The staff love working there and it makes the experience.

Wish the free coffee was decent. It was so weak I could see through it. I wish there was a restaurant attached. All the places close down at 9pm, it would have been so nice to have a meal at the hotel, not a flatbread.

Cleanliness. Location. Staff. Elevators. Linens. Blind was excellent. Clothing hooks. Ventilation system worked. Much Nicer than holiday inn or Hilton.

Bathroom not private enough. Door did not seal. Also door rolled open to make it worse. Main door needed to be pushed shut. Hotel is far too dark. Black paint depressing. Black lobby depressing. Candy pinky accents outdated. Not quite enough storage space. Needs desk chair. Needs reading light on far side of bed. I try not to stay in hotels with unopenable windows.

The Moxy was full of personality, check in at the bar and your first drink (including non-alcoholic ones) is on them. A total change from being ripped off in a mini bar. The rooms were spacious, bed was really comfortable, shower was great, it had a hairdryer (!!!), and a stash closet down the hall with extra pillows, blankets, iron and ironing board etc.

Breakfast options were really limited and while it was tasty, it took forever (server at the bar cooking an egg and bacon bagel on a tiny griddle for each guest).

I loved the vibe of this hotel! Ultra modern and different from any other. LOVED the signature scent! Staff was all super nice and friendly.

I didn’t realize parking was an additional fee, PLUS I had to put a card in file with a hold that was way more than the price of the room! For the price of the hotel, parking should be included.

There was a bartender that worked the overnight shift I think his name was Marcel. He remembered our group when down in the bar, was friendly, helpful, funny, and really made a great impression on us. The entire staff was honestly great and friendly, but that employee in particular really stood out as having exceptional service.

I wish there was a fridge in the room. Bed was a bit hard, but I usually prefer a softer bed so that’s probably just a preference thing. I would have liked the luggage carts to be easily located or available when I needed them.

Location was great within walking of restaurants and Belmont University.

Unfortunately timing of our visit to Belmont for orientation overlapped with Country Music fest so room rates were inflated. It would be nice to have discounts for college parent or frequent stayer card ( like hotels where my other child went to college did)

The Moxy has a cool vibe and is a great location! Two of our favorite breakfast/brunch spots within walking distance. Games in the lobby were fun. The guest desk is a bar. The staff are so nice and helpful! It’s a whole vibe!

Our air was not adjustment below a point. Our room was warmer than we are accustom.

love the lobby! Funky decor, with games and a central bar. Rooms were clean and also had nice decor. loved the free drink at check-in!

all pillows were fluffy or flat; need a couple firm choices as well. the blind didn’t black-out the room. there was shampoo and conditioner, but no hand/bossy lotion. this little touch could add a lot!

The location was fine. It was close to where I needed to be and the restaurants nearby made it very easy for meals. The staff was very friendly, courteous and overly accommodating. They were great!

The hotel is very nice. However, I am used to a closet to hang my clothing and carpeting on the floor. There was only one rug on the side of one bed. The desk area was fine but there was no desk chair and the other chair in the room was very awkward for sitting at the desk. I am not a minimalist and that was one thing that I did not like. Otherwise the hotel is very nice, clean and safe.

Everything start to finish was awesome about this property! I have literally stayed at hundreds of hotels for work all over the US/Canada and this was a breath of fresh air. The staff was amazing, the rooms have a great industrial meets New Mexico blend. Loved it. Scaled down but everything you needed so the room felt spacious & tidy. The lobby was awesome and my kids loved learning to play pool & the fun drinks. Momma wasn’t sad about the Moxy drink the bar whipped up for! Easy walk to restaurants & shops. Quiet neighborhood. All around, great experience! Highly recommend!
