The location was great to attend a course at Vanderbilt University but also to discover the city. It is not in the center which might be for the best (it is very quiet, you will get good sleep) but it is still reasonably close (downtown can be reached in ~30-40 minutes walking). The apartment is beautiful, well equipped and furnished. Instructions for check-in were clear and easy to follow.

The fact not to be in touch with anyone has its downsides. For instance, I could not access the closest to replenish our soaps/various items unlike what was described on the Sonder app. Also you cannot leave your luggage at the reception, etc...

there is nobody present should there be an issue (for little things like not enough paper towels or tissues) of course it is only cleaned before stay begins- no tidying while you’re there but we didn’t mind that. there needs to be more than 1 hand towel and 2 washcloths in the bathroom for 2 people for a 3 night stay (there were ample bath towels. it was a little off the beaten path- maybe just over a mile, so it was walkable, but one did have to walk through construction. finally, the AC unit was located in the living room and it was very noisy- so we closed the door to the bedroom and relied on the fan

The place was really cute and clean. I really appreciated how easy it was to check in and check out. The table in our kitchen was wobbly, and the place does not offer an option for recycling. We also really appreciated having access to free parking spots at the property. I would definitely stay here again or recommend it to others visiting Nashville.

Our dinning table was wobbly and therefore uncomfortable to use while eating. There was no trash selection. But these were just details I am recommending you look into. But this place is great!

I decided to "work from home" here for a few days. It's super cozy and had a cool vibe. I was afraid it was going to be too noisy from the street, but I didn't hear a thing. There was a full size fridge, dishwasher, and actual cooking gear (but no basic ingredients like salt, oil, etc). It's a six-minute Uber to the super touristy part of downtown and a 10-15 minute walk to coffee shops and things. There's a cool doughnut shop about a 10 minute walk that's worth a visit, too. No issues with wifi or streaming on the tv. Very great toiletries. Should have taken some with me! There are 5-7 parking spots directly in front, and I was lucky to get one (though there was at least one empty one left). They say there is street parking, but that's pretty optimistic.

It was VERY cold the few days I was there and the heater had a hard time keeping up. I stayed under the extra comforter on the couch the entire time. (They should add some throw blankets to this place.) The only other thing is pretty small, but the record player didn't work. I was pumped to listen to Dolly, but the needle on the player was wonky and wouldn't work.

We really enjoyed the house it was decorated so cute, it was stocked with what we needed it was clean the temperature inside was fantastic. I loved bring able to hang all my clothes. I was worried there wouldn't be a long enough mirror to see all my outfits but they have a full size mirror to look into. I love the private feel of the outside property

The bed was a little uncomfortable and the lighting could be better. Also needs more counter space for the bathroom.

The room was well appointed and very clean. It was relatively easy to get around town from the location but there wasn't much within immediate walking distance. The photos were a very accurate depiction. The Sonder app is very easy to use.

The water pressure in the shower was atrocious. It varied between a relatively low-pressure shower (at its best) to a strong trickle (at worst). I am very suprised that a hotel/apartment complex can function with such terrible pressure. We were three women and managed with drawn out showers and some clever washcloth use but if we were all trying to get ready at the same time with a time constraint (like getting ready for a wedding), it would have been seriously annoying. The king suite we booked was also awkward for a 3 person hangout (because one the sofa bed is pulled out, there is no were to sit comfortably in the common room.) The photos represent the situation accurately but I am reiterating it here in case someone doesn't consider these things.

Everything was super clean modern touches! Amazing location! Grounds really nice! Great location walking distabce sports restarant 100 ft away ! Quick Uber rides to downtown! Love the layout of the place ! Huge shower! Only bad was the couch and the kingbed were super uncomfortable ! Recommend replacing ! We had such a great time! Love to stay again with upgrades!

Bed and couch super uncomfortable

The location is very convenient. The furniture and decoration of the apartment is retro and beautiful. The common areas are nice.

It's an apartment for two people only. It is quite small. We were four people and sofa-bed is one of the worst I've slept in. He had a back ache the whole day after sleeping in it. The bed in the bedroom was not very comfortable either...

Great amenities, fully equipped kitchen, good location (Uber to the city cost between 6-8$ depending on time of day, Uber to the airport around 20$ and to the grand ole opry around 15).

The couch bed is unfortunately really uncomfortable and quite small. We were a group of three so I would imagine any more people than that would be too much.

The propriety has all you need. 15 min walk from heart of Nashville.

Hand soap was under the kitchen sink, hard to find. Not enough soap to take shower. The bedroom fan probably has the same remote of the other rooms next to ours so sometimes our neighbors turned on the light or changed fan speed in our room from the other apartment.
