Great building and decor, nice spa and large pool, nice restaurant (have to book early in advance though)

The fact that guests can only use the spa and the gym for 1h per night and have to pre-book seems pretty cheap for a hotel of this class

Great location, comfy room and bed, great to have swimming pool available in the centre of the city. Everything is really close by. Breakfasts were excellent. Staff nice and helpful. Also great to have parking at te property.

We did not know, that children are allowed to the wellness area, including sauna and pool only at 8.30 - 9.30 in the morning. It was actually our main highlight to stay and were a little disappointed to find out at the place.

Very architecturally stylish hotel. They‘ve converted and upgraded some older buildings with all the bells and whistles and great attention to materials and colours inside. Everything follows a very well thought through palette of light brown woods, brown leather accents and light grey walls. Finishings are great as a amenities, ranging from tasteful faucets to the latest versions of Technogym‘s treadmills. Staff was well trained and friendly.

Only disappointment was the food: Breakfast buffet had a VERY limited selection and no live cooking. The classic omelette I ordered was browned, with thick curdles and hard inside. It‘s supposed to be soft, and blonde. Double Espresso should maybe be 60 to 90 millilitres with a nice crema. Served was twice that amount of coffee, but watery thin. Bread and juices were alright. In other words: Really not a bad breakfast at all, but in a place such as here you just expect the „premium“ experience, especially when premium rates are charged. All in all, a very nice 4 star experience.

Had an epic long weekend at Les Haras Hotel, guys! Seriously, from the outside, you'd think you're walking into a history book with the building's old-school charm. But once you're in the room, it's a total 180—super modern vibes and really comfy. Lucked out with the weather—it was unusually warm for September. So we skipped the wellness area (though it looked awesome) and headed straight for the outdoor lounge. Had a blast sipping local brews and wines. And get this, the place is a stone's throw from the historic city center.

The only 'downside'? The weather was so unexpectedly awesome for September that we couldn't bring ourselves to spend time inside at the SPA. Seriously, who wants to sauna when it's this sunny? So, that's on the to-do list for next time.

From the moment I arrived from the car valet, to the front desk to my room I felt welcomed, nice young staff

More attention should have been taken upon my arrival. Very minor details, No TV remote in the room ..... No shower gel in the bathroom...... some areas of the bathroom window covers was peeling off, also some minor cracks in the bathroom paintwork by the shower...No tissues box in main room..... Size of the bathrobes mine were two small sizes for a tall big man !!!!!! For the price why isn't there fresh fruit in the room ....... No water next to my bed.

Staff are great, once they gave me the wrong bill, but after realizing( i didn’t notice )they brought all the money back, everyone are super kind , polite and ready to help

There is no separation on the floor between the shower and the rest of the room, after taking the shower all the room is wet and floor is not heated Not free water in the room .

It was our anniversary and we decided to stay in Strasbourg in this hotel. And it was the right decision! We liked everything - the beauty of the hotel, a nice design, location close to the city center and at the same time it's quite inside the hotel and you can enjoy your time there and listen to birds singing and church bells. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We loved the spa area - very nice. We got a welcome drink on arrival. And for our request we got a really nice room with a beautiful view inside the hotel. Thank you for our pleasant stay. We would love to come back and stay again at this hotel.

We would recommend the hotel to check the shower and see what can be improved so water does not come out to the bathroom while taking a shower.

The Hotel Les Haras is a very modern and beautiful Hotel. It’s located 5min close to the center. The personal is very kind and professional. Our Room was cleaned, modern and large. The Beds are very soft and comfortable. The Spa is cozy and very cleaned. We advise this Hotel to everyone and we had a very pleasant Trip. We will be back for sure.

The Price for the Spa (25€ per Person) is way to high for the offers. Also the Parking price for one day 40€ is too high. Water in the Minibar should be free and not 6€ per Bottle.

Lovely classy and classic hotel, just a few minutes away from the touristy old town. This meant it was super quiet and attracted a better type of hotel guest. The experience was lovely from arriving on the premises through to checkout. The room was very spacious opening onto the courtyard, well equipped rooms and very comfortable. The spa area was just lovely, very nicely designed in an understated way, relaxing, warm pool, not busy. The hama could have been warmer though.

I liked everything.

Les Haras is in beautiful setting south of the river. It's not in the old town center thus very quiet, yet it's only 5 minutes to the picturesque part of Strasbourg. The room is very roomy and super comfortable, love the bed and the pillows, and all the amenities for a luxurious stay. We also dined at the brasserie, excellent cuisine and setting.

The room was quite warm even with the thermostat set to 19 degrees celcius. The AC never achieved the set temperature, rather it hovered around 23 degrees. However, we opened the windows and solved the problem. It was very quiet even with windows open.
