Staff was super cool, especially the ladies in the morning. Very nice and professional. They had a little breakfast area which was cool. The orange juice was a let down but you know how it goes.

I know this is going to be super weird but the curtain would no go down all the way. There was about a 3 or 4 inch gap, but the ol throw pillow on the bed made it an easy fix. The orange juice was booboo but I didn't expect much of it. However with those two "issues" I was pleased with the experience. 9/10 would recommend. The orange juice, well orange drank really had me in my feelings. Was bummed out about it. Memphis was pretty cool though.

My room was clean (as best as it can for a BWestern). The staff were very approachable and communicative. Parking was safe and free, and they make breakfast in the morning!

I found a j*zz stain on the bed skirt: it wouldn't have been noticeable from a normal glance, but I tend to scan the entire room for flaws before I put my bags down. It didn't bother me so strongly as it's a hotel room and that stuff happens, lol. Slightly overpriced for a BW though.

Coffee available all day and beds were comfortable

Breakfast was cleared at 820 each morning and breakfast ran till 9am - although we got down to breakfast at 8am so it was not such a problem for us - people came after to find half gone back in pantry- very poor and the staff were not sociable at all and was on their mobiles so it felt as if we were interrupting them

Breakfast wasn't wonderful, but realize Covid limited our choices. We were given a handicap room, which was very nice. However, if we WERE handicapped or any older, we couldn't have stayed there. The bed was WAY too high. I'm 5'1" and could hardly get up in it, my elderly parents could not have. You need to install a bar on the wall to hang on to getting in and out of the shower, and the toilet was WAY too low for a disabled person to get on and off. With 2 knee replacements, it was difficult for me. Otherwise, a great place to stay.

the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. there was a problem with the bedside lights but this fixed that evening by TJ who was very helpful.

breakfast not as good as other hotels we used and replacement food was slow and tables not cleaned.

Staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and our room was spacious..The bed and pillows were comfortable.We never felt unsafe..Good location to where we wanted to go. Price was good as well.We would stay here again for sure.

Breakfast was included, but quite bare. The juice machine didn’t work but didn’t have any sign to mark this.

Nice people worked there. Very Quiet. Spacious room.

The carpet was dirty. We would get out of off the shower with clean feet and they would get dirty after we walked on the carpet.

Great location to Sun Studios and Beale Street. Comfortable and quiet room. Free car parking. Free coffee at the lobby. Restaurant was actually in the lobby far too small limited seating. Staff too keen to clear away the breakfast well before 9 am. Receptionist were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

The location was OK with easy access to downtown. The room was a good size and very comfortable.

Breakfast was very limited and the staff were removing breakfast items 15-20 minutes before 9:00am, which was when breakfast was scheduled until. Had to be up very early if you did not want to be rushed for breakfast.
