My train was delayed multiple times and I only just made it to the hotel before check in closed. The staff were extremely helpful and understanding. The hotel is quirky but in a hip and stylish way. The room called Delirium was lovely, clean and tidy. If you book a view in this room, not only do you have a view of Saint Salvator's cathedral, but also the Church of Our Lady's spire, which looks amazing lit up at night.

A occasionally noisy outside from tourists shouting, but I expected it since the hotel is located near to all the tourist areas. I always bring earplugs with me wherever I stay so it was not a problem for me.

The location is perfect. Short walk to the centre but far enough that it’s quiet in the evening. My room had an amazing view of the cathedral. The staff are very polite and accommodating, nothing was too much hassle. I was able to leave my bags in a secure locker for the day after checking out which was handy. There was also breakfast available at the owner’s B&B across the road, but I chose to pass on this to get out early to explore before things got busy.

The coffee machine in the room had a strange smell, so I decided not to use it. There was very good coffee available for free downstairs, but a kettle in the room and some tea for the evening would have been nice. But this is a small complaint overall.

Location was excellent, old world charm of the building and surrounds. Handy stroll to station and main attractions. Honesty bar for an evening night cap is a nice touch. Decent value for money.

Not really the property's fault, however the great location was also a sore point as it seems to be at the heart of early morning city workers right by the cathedral, bottle collection truck at 5am is crazy, taxi horns beeping, truck delivery drop offs etc. I am a light sleeper but if you dont want to be waken before sunrise then bring ear plugs.

The hotel building has a very beautiful architecture. The area where the hotel is located is very close to the center and the train station can be easily reached by two stops of bus or taxi. The employees are very helpful and friendly. It was pleasant and delicious to find coffee and tea at the hotel entrance and in the room. The social area was very nice and clean. There were very enjoyable and different styles of chairs and sofa combinations to sit on. Price performance is great. Room facilities were sufficient. The bathroom was very clean and well-maintained.

Unfortunately, there are no accessories or space to put suitcases. Those traveling with luggage may have serious difficulties. The chairs and table of the room terrace was old, not very suitable for sitting and not clean. It would be very useful to place cushions and tablecloth inside to be used for the terrace. However The furniture of the room was a little old as well, it was very clean and useful.

Beautiful old building. The hotel is run very comfortably. When we checked in the keys were just on the front desk and we could take any drinks from the lobby freely and just pay when leaving. Very nice lady running the place. The rooms were nice except the other one had a partly see-through toilet door? Big beds. The location is great next to the cathedral and you can really walk anywhere from there. We parked the car in the garage that they recommend on their website and it was close and cheap. Comfortable bathroom and nice shower with all the necessities. I would say good value for the money.

There was no AC in the other room, but the other did have it. There was quite a lot of mosquitoes coming in. Really bad sound proofing to the staircase.

Excellent location in city center, just in front if St.Salvators Cathedral, and about 10-15min from Brugge railway station. Supermarket is nearby. Other sights and restaurants in walking distance from the Hotel as well. The room looked a bit old, but everything was very clean and tidy. Coffee and tea were available for free in the hotel lounge. Hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast can be ordered for an additional price starting from 08:30 in the morning.

No kettle in the room, but You can use kettle in the hotel lounge Also, If You have a lot of luggage, please keep in mind, that there is no elevator in the hotel (there are only a few floors).

The location is excellent, great value for money and very comfortable. We didn't need to interact with the staff at all as we had breakfast/lunch outside of the hotel. The split-level room in the roof was very cool, we loved it. Other things to recommend: do a boat tour for €15, see Michaelangelo's statue in the cathedral and visit Oda rooftop bar (it's around the corner from this hotel)

Some bottled water in the room is probably the only thing that could be improved, but it wasn't a big issue either.

Walking distance from everything including a parking lot. Checking in and out was very easy. Its a nice opportutiny to stay in an old style belgium house, with all modern ammenities.

No kettle or mini-fridge in the room.

We stayed in room Belle Vue which was lovely and had all the facilities we wanted, views looked over the church and spires and it was in a prime location for the square, sightseeing and grabbing some dinner with a few beers. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

My one and only improvement would be the double bed is 2 singles pushed together and leaves a bit of a gap in the middle and one of the mattresses didn't seem level, this may have been due to the age of the building and an uneven floor which can not be helped. That being said the bed was still very comfy and clean

The location of the hotel is fantastic. From my room I could see the cathedral and I was able to fully experience the vibes of the city. You are 5 min walk from all the main points of interest and literally one step away from the cathedral. The bathroom was essential but functional. The room had a cute small table to have breakfast looking at the beautiful view. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They let me store the luggage in very safe lockers which I really appreciated.

Nothing. It was a great experience and I highly recommended.
