It was near Austin airport

I chose the property because there was a free airport shuttle fro Austin airport. I tried to book this through booking.com but I got no reply. I spent over £20 on telephone calls from England leaving messages on the hotel’s answerphone but I never got a reply. We made our own way to the hotel and the young man was very apologetic. He was very helpful and arranged a shuttle for our son to be picked up later that evening. It would have been very much less stressful if the hotel had replied to my many messages earlier in the week.

To start off , the guy that was working the front desk was the best . He was so friendly and explain things clearly. Also, I think the rooms are super huge, and I glad that the rooms came with sofa in them.

There are two things I didn't like . The first thing is the elevators sound and feel like there on their las leg . It felt like it was having trouble moving. The second things is the front door to the room wouldn't lock. It was uneven and the lock would not connect with part on the wall.

The room was comfortable and cozy; just like being at home. The location is very convenient for our needs. The staff is friendly and courteous. We love the breakfast! Also, the breakfast staff person is awesome. Terri is her name - she was very attentive, friendly and courteous. She made us feel right at home. We have stayed here before and remember her. It's a testimony to your hotel that she has been employed there for many years. We look forward to our next visit.

Check in was very simple, easy to find parking in the lot, and the staff was friendly and easy to chat with. Breakfast was included in my stay and was delicious. Consisted of your more typical cereal, toast and yogurt options, but also includes aggs, bacon, and make your own Texas shaped waffles. Great value and clean place.

Loved the location, room was perfect and comfortable, the shuttle service was amazing to get to and from the airport.

Breakfast could have been better, a few stale food items and coffee machine was down. Repairs were being done so had to be very careful to not touch the paint on the walls. Saw a huge bug in the middle of the hallway on my way out.

We arrived late ... server was down ... and because we didn't get into our room until after midnight, we were not charged for the night. Very nice of the GM to do that. He also let us stay later and not have to check our by 11AM.

Jeremy I may be a thing with Jeremiah (night time young Hispanic male) was so awesome and helpful.. example: apparently no ESPN in rooms, so Desk guy rolled out a TV so I could watch a game on ESPN … above and beyond the necessity..

No lamp in very dark room.. (119).. No water pressure at all, slightly passed a fast drip. No phone in room to call desk. No Chanel guide in room.

The room was amazing! Clean and spacious. With TV and WiFi. Easy parking. Near the airport and good location. The coffee machine was very handy and had a good coffee.

The air-condition was very powerful but we were switching off. The hairdryer is very very small and not powerful. The breakfast was very poor but the hotel was under construction and I hope in the future will be better and with more choices.

It was very clean, didn’t smell like smoke like other hotels. I like that there is a fridge and microwave in the room. I also like that they had free breakfast and convenient location off the expressway.

I didn’t like the comforters on the beds because they were rough and had to remove. The mattresses were not too soft and pillows were too high.

The staff was wonderful - very friendly and helpful. There is an airport shuttle service that runs once an hour. When I called it was just leaving the airport. The driver circled back around to get me so I would not have to wait an hour. The room was clean and as pictured. The bed was comfortable and the area quiet. The were making red velvet waffles at the breakfast bar - yum

The location is kind of isolated and requires an uber etc to get into town.
