Really loved having a full kitchen (studio apartment). Saved some money on not having to eat out all the time. Room was spacious. They thought of EVERYTHING to make this a comfortable stay. They provide shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer, dishwashing tabs, firewood, coffee...Loved having a real fireplace! Added bonus is that the ROAM shuttle stops right out front and the front desk provides you with a free pass which will save you a ton vs parking in downtown Banff. Very friendly front desk staff. Great location- make sure to explore the viewpoints nearby on Tunnel Mountain Rd.
The studio apartments are very nicely appointed inside but have confusing access. On arrival, I basically had to park up a hill and then drag my stuff down the bend and then drag it up two small sets of stairs to this narrow hallway. So please be aware if you have mobility issues or strollers. If I stayed there again I'd pick a different room type. My room patio faced the street, so not much privacy from the living room. The bed was placed right by the door, the door had gaps and the corridor was noisy with people coming and going. Wish I had packed sleeping pills and ear plugs.

The loft style rooms were so cozy! Bed very comfortable and bathrooms were equipped with nice products from Rocky Mountain Soap co. The location was great because it was just outside downtown, away from the busy tourist area. It was so peaceful sitting on the balcony. The hotel provided guest with a free bus pass so getting in and out of downtown Banff was a breeze. Downtown is very accessible. Even a cab was only 14$. We liked how we were able to park right in front of our room making travelling with my two senior family members easier. The kitchenette was a great feature fully equipped so we saved a lot of money making some of our own meals. Would definitely recommend this resort and stay again.
Honestly, no complaints after our 5 day summer stay. We were worried about no air conditioning (very common in western Canada). But the windows opened and the hotel had nice tower fans in the bedrooms so we slept great. The mountains get cool at night.

Mountain chalet was great--clean, spacious, and great location.
Parking was little tight...no reserved parking so sometimes we were forced to park further away from our chalet which normally would be ok but not great when snowing. Also the property is missing a coffee bar or cafe. We had to go across to Prow for food.

The location was great, the room was really clean and overall, the room has a cosy vibe during a cold day. The room and beds were large and we enjoyed our stay.

Kitchen facilities & equipment were exceptional. Used the outside BBQ which was excellent. Fitness room, pool, sauna & steam room were all great too.
Everything was great, no complaints.

The hotel was nice and comfortable. We spent a night in one room, then upgraded to another one -bigger- to get closer to the sauna facilities. Both rooms were spacious and had a very well-equipped kitchen (of course, the second room had a higher standard, featuring an oven and dishwasher too). The staff was very helpful and smiley. The views were stunning, despite having the balconies relatively low on the street level. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows.
The only downside is that the swimming pool and the sauna are in different buildings, and, depending on the room location, an outdoor walk is needed to get there. It's not a big deal in most cases, but since it was very cold (-23 C), it was challenging. Both the swimming pool area and its water could have been a bit warmer. The laundry facilities had half of the machines out-of-service, and it was more expensive than in other hotels we've been.

Spacious, complete amenities and nice very accommodating staff. You don’t need to worry about bringing utensils—the place offers a full range of cooking essentials, including a toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker (there’s a complimentary coffee, teas &sugars) and dishwashing liquids, dishwasher etc. It’s truly a complete package for a hotel! We were able to cook our own meals, which was especially helpful since our kids are picky eaters. The atmosphere was very comfortable, and the fireplace added a cozy touch that made it a memorable experience for the whole family. The place looks even better in person than in the pictures and vlogs we had seen. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we’re definitely planning to return on our next vacation. Highly recommended!
The parking area is a bit narrow and some car owners don’t take others into consideration while parking, often not parking properly and affecting those next to them.

The kitchen was a bonus, the fireplace was a nice touch. What really impressed me was the free bus pass that was given to us for the three days we were there. The bus stops right beside the property, saves finding/paying for parking in town.

Very friendly staff. Upon check-in I received a complimentary bottle of wine as it was my Birthday weekend! The room was spacious and had a full kitchenette. Loved the Rocky Mountain toiletries!! Super quick jaunt into the village. They offer free transit passes or you can walk or drive, as it's only a few mins down the hill. It was beautiful to wake up in Banff and have coffee on the patio.
We were in a bottom suite (I didn't realize there were upper levels - I would recommend asking for an upper level). The people upstairs were scraping their chairs and banging around, but it wasn't too bad and it did stop in time for bed.
