The location is great, you can easily walk to most of the main attractions in Prague. If you don't feel like walking, there's a tram station very close to the hotel. Despite being close to everything, it wasn't noisy during the night. The parking is safe and very convenient - just watch out if you're coming with a sports car since the turn-in from the road is quite steep. It's not a problem for non-sports cars, but if you do have a sports car, be very careful - ours was probably less than a centimeter from scratching the floor and the suspension hasn't been modded to lower it. The staff were very kind, the room was clean.

Maybe a bit more variety for breakfast and the rooms felt a bit outdated. As mentioned - the staff were very kind, but during breakfast, as soon as you took the last bit of food from the plate in your mouth, someone would be over asking if they can take your plate - before you've even had the chance to chew. Obviously, it's good that they're attentive, but bothering someone whilst they're chewing their food is a bit impolite. It's not bad, but we would've expected a bit more for a 5-star hotel.

Hotel close to town centre nice room, plenty space, good shower, jacuzzi bath. room was clean, housekeepers very gd separate sitting area from bedroom. the staff Zbyne`k, Dominic, Tatiana, Petrl and Diona were very friendly, helpful, attentive. the Spa was very good and lovely girls, great massage, relaxing

breakfast was a buffet, not always very hot food, need to top up some items more often, as ran out of bacon, oatmilk few times and didn't produce anymore when asked. coffee was never too hot either and didn't have ordinary tea, just herbal. the selection for breakfast was gd though. Need to get more selection of drinks at bar and also still water in room as only sparkling in ours

Beautiful hotel with helpful staff and a wonderful breakfast each morning. We loved the atmosphere here. It was located just below the castle across from the staircase to ascend to the top. There is a parking garage underneath. It was clean and beautiful.

We were surprised about how far the walk from this hotel was to the Charles Bridge and shopping area. The walk is all cobblestone and hard on your feet but the Uber ride was only $6 each way so that solved it on our second day. The garage is so tiny and difficult to navigate even in a small car. The elevator was only as big as two people. Very small. But these are not major issues and understandable with the age of these buildings and the hillside terrain. All of these were small issues. The bathtub was very hard to get in and out of with very tall sides and this was the only shower. This could be a problem for many people. No air conditioning.

We loved the room on the ground floor that had a little table and chairs outside. The Hotel was immaculate and the restaurant and bar staff were excellent especially Dominic.

We had a medical emergency and when my husband asked at reception if they had a Dr. On their books for such situations. However he was just handed a business card of a number to ring in an emergency who just told us to ring an ambulance. I think the reception could have been more helpful because of the different language. We eventually got a taxi to the hospital and got it sorted ourselves and it was a serious medical emergency.

breakfast was amazing, higher than my expectations. Coffee machine was the only downside of the breakfast, at my taste espresso was to "weak". 5-7 different kinds of bread, 5-7 options of local cheese. Meat, eggs, fruits, fish, muesli and yogurts - covers basically everything you might need

I would want to see more modern room furniture. And to make situation even more perfect - I would want to see small coffee machine in my room

Fantastic location just up the hill from the metro station. Old tram goes past the hotel which is good to see, but quiet area away from the crowds across in the old town. Our room was on the ground floor so we had outdoor seating and terrace but seating was available in the garden too. Beautiful breakfast, with plenty of choice available, something for everyone. Friendly staff. Nice bar area. Lovely conservatory to eat breakfast overlooking the garden.

If I had to say something, and not really an issue, but hooks in the bathroom would be helpful.

Very friendly staff, warm welcome, room well equipped, clean room with everything we needed lots of breakfast choice . Hotel prices were in line with the local town . Location excellent for both the castle and a short walk over the bridges into the old town .

Minor items that would have been nice to have is milk in the room for drinks although I’m sure it would have been supplied if asked. Some English TV channels would again have been nice to relax and watch after a busy day.

Great location close to the castle and a nice walk to the old town. Slightly noisy due to the main road, but nothing I'm not used to from home. Away from the bustle of tourists which was nice. Really comfortable beds. Loved that there was tea, coffee and a kettle in the room. Also breakfast had all the alternative milks.

I would have liked a gym and an indoor pool for the price. Not fussed by a spa.

The room was beautiful, the staff were friendly and the location was very close to the centre which was very good. Had a lovely stay and liked the complimentary bathroom items also! The breakfast included was good for those that don't have dietary requirements, I had some lovely tofu I was provided for breakfast.

The only thing that I would say was that as a vegan friendly hotel I was a little disappointed in the lack of vegan breakfast options. Whilst the vegan bits I was provided with ie fruit tofu and salad were nice I did expect when booking with a vegan friendly hotel there would be more to enjoy as part of the gourmet breakfast.
