Everything! We stayed in room 2 and it was perfect for me, my husband and our dog. Plenty of space, nice and warm, bath robes, tea and coffee and nice big bed. It is tucked away off the street but easy to locate. Great bars around and we ate at Milan restaurant and the food was amazing. Stephanie the host couldn't do enough for us. We can't wait to come back!
Couldn't fault anything! The only tiny niggle was some cars had bother getting back out of the small slope to exit the carpark but the kind neighbours scraped the ramp and everyone got out. Free carpark though and secure!

The Duke Suite was a large, warm and well equipped room. As a room only facility, having the crockery and a fridge was a bonus. The location in Wooler is superb, right in the heart of the town and within easy walking distance to plenty of facilities and eateries nearby. The location down an alleyway to a restaurant was not as noisy as other reviews had intimated. Communication after the booking was great and when we saw staff they were friendly and helpful.
Because of the room location in an alleyway between the High Street and a restaurant, you couldn't really open the curtains and blinds unless you didn't mind being in a fish bowl. As a result we felt a little 'entombed' when we were in the room during the day. The car park was a challenge on motorbikes - was a tricky entry/exit, gravel surface and on a slope.

The room was beautiful, well set out and very spacious. It felt more like a small cottage as it had its own front door in the lovely lane leading to the Milan restaurant. It had a large sofa, side table and TV, fridge and excellent tea/coffees (incl decaff)/hot chocolate/biscuit selections. The superking bed was huge and very comfortable. Great shower, and the whole place was immaculate. And they allow dogs! Brilliant. You would not know a dog had ever been in the room too.
Absolutely nothing, and I’ll be back.

Clear instructions and information prior to arrival. We arrived late and so the ability to pick up the key from a key safe was appreciated. I liked the central location in Wooler and having the Milan restaurant as a reference made it straightforward to find. Good kitchen facilities and nice apartment. Nearby there was a baker, co-op, butcher and I liked the range of products in the nearby Good Life Shop deli. We had a meal in the Milan restaurant. Attentive service, good atmosphere and good food, really enjoyed our evening there. Many places to visit in the nearby countryside and on the coast.
The is a car park at the back of the property and the entrance is hard to pick out at night. When you turn into Gendale Road just go slow as the entrance soon comes up on the right hand side. It is hard to pick out the Noble Lands sign, it is on the side of a small black gate in a gap between two residential houses.

Stephanie's communication was brilliant. She kept us informed all the way and ensured we had everything we needed. The rooms we had were spacious, clean and very comfortable. It was great to sleep in a bed that had more than just a doona thrown over the top. Sheets have been missing for the last 6 weeks of our travels. This bed was the most comfortable stay so far. The proximity to the Milan restaurant is great and it has great meals and pisa's. The restaurant is a 20 metre walk one way, and If you feel like a pub meal, do the same walk in the other direction. The location is spot on and right in the centre of town.

The communication was great, Our room was left open and ready for us with the key waiting in our room, seemless check in and out, the room was clean, Showeroom was really nice and the shower great. The proximity of an amazing restaurant being right outside our room was amazing as well and the food exceptional.
Only small gripes - we were in room 3 top floor and the bed for us was very soft, and felt like sleeping on a marshmallow, but honestly i think thats more of a personal preference thing than an issue with the room, Also the room itself was absolutely fantastic however it felt rather dry/stuffy during the night because there is limited fresh air with only a low down small window - again its a small gripe and did not in any way impede our stay, we had a great time.

The location, ease of access to the room, communication with the owners, the room, Milan restaurant. The Market town of Wooler is lovely and the buildings very historic. The carpark is easy to locate and is right by the properties. A short walk and your at your room. we stayed in the Duchess suite which was very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. It was nice to have a sofa in the room so that you could be comfy. The bad was rather large ! and was very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. Right by the property is Milan restaurant where the food was outstanding and if not in the mood to eat in the do takeaways. A great location with lovely comfy accomidation. If we come this way again then we would try to book here again. **** Fantastic****

The lighting was good as was the layout of the apartment, the shower room was very modern and clean, the tea and coffee facilities were good and the fridge was adequate for our needs, The travel cot was good for the baby and we had everything we needed for our two night stay. The apartment was well located for food outlets and we enjoyed a meal in the Italian restaurant on the first night and the pub on the second night, We were attending a dog show and had a small long haired show dog with us, the access to take the dog out was good and under cover for when it rained. I always put my dog in a pee band overnight so there is no likelihood of accidents, but it was really easy to get him out in the morning for a short walk. I would use the place again.
Mostly everything was Ok a little noise at night but it is to be expected near two pubs, The car park is a bit tight for a disabled person like myself but it does serve a few outlets. It did take us a while to find it as it is tucked away round the back with a small notice on a black gate.

Easy access and near the town so very convenient plus a free carpark and plenty of opportunity to use all the facilities to hand such as pubs, shops and food take away. Plenty of room in the accommodation & we liked the use of a fridge and hot beverages. Decent tv to watch the Olympic Games at night and morning Quiet location even though we were so close to and amenities. We liked the use of plates and cutlery, roomy wardrobe, seating area and sound bathroom Good lighting in the accommodation. 😄
Damp patch on the ceiling but didn’t affect our stay just noticeable Blinds only open fully or close fully not able to angle and the sash window was broken but we just used the wooden block to prop open and there was a fan if we needed to use it and Close the window.

The apartment is spacious with a cozy living and well equipped kitchen, 1.5 baths and a bedroom. We liked being able to spread out and have a separate place to sleep and read/relax. The location was perfect for visiting the shops and restaurants of Wooler...the restaurant Milan next door has delicious food and we enjoyed al fresco seating on a warm, breezy evening. Everything was clean and well stocked with tea/coffee/biscuits and cold water waiting in the fridge.
I felt a little claustrophobic, as it's an upstairs unit with slanted ceilings. You had to be careful not to bump your head in the bedroom, and I didn't like not being able to see out windows--there were many skylights, so it was bright and breezy, but no clear view to the beautiful surroundings unless you stood to look out the skylights. The skylights were also aging and bits of material fell from them onto the bed/furniture when I opened them. It was also noisy from about 10:30-midnight with kids partying in a nearby parking lot.
