there is no elevator. I had to carry my luggage up the sweeping front staircase. The stairs are beautiful. I am 71 yrs old, lugging my bags up those stairs is not what I expected. you need to let people know this before they book a room.

The pool was awesome. The deep end was 9 ft The shallow was 4ft. My kids from young to old loved it. They had pool noodles for the kids to use and the area wasn't too stuffy like other hotel pools. Rooms were spread out so we walked a lot to get to the pool area which I found enjoyable. Rooms were clean.

One of the rooms smelled quite musty although I presume covid regulations on central air hasn't helped that situation. There is no coffee maker in rooms and the front coffee was not kept up so I had to drive to get coffee in the morning.

I thought the breakfast coupon to the restaurant was a great idea instead of an open buffet area. I liked the availability of the full size table that slid in the desk. It worked well for my grandchildren. I appreciated the front desk was able to lend/ provide me a charging block as I forgot mine at home.

One of the daytime desk attendants appeared a little "out of it" every time I saw her. Like slow, tired, or perhaps on medication maybe? She wasn't really listening to what I was saying to her and I had to correct her a bit more than normal. She seemed to be on her phone frequently when passing through to the pool. It wasn't a huge deal. I didn't say anything.

Nice hotel, friendly staff,clean and comfy

No coffee maker in room, fridge or fan.

The Staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. We were able to park at the door closest to our room which made it much easier with an infant. They had an option of $5 off per person for breakfast in the restaurant or a free continental breakfast in the lobby. The price for 2 nights was $271 CAD, which was much better than other hotels in the area. (I reserve the right to come back to this one, pending my credit card statement)

The only thing I can think of, and it really isn't an issue, but the only ice machine available to us was at the other end of the hotel. They did say they were working on getting one closer to the '100' units.

Breakfast was as expected. Everything was clean and modern. The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful! Pool is large and nice!

We stayed 2 nights. The first night we had few TV stations. A staff member came down to help but we noticed the digital channels were not working. Apparently the cable wasn't working in our room.The only channels were analog..which I believe is old school antenna channels..if they can get proper hook ups to their cable tv, they have giant Spectra tvs that will be awesome to watch..the second night we got a different room with more analog channels but still the digital cable channels were not coming in. Once they get the giant new tvs hooked to their cable TV it will be great!

This hotel is a great place to stay when your Delta cancels your flight - the people and service here are outstanding and the hotel is what you'd expect - it is clean and does the job. The restaurant food is surprisingly very good and the portions are enormous. It is very well run with a shuttle service to and fro the airport. People are extremely nice and we would return if we needed a place to stay near the airport (5 minute shuttle ride away and they are prompt about coming to pick you up - just ring them). A/C works well, too in blistering summer heat. All in all a great place for what it is. Also, next door is mini-golf and Fielder's Ice Cream (a bit gluey in my view) and further down the road you can walk to the Lobstah Buoy (which is truly excellent) and the Cinema and games room (it's about a mile's walk). Great location.

The hotel itself is a a bit dated, but it is so clean, it smells good, the pool area is huge with lots of comfy chairs and the staff is happy. The restaurant had some of the best food I've ever had, no lie. And, the hotel gives us a 25% off coupon. The prices were great to begin with but even better after the discount! Love this hotel and will be back.

Nothing could've been better.

The hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. The staff at the desk are all wonderful and very kind and helpful.

We were led to believe that there was a elevator from priceline. Unfortunately there is No elevator. But they will accommodate if possible. Just call after booking your room.

The facilities were clean and comfortable. The night staff was very accommodating.

The continental breakfast choices were very minimal and has no comfortable place to eat; has to eat literally in the hotel lobby chairs! Breakfast was supposed to be until 9 AM but some of the supplies were gone by 8:30 AM and when we asked for more, the day staff refused!
