Staff was great, respectful, helpful in attraction information. A/C unit in the room had to be reset, only slight negative, but wouldn't consider it a negative. They were prompt on looking and taking care of it. Mantience man was just as courteous, respectful, nice and a pleasure to talk to.

One draw back, but others may like is having to valet your car. Super nice gentleman that helped, and rhey did an amazing job! No complaints! I'm a little more independent on things and hated having someone do what I can do. Also, there again they were amazing and courteous, my wife left something in the car and had to get them to go look and bring the car back to look for it. Something I could have made quick work of. But they did an amazing job, just my personal preference!

We travel a lot. This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in as of recently. The entire hotel was SUPER clean. The bathroom was super spacious and had great water pressure. The drinks at the bar were amazing (a bit pricey....$67 for three drinks...that was before tip)!

Everyone needs to know that this hotel is on Broadway, BUT it is at the far end and is a long walk to the Honky Tonk side of Broadway. At night, Ubers can run you about $40-$50 to get back to hotel. The area the hotel is located is very nice though.

it was quite far from downtown and the Uber was about $8.00 each way, each day $16x4= $64 the front desk staff and the door staff were fine but if you’re looking for exceptional, do an exercise and allow your employees to see it from the clients perspective- let them be a client as an exercise and reward them - employee satisfaction leads to client satisfaction

The property was exceptionally clean and trendy. We loved the location, nothing was farther than 10 minutes drive away and very walkable as well if you prefer to walk like we did!

This did not impact our stay, however I would only suggest the hotel look into providing brighter options to light up the rooms at night. The lamps were limited and we at times found ourselves using our phone flashlights to find items in our suitcases.

This hotel is top notch. Top to bottom! Staff was amazing.

That decking on the patio!!! Holy Moses! Way to hot. I got blisters in two spots! Why not put down grass mat runners. This was the only thing that made the difference between a rating of ten and a nine.

Seems to be a new hotel, great facilities and service. I would recommend. I loved the decor in the rooms, and bathroom was really nice

A little far from downtown but not a problem to get there and back. Located in midtown which is also a great area, don’t miss Division Street and the Parthenon.

It's in a good location and the hotel is beautiful. Love you have to use ur key card to use the elevator to get to ur floor.

I didn't like that the hotel didn't have a microwave. And didn't understand the mini smart fridge. It start storming so never got to use the pool⁸

Parking could have been better within the hotel. The parking deck next door was a good option but not monitored by the hotel and valet is to expensive at $48 a night. The water faucet made noise during the night that was hard to stay good and asleep. And the water temp fluctuate a lot both cold and then hot finding hard to stay comfortable in the shower.

Everyone was friendly and ver informative. The hotel is beautifully decorated, which also makes its bars/restaurants a great place to hang out. The rooms were very comfortable .
