Everything! the staff were exceptionally helpful, breakfast delicious and the room were great. The closeness to the downtown. I went to the Sundhollin Public Baths which was a short walk from the hotel and it was a wonderful.

I unplugged the room refrigerator because it made the sound of someone snoring (not a big deal). Just a bit of advise for your city and country: you want to eliminate the rabbits before they overrun the city and country. They will damage your parks and agriculture and impact tourism. I deal with rabbits where I live, they have destroyed my garden and flower beds repeatedly.

Hotel was in a great location, desk clerk was very friendly and check in and check out was very easy. Breakfast buffet was easily the best I've had at a hotel - awesome selection and quality. Well worth the price of breakfast. Rooms, while somewhat spartan, were nice and very clean and comfortable as was the entire hotel itself. Location is great with a very short walk to downtown, shopping, restaurants, and a nice community park.

Note that the hot water in the shower and taps smell like sulfur due to the geothermal heating of the water - you do get used to it and it's not a big deal at all, unless you're very sensitive to smells.

Bedroom exelent and great staff.

The bkfst buffet was exceptional—a wonderful, well stocked variety. And, clean. Our room was clean, with everything we could want from a hotel room. Shower is small, but OK. Bed was very comfortable!

Larger shower. Some kind of fan to circulate the air, since there’s no a/c. Surprisingly, rooms get warm in Iceland, even with windows open—must be well-insulated.

The location was very close to downtown Reykavik (short walk), but was in a quiet area. The hotel had everything we needed. We always found a parking spot across the street, but there was also parking provided by the hotel if needed. The room had a small fridge to store our leftovers and the beds and bedding were comfortable. A computer was available in the lobby to print our boarding passes.

Breakfast started too late (7am). I'm glad we didn't buy the breakfast option because we left early every morning before the breakfast room was open.

We got two rooms, one for my wife and I, and one for our kids. Both rooms were clean, spacious, and generally very nice, but the room we took was exceptional. It was quite large, with an entrance area, separate toilet and shower rooms, with sinks in each room, and a large bedroom. There was a small fridge in the room, and ample storage space.

N/A - the staff was wonderful, the rooms excellent, and the location perfect.

The breakfast buffet was amazing. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. They helped us find a very good restaurant and we were also able to get into our room early after an overnight flight. A++

The hotel couldn’t give us the queen size bed we requested because of a big tour group that came the same night. But we were allowed to partake of the breakfast for free at the time of our early arrival.

You can reach Reykjaviks city center by foot, but the surrounding is quite calm. Staff was nice and helpful. Our room was very large and cozy (but maybe less suited for people with mobility restrictions). Tee and coffee was available on the room.

The only problem with the breakfast is that they were struggeling to keep the buffet filled. Especially on the second day, there was no bread at all available and many other things were permanently out, too. The quality pf the breakfast was very good,so it's a pity that we could not eat what we wanted to.

Lots of varieties for breakfast. Beds are very comfortable. Good location as pretty central of the city, hence very short drive to all eating places.

Access to carpark a bit troublesome as need to get staff to open & close the gate every time when entering and exiting. Room not enough power sockets.

The hotel is in a great location, easy to get to two tour bus stops (11 and 13), two blocks from the main shopping street, a great Chinese restaurant right next door, and a wonderful included breakfast. Add to that a pleasant staff, and you have a great stay!

My only complaint is that the beds are VERY firm-or at least they were in our room.
