Great location and car park directly underneath for free. If driving wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Great location, easily walkable to most of the main attractions. Property very secure, very clean, and controllable heating - very easy to keep it nice and cosy but not overheated. Good storage. Cleaning staff were lovely, as were hotel reception. We didn’t use the parking, but it is behind locked gates, looks secure. Maybe a tight-ish space for manoeuvring if you have a big/long car.

Only issue was the WiFi, which was very unpredictable- we gathered that this is a problem in the area, and property owners have been trying to find a fix for it.

The location for walking to York Town centre is excellent. Secure, free parking (book a space when you book accomodation). Secure, gated property. Very cosy accommodation. Beds are comfortable and it was so clean.

Not enough hot water for 4 people to have a decent shower as it's a tank. This was OK for us as we got up at different times so had time for the water to reheat. Needs better windows as it was very noisy on Friday and Saturday night with party goers on the way home until about 1am. It sounded like the windows were open.

Easy check in. Good location. Large apartment Full working kitchen - so if staying for a longer time could make use of this Secure building.

The bathroom in the apartment smelt of mould/musty The apartment was on the top floor so in the hot weather was quite uncomfortable even with a fan ( could benefit from Aircon) Having to bring your own bins out - or be fined £25.. cleaning fees should be included in the price as this is part of a hotel I wouldn't expect to have to take away my own rubbish.

The property was much bigger than we expected, the rooms were all clean and tidy. We liked having a balcony. The kitchen was full equipped with everything we needed

The property was really hard to find, as Apple Maps took us to the wrong place. We tried to phone the queens hotel for directions, but had no answer. The property was very nice though when we found it after an hour search. Unfortunately we didn’t have a parking space, as we were only told about limited parking two days before our stay. However the whole weekend we were there, there was 2/3 empty parking spaces and we had to pay for parking down the road

- Location and parking - brilliant location to explore York, with the bonus of carparking onsite when organised through the venue (even if very tight :)) - beds were really comfy

- kitchen area looking a little tired, and cutlery could do with updating (even when washed/cleaned it did not look brilliant). - lighting in corridors was only triggered by motion sensor at the front door - would be even easier to navigate if all communal corridor lights had this operation

The location is excellent, ten minutes to train station and ten minutes to shopping area/city centre, sainsburys on st behind so we popped for breakfast bits, Beds were comfy and clean, Queens held our luggage the last day so we could still go out in york before our train, Spacious and airy, Powerful shower and complimentary shower gel

Wifi connected but did not work, just buffering so still had to use data When someone used the toilet it smelt throughout as no ventilation and was between the bedroom and living room with no windows

Lovely spacious apartment right in the heart of the town by the water. Very well appointed, also secure.

Parking is on a reservation basis only, which wasn't made clear on booking.com page. I found out by accident, and then was too late to reserve. They did give us a discount voucher for an NCP car park just a few minutes away, but it still cost £35 for the weekend, not a major issue, but it would have been much more helpful of we had known at the time.of booking that parking may be an issue.

The property is spacious, well equipped and furnished. It is well located, minutes walk to the city centre

We were on the top floor - the property has no lift and negotiating over 50 steps upstairs with luggage and shopping is tough work. Clearly not suitable for a person with mobility issues. It is great having free parking but the space is very tight for a bigger car - the spaces provided are more suited for small cars.

Very clean and comfortable. Great facilities and located very close to bars, shops, restaurants, etc.

No view from either window. No parking unless pre-booked even though there should b 1 space per apartment. This cost us an extra £35 to park in an NCP. One of the cooking pans still had a bit of oil/ grease on the bottom of it.
