modern and contemporary inside, easy parking and free at the weekend. it was clean and good facilities. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, especially Lindsay that was on the breakfast shift, she even went to Sainsbury’s to get me some hairspray for a wedding we were attending. The swimming pool was great and had family changing rooms with showers and toilets in.

odd chip/fried food smell in the hallways to the rooms, the room was too hot on an evening and the windows didn’t open enough to let fresh air in so the fan had to be on all night, the cooked bacon was too undercooked for my liking but the chefs will crisp it up for you and they also do fried and poached eggs if you request. The White House wine was £7.50 a glass and it tasted like soap so I would avoid.

Excellent location. So many amenities too. Love having the Starbucks in the hotel. Plus the gym, bar and restaurant. Staff were exceptionally helpful and happy. Always wanting to make sure you’re getting what you need etc

No air con. So it was hot. But the fan and opening windows helped. Plus limitless jugs of iced water from the bar. The bath is very narrow and it makes having a shower difficult as your feet aren’t steady. Minor issue but I slipped and so did another of my family.

Everything about our stay was perfect we stayed for 2 nights over our wedding day and the staff went out of thier way in every aspect for us. The morning after our wedding we was let down for the taxi we booked to ho to our honeymoon and therefore nearly missed our flight but the staff organised it between then to ensure we made it to our train, Emily decided to drive us herself. And we even received a lovely txt message wishing us the best after we left. We are so grateful to all the staff especially Chris and Emily. And we will definitely be recommending this hotel and will return. Thank you so much again guys your the best!!

Nothing everything was great

The room was great, I really was not expecting such a huge bed I was very pleasantly surprised! The bathroom was nice and clean and modern. I also didn't expect to walk in and see a huge TV, which we didn't really use but definitely a great selling point. Overall amazing value for money.

There is absolutely no soundproofing in the hotel. If someone is talking in the corridor they may as well be stood right next to your bed so, unless you're placed at the end of a corridor or are there on a quiet day don't expect a lie in!

The hotel is excellent. I usually use Premier Inn but I was not able to secure a room. I had stayed here previously so I opted to do so again. The staff and facilities are really good and it was lovely to stay an extra night

If I have 3 small complaints. They are these No phones in the room to call for room service The app isn't very good to get anything sorted I wanted some water bottles for my room but despite my best efforts I couldn't make the app understand my request..Even speaking through the app to a central booking team failed to resolve the issue. I was told to ring the hotel but room service wasn't available until 5.30pm. My request was at 11am. I went to reception and got sorted. There was a small mark on the bed sheet. It looked like a cleaning stain. It didn't affect my nights sleep. Other than that it was an excellent stay

Stayed one night as was going to the Hull Game. Park and ride just around the corner if your going to the MKC Stadium. Great location. Hotel was clean and modern with good size room and good view. Tea and coffee facilities. Hotel was warm but had fan in the room. Didn’t use bar or spa facilities.

Free car parking on weekend was great for me but would be unhappy if I had to pay. Plenty of spaces don’t see a need for charges.

Communal areas eating and drinking with Starbucks-all fantastic. Bedrooms a good size with everything you needed. Pool great

Bedrooms need a refit or refurb as very tired. Massive tv-why on the dressing table. Weird -put it on the wall its too big to be free standing to be fair. Otherwise fine. A big chink of enamel was missing on our bath and none of the shower or shampoo dispensers worked-they were full big you couldn't get anything out as.pumps didn't work.

Location is good with view to the river and Humber Bridge. Room allocated to us was spacious with all of the amenities provided such as cups, coffee/tea making facility, kettle, shampoo and towels provided. Big screen TV, comfortable bed and pillows along with fan provided. Very clean throughout. Free parking on site. Hotel is about 15 mins away from the town/university. There was an issue with the payment which was sorted promptly before I arrived so was pleased with the service.

No water glasses provided.

the facilities were very good, the bar and breakfast was very good value for money. we made use of the pool, sauna, steam room and could have used the gym. I liked there was also a Starbucks inside. All staff were very helpful and friendly. The bathroom toiletries were very nice.

The TV did not work, although we were not in the room for long so did not bother asking for it to be sorted. Shower was pretty poor but did the job, bed was not overly comfortable.

Exceptionally helpful & friendly staff. Would recommend the hotel and Hull as a short break destination. Pool, sauna and facilities offer above the norm .

Very comfortable. Only issues were sink tap and toilet flush stiff / difficult to use. Toiletries & hostess teas etc could be improved easily and water glasses added.
