Susan was very welcoming and friendly. By request, she kindly made me porridge every day which was delicious. Breakfast was substantial, with a wide choice including a bowl of tasty fresh fruit. The bedroom was light and airy. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of space, with an excellent hot shower. The towels were lovely and soft, and having a flannel was a thoughtful extra touch. The decor throughout was fresh and modern. Everything was spotlessly clean. The sound of the stream at the back of the house was soothing to lull me to sleep. Susan suggested a visit to Easdale, part of the Slate Islands further down the coast, and I was so glad I went. Thank you Susan! It was a fascinating trip and it even coincided with a scarecrow festival on Seil which was great fun to see from the bus! I've never been on a tiny ferry before with a postman (who has 20 minutes to deliver all the mail on the island!). The coach and boat trip to Mull, Staffa and Iona was splendid, and the puffins on Staffa were a total delight. It was a perfect B&B to stay in. The centre of Oban is easy to get to even without a car, either by bus or walking, which takes about 15 minutes or so. It's a very interesting and picturesque town with plenty to see, and the Calmac ferries are great for visiting the islands.

Excellent breakfast. Continental breakfast which was more than adequate for us. Got us off to a good start. Room was ensuite and was scrupulously clean with a comfortable bed and all we required for a very pleasant stay.

Distance from the main part of the town might be offputting for some people (around half an hour or so) but the distance would have been walkable or if required it would have been a short taxi ride.

Inverasdale was spotlessly clean and decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Susan, the landlady, made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble for her. Very friendly, chatty, and helpful. Breakfast was lovely every day. Perfect location and car parking available. We loved it so much, we've already booked to go back next year. Would highly recommend it.

This was my first time ever staying in a bed and breakfast and it was wonderful!! Susan is a wonderful host! Our accommodations were comfortable and furnished beautifully. Breakfast was also great! Even though we had coffee in our room, coffee was also always fresh in the dining area in the morning. It was easy to just walk into town. It felt like we were visiting a friend!

It was very clean and well situated close to the main part of the city but far enough away that we had good quiet. It was a stream in the backyard that made a lovely noise and was very pretty to look at. The food was very good at breakfast, and the host was helpful and nice.

Quite honestly, I can’t think of anything that was not very nice :-)

The room was very nice and extremely clean and well maintained. The landlady was nice and helpful. There is a creek behind the house so that the sound of water soothes you to sleep. What blew our minds away was the breakfast. We ordered it the prior evening and the landlady left it on a tray in front of our door in the morning so that we could enjoy it in bed. It was delicious and made us feel special. The price was reasonable, definitely worth it.

The house is not in the town center, however the walk to the center is not too long and is quite pleasant. There is nothing really that we'd not like about this accommodation.

Susan was a lovely host and welcomed us personally when we arrived. The room was perfectly clean and had a good size. The host prepared a very good breakfast - even with our special needs as we mainly eat vegan and vegetarian. We would clearly recommend to stay at her place and would love to come back some day!

Everthing was very good, nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was continental and served to the room on a tray. I had what I would normally have - fruit and yoghurt and a slice of toast with tea. The room and en suite were nicely decorated and comfortable and it was good to have the choice of a bath as well as shower. A short drive to local shops, amenities and the ferry port, but also on a handy bus route.

Being woken by an alarm in the neighbouring room at 5am, followed by the sound of showering! Perhaps someone leaving to catch an early ferry? Something that couldn't be predicted.
