The hotel itself was lovely, the views were incredible, the location was ideal and the staff were very polite and professional. With free use to the swimming pool and hot tub area, making a really nice touch.

We parked in the recommended car park, the NCP multistory just across the street from the hotel. During the night our car had been broken into, and somethings stolen. When we looked into it, the car park had multiple reviews saying the same thing had happened to other people. Whilst I understand the car park is not associated with the hotel directly, a small heads up to the guests might be a nice touch.

Generally great location towards end of Deansgate, far enough out to be more peaceful for city but close enough to the centre to enjoy things easily. Attractions like Central Manchester Library etc five minutes walk away. Driving from M56 direction generally very easy to find, straight up Princess Parkway.

Parking needs to be made clearer - is there valet service or not? Discount codes for the nearby NCP or not? It was fine in the end, and the parking was very good - but is it part of the hotel deal or not? We did check beforehand.

Great location right in the middle of everything we needed. Room was of the highest standard, very comfy bed, very clean and we only stayed two night and the room was done after our first night right for our second night.

Parking was not stated that it was not included in the stay on the booking. com website it said it had parking but when we got there we realized the parking was not included and ended up paying £60+ on parking alone. and no offer of discount though the hotel for the parking either. we was in room 608 and the shower glass screen leaked on the first day because the rubber seal wasn't on all the way once pushed on didn't leak again.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They couldn't do enough to welcome us. Gabby on reception checked us in ahead of 4pm as our room was ready. Also as we were there for a birthday treat we were offered a complimentary drink at the bar. In the Executive Lounge, Michelle provided a first class service to meet our every need. Our stay was special due to the service we received. Thank you so much.

It was very cool in Cloud 23 bar so we ended up taking our drinks to the room, not ideal. We struggled to adjust the temperature in our room and didn't sleep too well due to the temperature of the room and noise of the trains.

Location! The location of the Hilton is great. My partner and I were there as my partner participated in the Hyrox events around the corner at the convention centre, and it took us maybe 5 minutes to get there, we also ventured out for food and drinks which where all within walking distance.

Not so much didn't like but wish it could have been better, but for myself and my partner, the mattress was a little too firm for us. Also tried to use the chrome cast on the TV in the bedroom to watch Netflix in the evening and the connection wasn't very good despite using the hotels WiFi it kept clitching.

Great views. Great staff. Cloud bar exceptional. Great location. Pool and leisure decent. Manchester awesome place. Especially red half. Drinks bit pricey in Cloud bar but has to be seen. Loads of stuff around Manchester to do. Spoilt for restaurants and bars etc.

Price of breakfast but you could probably get a good deal. Also loads of cafe bars open around area for cheaper option if you venture out in the morning. Parking pricey. 25 pound for the night at the local ncp and that was with 30 per cent discount offered by the hilton Hotel.

Overall, the staff were brilliant and the food in the lounge bar was phenomenal. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Cloud 23 service was very slow. Even though we had booked a table and our server told us she would be around every few minutes to cover her section, she stood the majority of the time chatting to the bar staff and we eventually ordered through the other staff. This is not the first time I have experienced this. The breakfast was a standard buffet style breakfast which meant the cooked element was not made to order, just in hot plates where you help yourself. I felt the ingredients used were not premium ingredients. The pastry, fruit and cereal section was great. Next time, I would not book the breakfast option and would choose to eat elsewhere. Saying that, the food we had in the afternoon from the lounge bar was delicious.

We loved our spacious room and large bathroom. The evening meal at the podium was excellent. Delicious!! In fact. The service was 1st class and we were warmly welcomed right from the start at check in reception to the staff at podium and at breakfast. The breakfast was fantastic!!! So much choice. I have stayed at many hotels but this breakfast buffet is in my top 5. Honestly I was surprised at the excellent choice. Well done Hilton hotels. I would definitely stay here again. No problems

I liked how we received a free drink voucher for Podium for my girlfriend’s birthday! Room was clean and stay was overall very nice.

I did not like the fact that when entering the hotel late in the evening the security were very judgmental of the fact we were staying at this hotel and when entering made us feel like we were “to lower class” for this hotel. The security’s comments were very judgey. This was not very welcoming. Also the NCP car park discount code didn’t work. I had to ring up NCP to argue having a discount on our parking.

Firstly, the staff were exceptional. When we arrived our room wasn’t ready and we were given complimentary drinks vouchers to use in the bar downstairs. The staff were extremely helpful. The room was fantastic - we wouldn’t have asked for any more. The executive lounge is also extremely good and the staff in the lounge were really nice and helpful. We will definitely be staying again in the near future.

There was nothing we didn’t like, we loved everything.
