I stayed with my 2 old school friends, a 2-night stay it was our Christmas reunion. My husband booked this for us and it was brilliant. Lovely and warm, the beds were super comfy all the staff were exceptional and the pub itself is so lovely. It's so nice to be in an original traditional pub/ hotel it was fab. Thank you to The Oxnoble Hotel we shall be back. 🥰

Squeaky bathroom door which had us in fits of laughter, not a squeaky floorboard whilst you tiptoe past your sleeping companions......think you've made it and then the biggest squeak you've ever heard as you open the bathroom door and wake everyone up 🤣. It's not a negative because we loved staying there was just funny.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The man who checked us in was lovely. The room was very clean and appealing. The bed was really comfortable and the ensuite was perfect! After a busy day shopping, my sister and I enjoyed having a drink in the bar with all of the festive music on and then just went up the room after, no need for taxis, etc. The breakfast was delicious! It was a really nice trip. Thank you

We couldn't tune our smart TV, but as we were only in the room for a small amount of time, it wasn't an issue, and if we were there for longer, we would have asked for some assistance.

The location was perfect, just a 5-10 minute walk from Manchester Opera House. The room was really nice and good value for money. I found the bed to be comfortable and the shower was powerful and hot; also a hairdryer, iron and ironing board were provided in the room. The staff were friendly and helped with any queries we had. We were given keys to the property, in addition to the room, so that if we arrived after closing time then there would be no issues in gaining access. We had breakfast there the next morning and it was a good sized portion and lovely :) I would 100% book to stay there again.

Parking for above 3 hours is a little difficult. There is one small car park at the side of the pub which allows a longer stay, but is busy.

The rooms were lovely, with stylish decor and comfortable beds, and the noise from the bar below was not intrusive. The team of staff were also very nice and the chef was excellent- delicious breakfasts! although a bit hot.

When guests are checking in it might be worth mentioning that the outside key turns the other way, as we had a 20 minute panic when we couldn’t get in to the hotel after it had closed. There are signs that we are not the first as the doorframe appears to have been replaced quite recently.

The room was clean and comfortable. Tea/coffee etc provided and a decent hairdryer. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Very good sized bathroom,very clean. Great location for the event we were attending at The Aviva studios

There is some noise from the bar below but that is to be expected. Also my room was looking out into the road so there was significant noise from this, again to be expected due to the location.of the pub. It is a bit of a walk to Arndale etc but trams not far away

Friendly and welcoming staff. Comfortable beds, large room with ironing facilities. Room was clean as was the shower and toilet. Nice to find a room with 3 single beds, even if 1 was a sofa bed. 5 minutes walk to nearest tram stop so easy to get around the city, even for first timers like us.

Because it is on a main road there was traffic noise through the night but this was the only negative point. But it may have been more noticeable to us as we live in a close with no through traffic

What I ask for when I stay overnight somewhere is a clean room, a comfortable bed, good food if they serve it and staff who are genuinely helpful and happy to help. I got all of it and more. Absolutely no complaints

Not that I didn't like it but it does mention that the noise from downstairs might be an issue. It's really not but the noise from the road might be. Not the venues fault but if you're a light sleeper then earplugs might be a good idea

The hotel was lovely and perfect for my stay in Manchester. Very nice room, spacious and well equipped. The location was perfect, close to bars, cafes and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Didn’t actually eat in pub but food looked great ! Would definitely stay again.

Liked everything. My only criticism would be that the bathroom is a little tired and would benefit from a makeover.

When booking, I let the hotel know our arrival time; I got a message back saying subject to availability. I emailed the hotel and sent another message on Booking.com asking about checking in early. We had been travelling since 3am and arrived at the hotel around 11am to be told that we couldn’t check in until 3pm. Should I have known this, I probably would have booked somewhere else and paid for early check in.

bed was very comfortable breakfast was lovely. good location. staff were very friendly shower was lovely and powerful! good value for money in the bar. we would return here if we came back to Manchester 100%

not so much didn't like but the main light wasn't very bright and as there wasn't a lot of natural light coming in it would of helped having a brighter main light but it was still a great stay overall.
