Location is excellent with incredible views from our fabulous room overlooking the harbour and city. Continental breakfast was very tasty and varied every morning. We requested a packed breakfast for the morning of our flight, which we collected on our way out at 6am. Room was spotless and bed very comfortable. Staying here made our break in Iceland even more special.

We loved the room, the views, and all the amenities. Great little nespresso bar and drinks available. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was awesome, and everything was clean and comfortable.
When we checked in, would have wished there was a sign downstairs and someone downstairs so we weren't lost.

Although the owner may feel a description of their property as a Bed and Breakfast a slight, they should not be because The Tower Suites is the gold standard example of what all Bed and Breakfasts and most luxury hotels should strive to be. The view was nothing more than spectacular with expansive floor to ceiling windows. We had the extremely romantic corner suite which overlooks both the city and the ocean and each room is named for a mountain that you can see from your room. Luxury, high-end furnishings included a very comfortable bed and a full size tub and shower, also with views. The room was fully stocked with treats, wine and beer, something rare anymore, and there is a common room where you can get additional complimentary snacks and refreshments including liquor (for a supplement). Service was exquisite and breakfast was absolutely outstanding. Continental breakfast for two delivered to your room at a time of your choosing included two soft-boiled eggs in proper cups, a charcuterie board with a selection of meats, cheeses, and dried fruits, two bowls of fresh fruit, fresh juice, fresh pastries including a paris-quality croissant and donuts, granola, yogurt, and I am probably missing something. Online pictures of the property provided by the host are accurate.
We only stayed one night. Had we stayed longer, we could have enjoyed more of the white-glove concierge service that we only just got the tiniest taste of. We used the concierge to arrange a day tour which was amazing but we were too tired to take advantage of restaurant reservations or anything else. The only true negative is that there are only a couple of nearby restaurants, but it is only about a 15 minute walk to the restaurant district.

Tower Suites is a little removed from the shopping and restaurant center of Reykjavik, maybe a mile & a half from Harpa, for example. Our weather was snowy and frigid, so we drove to the Harpa neighborhood, parked down there, and then walked. Note that parking in downtown Reykjavik is usually tough. You'll end up parking 5-10 blocks away from where you want to be. It's not too difficult - in summer it would be easy. The staff at T Suites was real helpful interpreting the complex online parking schedules and fees. When we got there we drove into the maze-like underground garage under the building. I called Aleksandra, whom we'd been emailing in the weeks before, and she came all the way down from the 20th floor to bring us up, explain the code and pass system, etc. The garage is convenient, but way too expensive. We ended up parking for our week in front of the building or on the side streets. Our room itself was magnificent. The view of the city is so spellbinding we probably spent 10 minutes on the flatscreen TV and hours looking out the windows. Our room had a clear view of the active Reykjanes volcanic area, 20 - 25 miles away. The good breakfast is delivered to the rooms on a rolling table, your choice of times. I don't think we ever saw a staff face that wasn't smiling and welcoming. Even in winter, there's plenty to do. We got in a volcano hike, horseback riding, a successful (finally!) northern lights cruise, some archery, caught the new Lava Show, several museums, and hit a bunch of restaurants on our must-try list. Not to mention sampling the famed Icelandic hotdogs. We shopped up and down Laugavegur St. and beyond. Just reserve things online, in advance, and you're set. And remember it's Iceland - one of the priciest places on the planet. Reykjavik at Christmas is entrancing. Even the long, long night and super-short days are fascinating. Again, we had some brutal Arctic weather the whole week, so be prepared.
I've got to rack my brain for shortcomings. The bathroom light is tied to the suite lighting, which is awkward overnight. The sink has a new panel-type drain, which you'd have to see to understand what I mean. I'm not crazy about it.

We stayed in Tower Suites in both of our vacations in Iceland, simply because we fell in love with it the first time. The suites are huge, you can’t find this luxurious space with the price offered anywhere in Reykjavik with this astonishing view! The breakfast was one of the best that we had in Iceland, which was made according to our preferences and sent to the room. Parking was also available for free and easily accessible. The major thing that I liked about Tower Suites is the quiet and privacy that we had since it is away from the city center. We rented scooters that were available outside of the building which was a fun way to get to the city center. Special thanks to the staff and Giada who was very welcoming, helpful and gave good recommendations.

Breakfast was delicious and I got to specify the time I wanted it to arrive, which was ideal when we had to leave early for tours. Location was good, as there is a pickup/drop-off stop (Bus Stop 12) directly behind the hotel (2-4 mins walk) which was great for tours. The hotel was also a 20 min walk from BSI bus terminal which was great for airport connections. Note that the building is shared with offices but it doesn’t really impact your stay. Staff at the hotel were all lovely and so kind, and they spoke English well, which was helpful. Minibar in room also had complimentary drinks and snacks. The room looks just like the photos on here, and was more than spacious enough for 3 guests. View from room was incredible.
One of the best places I’ve stayed in so far! Only confusion was whether the snacks in the lobby were complimentary or not. Also Netflix wasn’t working on the Apple TV box we had in the room. But these issues didn’t affect how much I enjoyed the stay.

The view of the hotelroom was outstanding, the whole interior was impeccable and very well chosen. Especially has to be mentioned, that Aga and her team was very helpful throughout our stay in Reykjavik. That was service on a very high standard. Yes, and i have to admit, the tapwater in Iceland tops even the worldclass tab water in Switzerland. Iceland is truly a wonderful place to linger, explore and to stay longer. Iceland has so much nature to offer and shall tell us, that we should take great care of mother nature.

The view is perfect. The locations is good. The property looks very nice, luxury, good for three persons. Quite large space. Parking super.
The beds are top soft, but in the middle it was hard. Therefore, I assume that the mattress should be changed. The price is really high, only if you ger special price is worth it. It is a bit far from city center, but still walking distance. The brekfast looks very good, but not enough for teenage boy. The air circulation was a bit problem.

I travel quite a bit and have to say that this ranks right up there as one of my favorite rooms/properties of all time. There were three of us staying in a corner suite and they went through trouble to personalize our needs doing things like putting three of things in the room (three robes, three pairs of slippers, etc). Aside from this, the property has a well stocked honor bar with lots of choices and the room also had a nice selection of snacks and drinks that are complimentary, aside from alcoholic items. The rooms are modern, clean, decorated well, and have nice views of the city and surrounding areas. Loved it!
The only thing I would suggest they change is having better instructions for parking and finding the the right elevators to get up to the property. We parked in the adjacent garage and all the doors the doors to the elevators in the garage were locked so we ended up having to exit the garage through the drive-in entrance and walk around to the front of the building. It took a few minutes to find the printed signs they had put up to direct people to the correct elevators because there was construction.

The view was incredible. I could not get over the beautiful View at night and in the morning. The continental breakfast was amazing in the morning as well.
The only thing was it was hard to get into the building with the invisible service at first. Once you get in the first time They give you key cards which work amazingly but it’s just that first time. Otherwise the stay itself was incredible!
