Great choices available for breakfast and the food itself was superb. I had the full English breakfast and my partner had the veggie option. Nothing was too much trouble (decaf tea, soya milk); the hosts were attentive and friendly; the breakfast room was bright, clean and although had several tables in it, didn’t feel crowded.

The only criticism we had was that the veggie sausage which wasn’t as nice as the ones we usually have (Cauldron) but that’s our personal taste rather than a fault. The eggs were cooked perfectly; everything was hot and freshly prepared.

Anthony and Tracey - the owners were absolutely delightful. Really friendly, light-hearted and knowledgable on the local area.

One of the rooms (5) has a separate private bathroom. It’s not shared with anyone but it is a slight inconvenience walking across the landing in the middle of the night to go to the loo! Really not a major issue though.

This is a lovely venue very clean, well decorated and appointed. 20 minute walk from Seaside. Our room was small but comfy, had a fan which was very useful in the heat we had during our stay. The car park is a short walk around the corner and is small. Breakfast was lovely especially the home made compote.

The shower was disappointing as only a trickle.

Lovely B and B, super clean and lovely comfy bed, great location, short walk to the beach and town, lovely places to visit in and around Swanage.

Nothing really not to like, we did expect an ensuite room, but the private bathroom was clean and spacious with a lovely walk in shower plus a robe was provided which was a lovely touch.

Millbrook guest house was a delightful stay ! The room was very comfortable clean and spacious and the full English breakfast a must have! Will be returning when visiting Swanage ! Well done Anthony and Tracy!

Absolutely nothing!

We checked in very early and were greeted by Tracey on the doorstep, we felt at home already. We were taken to our room, not just told where to go, which was tastefully decorated with a spacious ensuite. At breakfast we were charmed by our hosts Anthony and Tracey, everything was hot, and nothing was too much trouble.

Room was nice and clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and there was always a supply of tea/coffee/milk etc for us to use.

Fabulous stay, wonderful hosts, able to check in early which was appreciated. Brilliant location for the railway station and beach. Beautifully decorated spacious rooms with excellent en suite facilities.

We both really enjoyed our stay at Millbrook Guest House. The room was smart, clean and comfortable. The owners are lovely and welcoming and the breakfast is superb. Absolutely perfect and wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend.

It was like home from home, clean, modern, comfortable, great hosts, breakfast was all you could want. Very close to all amenities and restaurants. Could not fault Millbrook Guest House at all.

There is nothing to dislike.
