The room was comfortable and well designed. The hotel was close to the free tram into the Haute Ville, city centre. A good shopping centre is close by. Car parking was free.

The hotel is very hard to find, hidden behind other buildings - and the signage to the hotel was misleading. The food in the hotel Italian restaurant was very ordinary. The layout of the hotel (rooms set around a large atrium) means it can be very noisy, but the rooms have sliding doors which effectively soundproof them. .

Very beautiful, super-stylish hotel. Excellent location close to MUDAM and just two minutes walk from the free city tram stop, 12 minutes to get to historical center. Large very comfortable and well thought of and well equipped room. Fast internet. Extremely professional and attentive staff - Maxim, Thomas, Sophia are just few of those who helped to make our stay unforgettable. absolutely magical setting for New Year’s Gala dinner - food, music, decorations, everything was fantastic. Highly recommended.

The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious and functional, with ample storage space and high quality tech; extra points for both a shower cabin and a bathtub in the huge bathroom. The bed was an absolute dream to sleep in. The hotel is an ideal base for sightseeing the city as it’s located right next to a tram station; the tram is free, runs every 5 minutes and takes you to the historical center in 10 minutes flat. The staff were super nice and helpful at all times, both at the reception desk and at the Radici restaurant.

I’m racking my brains but honestly can’t think of a single thing that was out of place - every detail was executed to perfection.

We were on honeymoon from Australia, Sofitel Europe surprised us with an upgrade to a suit, free parking and a beautifully decorated suit with rose petals from bath to bedroom.The staff are very polite, professional and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, healthy and top of range produce. Location is perfect for tourists.Love it all. We will definitely comeback and would highly recommend to all. The hotel staff esp. Andrea (hotel reception)is so kind and very accommodating to us as well as the hotel restaurant staff who surprised me with birthday cake greetings.The location is excellent and very accessible to the supermarket, malls, tram station and restaurants. The room that we stayed is huge, super clean, very safe and quiet with comfy bed.you will truly enjoyed your stay and very worth it.

Close to free tram. They were very helpful and gave us an early check in. The best ever beds....has a goose feather top and apparently you can buy it online. Lying in bed you fall into a soft bed that enfolds your body and you sleep like a baby 👶 the Christmas decorations in the foyer are also beautiful!!

Location. Very easy to get to the city as the hotel is very close to a tram station. Food. The breakfast is fantastic! One of the best I've ever had. And the staff was just so nice. Icing on the cake. There are also some very good restaurants around the block (5-10min walk). The room was quite spacious, clean and quiet.

The bathroom door was not opening/closing correctly. The bed is quite soft but there is sort of an embedded pillow under it. Very strange. Not sure about you but I like to sleep on a flat bed. Parking is relatively cheap (when compared to parkings in the city) but could've been free-of-charge, IMO, as the hotel was basically empty.

The room was big enough and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was excellent not too many selections but enough for delightful morning. All the selections were prepared with care - I could feel it - ! One big bonus is this hotel is so close to the tram station!!

There was no direct access to the underground parking garage from the hotel lobby and the day when we checked out it was raining. Just short walk to the outside elevator but with suitcase and the umbrella, it was not pleasant walk.
