The undeniable advantage of the hotel is its location. The bus stop was just a few steps away. On the other side of the street, a pub and a shop. There is a beautiful park nearby. We are very pleased. The room is equipped with all necessary equipment. A large, spacious bathroom with a set of cosmetics and towels. Kitchenette with a fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster. There is an ironing board in the room in the closet, on request you can ask for an iron at the reception. Daily cleaning. Very helpful and polite reception staff who were on hand to help in every situation. Thank you for your work and making our stay in London easier.

2 min walk to Battersea Park. Nice walk through park to South Kensington. I Loved the location! The bed and linens were very nice. The bathroom and shower were very nice. The flat screen tv, fridge and microwave were all very good. The desk personnel were very friendly and very helpful. The price was very good for more or less central London.

I was surprised that the room had no window. In the end, that didn't matter, the room was well lit and very comfortable. There were a lot of marks on the wall and a duct taped light switch. Looks like some guests are pretty hard on the room. I also heard doors banging in the hall starting very early... before 5 am. They could use more noise absorptive carpet or something in the hall.

A very pleasant room, on par with Travelodge or similar, with the benefit of a small 'kitchen' area with fridge and microwave, and sink, plus the usual kettle. The room, on the third floor, was spacious enough and quiet, the bed comfortable (though I think it had a memory foam mattress, which can get a bit warm), and everything was nice and clean too. A modern bathroom with a good, but very hot, shower. Certainly worth mentioning, the staff were very polite, pleasant and helpful...very good! All in all, I'd recommend this hotel for a short or longer stay.

Watch the shower, it was very good, but best left on lower temperature setting...it can be set very hot! Just a little tip...!

We booked into Axiom Hotel very late and was a very good price so we were pleasantly surprised to have the best room in the house. We were upgraded to the balcony suite which was very clean large and comfortable, I believe we were upgraded by the lovely members of staff as I had informed them it was my fiancés birthday. I would just like to show my appreciation to the most welcoming,helpful and friendly staff members Jugal & Cropal. They made our stay very special and their understanding of our late arrival was professional and helpful . We tried to book again for the next day but unfortunately they were fully booked but helped us find alternative accommodation. Thanks very much. Lisa & Neil X

the fact that you take 100 deposit in this day and age ! how ridiculous also the fact that on the booking page it says you get the deposit back in check out well no it’s 5-7 days that will stop me from coming back

The location was great .lots of food at shops on the door stop .an easy walk to battersea District. 24 hour reception was great . Room and bathroom were huge. 2 big comfortable beds and good bedding . Good WiFi. The hotel was quiet .we were never disturbed by other guests noise or street noise

Paintwork was a bit grubby and some of our towels had black marks which I presume was old mascara . Hairs in the shower. Headboards were fabric with quite a lot of stains and marks.

To be honest, I was a little concerned about this one after reading the reviews, but the location was perfect for where I needed to be so booked anyway. I was pleasantly surprised - the management must have done some renovations or perhaps amended their pricing as I thought it was really nice & great value. I actually rate it on par with the Marriott I stayed the night prior in Oxford. The bed was comfy, room was clean, modern and quite spacious (especially for London), lovely modern bathroom, great reception area, staff were friendly, and it's perfectly located. You're right next to Battersea Park, shops, and buses that go into the city from your doorstep. I'd definitely stay again.

It's situated on a main road so you can lightly hear the traffic at night - but this didn't really bother me. Other rooms may have different views.

We stayed on April Bank Holiday as we had 2 last-minute cancellations from private hosts on Booking.com. (The first was booked at the beginning of March and had faults with the apartment which we were informed of 2 hours before check-in, then the intended replacement made a mistake in terms of availability.) On a limited budget, we were running out of time to get somewhere with very short notice for our group and found this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and very attentive - massive thanks to them and 5 stars for their service. Check-in was quick, smooth and transparent. The rooms were a good size, had nice lighting and even had temperature control settings. They also had a sink, kettle and TV, along with large modern bathrooms. Bonus was a cool bar/restaurant opposite was directly opposite which have nice food, indoor area and pub garden.

If we had to be picky, one of TVs didn't seem to work in one of the rooms, despite being on and plugged in - but this was not an issue at all really. Perhaps the remote was broken?
