Location was great, rooms were good, staff was polite.

The price for parking was terrible.This has been my go to hotel for San Antiono for years but i will start looking for another hotel when i come here.

Every staff encountered including the valet was awesome, had great customer service! I definitely would love to give compliments & shout out to the wonderful staff at this location!!! Now you could definitely go outside and down the stairs and be right at a part of the Riverwalk so that view was nice it's just not the part of the Riverwalk where all the eateries and shopping. The king room was amazing and spacious!!!!! My toddler had lots of play area wish it had a patio that would have been amazing...

The location wasn't quite close as we thought especially to walk with a toddler to the River Walk, The room floor seem to have hair not sure if it was from the carpet needing to be vacuumed that's around the bed or the floor needing a fresh touchup but my socks collected tons of it. The doors on the rooms doesn't close quietly...

Location was great. The staff were very, very helpful and friendly. I loved being able to valet. The pool was really nice and we liked the little patio space out back as well.

There was a cockroach in my room. The room was really small and had no balcony or patio. The valet was a little expensive ($50 for one day) and I think the room was a little overpriced as well.

Room was a good size and the beds were great

The location of the hotel is in the back side of the river walk. Being able to walk on the river walk to all the attractions isn’t very great.

Extra cost for breakfast; front desk staff mediocre, clothing staff wore looked unkept. Had a problem w identify ing reservation, when I checked a week, before arrival. Staff checked several places, howeve, impatient, non-verbak disapproving expressions & not real helpful except to say, contact bookings, with an demeaning attitude. I understood that & bookings was wonderful & got problem resolved. Lastly, was not mentioned upfront a $50/day charge would be made to CC, for incidentals. Would prefer that being up-front. Having said all that, there was only one front desk staff member & it was busy...sure could use, at minimum 2 people.

Pleasant room, and direct access to Riverwalk was enjoyable. Also, I was co-hosting a conference nearby, and Hotel Indigo was very happy to welcome quite a large group of us in to the bar in the evenings.

Ceramic mug and drinking glass would have been welcome in the room as I don't like drinking tea, coffee or water out of paper cups. Also, although the waiting staff were very pleasant, the breakfast service was slow, which is not great at the start of the working day.

Loved the room! Spacious and very comfortable. The distance from local attractions wasn't too bad. The majority of employees at the hotel were very friendly and also helpful. Will definitely stay again!

There was only one employee who stood out the most in a negative manner and I will only say that they work at the hotel bar in the morning. This person wasn't very friendly but they still did their job so I just figured they were having a bad couple of days.

The room was excellent, spacious and comfortable. The refrigerator was good to have available in the room. The air was controllable from inside the room. The pillows were awesome and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was right on the River Walk as advertised.

I had to pay an extra $49. to park my car using the valet service because the hotel did not have ample space for parking, and I had a DV plate, (Disabled Veteran), some parking lots near the hotel don't charge veterans to park at their locations in San Antonio. We did not get any free water like at other hotels, and there was no safe in the room to place our valuables while we walked the River Walk.

Found hair on the sink and in the bed. Definitely not ours.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean.

Room needed better door sound proofing, the ice machine was across the hall and we were woken up multiple times when other guests were getting ice. Wish the restaurant was open all day.
