Everyone was sooooo friendly! We participated in a Muddy Dash 5k at the Circuit of the Americas during our stay. The event did not have a rinse station for the participants. After the race and upon our arrival back to the hotel, the hotel staff attached a water hose for us in the back by the pool to rinse off - super cool! Also, breakfast was AMAZING! The lady in charge of breakfast was soooo nice. She showed us around the breakfast area and told us what was available. Then, she checked in on us while we were eating to see if we needed anything.

The hot tub jets at the bottom of the tub seem to need adjusting. It was like trying to sit near a geyser with water shooting up in the air which wasn't very relaxing.

I got there ahead of check in time and the girl at the front desk had a room they had just finished cleaning and let me stay.

That Bookings.com doesn’t communicate your special requests to the property. As I said above I got there early and was told by the girl at the counter she had no knowledge of my special request for an early check in time. I had to drive around for an hour until she called me and said they had a room ready. Next time I’ll book direct with the property.

wasn’t really near anything except chain restaurants and a walmart, but the restaurant I didn’t have to drive to and I wasn’t there as a tourist, so it was appropriate

Breakfast was good. Lots of selection. Coffee was hot

Shower pressure very poor. No "Hot" water in shower. It was warm but not hot. Shower should have been better. Since I stayed multiple nights housekeeping did not come to my room. I don't like having to ask for housekeeping. I would prefer they just ask if i need anything.

Had to book a room due to an emergency situation and the staff was super friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We traveled with family for leisure and felt very comfortable during our stay.

Breakfast was great, Eggs, Bacon, Biscuits and Sausage gravy, fruit, Pancakes, Cereal. The dining area was clean. The attendant immediately cleaned off the tables when guests finished. Coffee was hot and fresh.

The only problem was that the body wash dispenser in the bathroom was empty. Not really a big deal. They corrected it.

From the time I checked in, it was great! The gal who checked me In was super friendly and even got me an early check in. She had a smile on her face the whole time. I checked into my room and was amazed by the cleanliness and comfort of it. I have absolutely no complaints about this property!

Breakfast was very good and plenty of options the guys at the front where just the sweetest and the room service was excellent waited on room to get clean and the lady was so sweet thank you all
