I did encounter some issues. The service at the restaurant was slow at times, such as waiting 10 minutes for the breakfast menu and an additional 25 minutes for breakfast to be served (The breakfast itself was very good) Additionally, I was disappointed to find that the pool was dirty, with floaters in the water, which was quite unpleasant. Hotel is quite pricey.

Saunas we’re out of order, major bummer for our group. Pool max capacity 35…too small to accommodate guests and residents on a nice day. No workout classes, even though promoted. Bar was well below average - understaffed, poor communication, worst Signature cocktail we’ve ever tasted. The ice maker on our floor was out of order. Our mini fridge didn’t have enough space for personal items and the temps did not sustain.

Bathroom door troublesome. Couldn't close it Needed to call maintenance few times No kettle in the room. Only a Nespresso machine for making coffee.

In room-dinning trays would stay outside our door for more than 24h, the shower temperature was really hard to set, we had to go back to the front desk twice to reactivate our keys, room service was a bit complicated

The Location and staff were amazing! The restaurant at the hotel was also great. We had breakfast at the hotel twice and we loved it! We had a wonderful time!

The pool was unfortunately very dirty… I noticed the water wasn’t clear but I thought it was because of the chlorine but once I entered the pool I realized it’s actually dirty…

LOVED STAYING IN A CENTRALLY LOCATED PLACE, WALKING DISTANCE TO MUSEUMS, SHOPPING, DINING, & SCENIC AREAS. THE STAFF AT THE HOTEL STRIVE TO PLEASE, AND THEY SUCCEED!! NEW INTERIORS ARE PLEASING, AND CLEAN.

Location is right downtown. About a 15 minute walk to the popular streets

I would have liked to have been closer to the popular streets but really not a bad walk at all. Metro station very close by

Breakfast was exceptional, staff was extremely friendly and polite. Valet service was superb, easy check in - quick and efficient check out. Room is spacious and beds were comfortable. Great location. I would recommend a stay here!

The staff are great, we had an incident with the AC that it had some water leak after midnight all of a sudden, the staff were quick to respond and relocate us. They also refunded the charge for that night.

Walls are not sound proof, we could hear the people walking and laughing in the corridor, and some cracking noises from the AC as well.

Clean modern design, lovely small pool not a diving deep swimmimg pool but very serene, spa like. Only that you could reserve 1 hr per day not sure if due to covid, but it would probably be too crowded regardless, hotel staff should not allow floats in the pool it’s too small for that clearly they were trying to accommodate certain people who brought floats.
