Excellent Service. I have mobility issues and at around 1:30 AM I fell to the floor and was unable to get myself up again and my husband was unable to help me by himself so he went to the front desk to see if someone could help and there he came back with 2 male employees, wish I would of gotten their names because the 2 of them were able to lift me up from the floor without making me feel like I was a bother. These 2 guys deserve a huge thank you... Would like to make sure that they get recognized for their kindness. We need more people like the 2 of you in this world.

Only thing I would change (and it is not a huge deal) would be to get better pillows as ones we had were small and not very fluffy. Other than that Everything met my expectations and were even my expectations.

I stayed here because I had to take an early morning flight from Bangor airport. The hotel is conveniently located 6 minutes by car from Bangor airport. Good breakfast and comfortable rooms, with all amenities neatly provided. They have a small gym and a pool for a quick workout. The manager is a fantastic person who is ready to assist in every situation. She made my stay memorable.

Noise from other rooms could filter in. So, if sensitive to noise, you better carry earplugs. Some staff at the reception were a bit unpleasant but nothing much.

The location was great. Near gas, coffee, restaurants, and a short drive to the concert site which is why we were in Bangor. This is the quietest place i have ever stayed!! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The pool was an excellent addition and there are lots of vending machines. The staff was just top notch! Tons of parking on site.

My only complaint is there is only one entrance to get into the property. Multiple exits but one entrance. Can make for a lot of extra walking if you want to go out for a smoke.

The breakfast is awesome very friendly and helpful staff who seem to love their job!! I stayed here before and when my friend and I left in the morning my friend left his money clip on the front counter. we drove about 4 hours before he realized it was missing so we stopped and searched for it. He finally phoned the hotel and described the cash clip and it was found by a staff member and over 2000. in cash was returned to him. This is the kind of people I want to stay with, end of story.

I think this is the best value hotel I ever stayed at.

Staff was great, bed was very comfortable, ac was a blessing. Room, Lobby and halls were clean and comfortable a well. Breakfast was standard, eggs, sausages, cereal, pastries. All tasted good.

Place was in need of repairs, out dated. Clearly being well cleaned, but could have used some paint and spackle, the metal on the dropped ceilings was rusted in places and the hallway rug was starting to fray her and there. Just old. No elevator, but it was only 2 floors, so not a deal breaker.

The two guys working the front desk were superb! They were friendly, helpful with recommendations and I don't think they slept! They were always there! The beds were quite comfortable, the location was decent - a quick drive to wherever we needed to go.

It was a bit noisy the first night, no fault of the hotels just other guests who were out and about and it wasn't very sound proof.

The staff! What a great group - friendly, made us feel welcome from the beginning of our stay! Told us some of the fun places, good food in Bangor. Arrived late, left early so we did not have breakfast. Room clean, beds comfortable.

It is an older hotel so it is showing signs of wear and tear. But all in all it was great for what we needed.

The food was good in the morning! The pool was awesome too! An the room was very clean!

it was a long walk to my room at the very end of the building! An the locks on the doors seemed a little lose to me! Because the door moved a lot when it was shut! An the only another thing was I through I paid more then I should of! I was their for my birthday! An it was 200 for just one night!

The bed was great as well as the shower and sink area. The staff allowed us to use the hotel dryer as the one in the laundry room was temporarily out of order; Good gesture. Alex arranged for ride to the airport in the morning so we could pick up our rental car. The gentleman was courteous and on time.

No stopper in the sink. Not enough outlets.

Breakfast was really great they had waffles that you make your self coffee was great.Everything was great much better this time around because of a man called Shay night desk worker. This man made everything happen
