing board. Separate side entrance to accommodation to allow for 24hr access. The cooked breakfast served from 9am-12noon was very tasty! Lovely little garden square directly outside & the pubs outside tables looked pretty with the spring flowers a nice touch. Lots of restaurants, cafes, bars & theatres in close proximity (we were attending a play at HOME Arts Centre/Cinema) Science & Industry Museum directly opposite. Piccadilly Station a pleasant 20-25min walk. Oxford Rd Station nearer. Overall stay we felt was really good value for money.

Decor in bedrooms & corridors a little old fashioned & shabby. No hairdryer in our room. Extra socket required near one of the bedside tables, as unable to use lamp or charge phone by bed. Large sash window was difficult to keep closed, but this was handy when we needed some fresh air during the night as room got quite warm. Some noise from other guests coming in late and from traffic in the morning, but we expected this and it was outweighed by the fact that we enjoyed having a lively bar downstairs to use. Noise from the pub itself ended promptly at 12.15am.

We arrived early before check-in time and had a festival that day so would return after the pub was shut. The staff went above and beyond and managed to get us the keys to our room despite being really early for check-in, which really saved our trip. The location was fantastic, and the breakfast included option was brilliant. It was very clean and whilst it is a pub so noise is to be expected, it wasn't that loud at all.

N/A - we were very happy with the Oxnoble.

What can I say about this place other than absolutely sensational? The hospitality from these guys is second to none. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are the most accommodating I've ever come across. They do a banging fry up too so make you add that to your booking. And, most importantly, the rooms are above a great little pub so perfect for drinks while getting ready, before/after going out and even with breakfast if you need a mender like I did 🙈😂 and they don't hurry you out at checkout time. Six out of five from me, second time I've stayed there and I've already booked it again for blink-182 next year.

There is nothing to dislike about this place.

Location - It was right in city centre Staff - the staff were very helpful Breakfast- Great breakfast, Served hot full English breakfast.

Finding a parking is a hassle. You have few paid parking spots in and around at walking distance from the pub. It's is actually a pub and rooms on the first floor. Can be a bit noisy between 9 pm and 11 pm. Otherwise ok. On a busy road, so gets a bit during office hours. No one to help you after 11 pm. So people with special needs, better to avoid. Breakfast will be available from only 9am. So if you want to go early for work, it would be difficult.
