The Elevators and Breakfast. Neither were sufficent for the size of the hotel. Long waits to get to your room, especially in the moring when the cleaning staff were using them. In abuilding of 48 floors, having only three lifts means it can take up to 10 mins to get to the lobby.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those who need to use the Metro. Super convenient. The rooms were very spacious with comfortable bed and the amenities provided were just perfect. The staff are helpful n polite.

The breakfast after the 4th day was getting repetitive. Not many options and really missed having the option of omelette. Nothing much to rave about when it comes to breakfast but there are plenty of other options to choose from like Tim Horton, McDonald's, Starbucks etc nearby the hotel.

This was our second stay at Staybridge Suites...We returned here because we liked it so much the first time we stayed in 2021. The Apt we stayed in could probably do with a bit of repair and refurbishment, but overall it lived up to our expectations and we really enjoyed our stay there. We will definitely be returning in the not too distant.

Room key cards often malfunctioned which was a little bit annoying.

Prompt service, courteous Staff, New facilities. If I have to come back to Dubai, I will definitely be staying at this hotel.

The toilet doesn't have good ventilation system, The oven has a dual function of an oven and a microwave I think a simple manual should be kept on using the microwave of the oven, Most cab driver find the entrance confusing. The couch in the sitting area is too small for a 3 bedroom apartment considering the number of people expected to be in the room. Breakfast area can be very crowded in the morning.

It’s centrally located, close to most things, supermarket, metro and pharmacies. It’s a comfortable hotel

We visited during a very busy time Dec/Jan so lifts would take long to come during peak times and breakfast gets very busy but food quality is good.

My recent stay at Staybridge Suites was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and ensured a smooth check-in process. Grateful to Leonard, he was very helpful and supportive. The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated with modern furnishings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with luxurious toiletries, adding to the overall feeling of pampering. The restaurant staff were attentive and courteous, making each meal a delightful experience. The location of the hotel was also ideal, situated in a quiet neighborhood yet within easy reach of the city center and major attractions. I appreciated the peace and serenity of the surroundings, which allowed me to relax and unwind during my stay. Overall, I cannot recommend Staybridge Suites highly enough. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and serene atmosphere made my visit truly memorable. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is a perfect choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Limited choices for breakfast.

We stayed in this hotel for 14 nights and everything was well organised. It just felt like coming home. The bed was perfect, and they cleaned the room every day. The location is perfect, near the metro and plenty of food restaurants in the street. Wide choice of breakfast which changed every day. The staff are so nice and will help you with whatever they can. At first, I was not happy with my room, and Dinesh had so much patience and helped me to find the perfect room till I was happy. I also had some trouble with my car, and Manish and Jarar helped me to solve the problem. Deepak, Gabriel, Siya, Rani, Jamal, and mister Jahangir and all the other staff welcomed us with so much warmth and love every day. They make you feel like you are part of the family. We miss everyone already and hope to see them again soon I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely return when I visit Dubai again.

There are five elevators, and during 'peak hours' it can take a long time before the elevator arrives or before you can get in.

Although the hotel is not new, it is impeccably clean everywhere. The rooms are well-appointed with everything one might need, and the breakfast was solid and satisfying. We didn’t want to stay in a standard hotel room, and preferred a two-bedroom option. However, this suite was wonderfully spacious, much more than we needed for the two of us. We stayed in a corner suite, and the view from our window was truly impressive! It's details like this that help you really soak in the city's atmosphere. The location is very convenient, with a metro station nearby and small grocery stores within walking distance. I want to thank the staff for their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help solve any issues. A special shoutout to the manager, Dhiraj Singh, who saw us off on our departure.
