The nite time staff was excellent! Very helpful and friendly. Our ride was not scheduled to pick up till 2:00 pm and as long as they did not have a lot of booking we were allowed to stay in room till ride arrived. The cleaning lady herself was very professional. The head of cleaning services was extremely disrespectful. While I went downstairs to inform that I was just going to purchase another nite . The women was in front of front desk on the phone with her worker saying “ what do u mean a tattooed man answered room 523 he shouldn’t be in there . I can’t stand people who think they just can stay like that!” She was loud and I thought unprofessional. First off because others in lobby heard it all because she was loud and we’re looking at her . Which a conversation like this should have been PRIVATE. Also this was my room # she was talking about. So very embarrassing for me! I was already at front desk when she did this. So everyone in lobby heard me say my Room # which was the same she just complained about . The women stood next to the front desk with her hand on her hip obviously irritated. I informed the front desk that they said I could stay in room till 4pm if I had too. I was going to purchase another nite to enjoy another nite of vacation, but after being embarrassed. I decided not to . I felt very uneasy and didn’t like how unprofessional she was. I go to this hotel for the fact they are clean, quiet and before her professional. I am sorry to write this review , but would think u would like to be aware of one of your staffs behavior. Thank you

My room was my favorite part absolutely amazing in the clinging staff was so kind and friendly

The only thing that was a little annoying is my keycard got deactivated and I was told it was probably my fault, Which is fine but the key card that i left in the room was also deactivated and that didn't go anywhere i guess it really wasn't my fault maybe we should not Assume

Not necessarily the place but when we went it was for our anniversary and we didn’t know they had also booked a kids birthday party as well so the pool was always occupied with lots of little kids.

Got charged for the restaurant down in the hotel for room service we didn't order of 82.00 we were the wrong room was charged

The bed and pillows were so comfortable, the convenience of the appliances is, as if you were at home, also washer and dryer on site. Nice pool with small hot tub and delicious restaurant attached down stairs! For the continental breakfast we even had an iced coffee option and flavored syrups.

Check In & Out was fast and easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable with a kitchenette. The breakfast had a wide variety to choose from for anyones dietary needs.

Beautiful facility, great location, plenty of parking

I booked two studios for my group, assuming they would put us close to each other…we weren’t even in the same floor. No blankets for the pull out sofas even though listing said room sleeps three. Rooms also weren’t ready at check in.

Rooms are spacious! LOVE the kitchenettes! And the continental breakfast is great! Love the waffles you get to make yourself, and breakfast is Always a hit with the kids!

The mattress in the sofa was very thin and you could feel all the springs.

within walking distance to the concert venue! we thought the hotel was under a year old due to it’s cleanliness and appearance but it was built 7 years ago! the staff were incredibly friendly and beds comfortable. very quiet at night too! the Timber restaurant is also highly recommended! excellent experience overall!

it has everything so we’re not driving around the city

somebody starting at mid night stood outside the door and nocked in a horse gallop and frantic like tone and each time I would get up and go to the door no one was there. I felt very threatened by this.
